Clean,quiet yet convenient to all central areas and transport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom bit tiny but manageable and shower hot. (no kettle and hairdryer available at front desk for info). Enjoyed our stay.

Low-key welcome, small and precarious lift, narrow corridors and small rooms. But for the price and location, perfectly acceptable. Very clean and quiet despite looking over a busy road. The bathroom is pretty tiny.

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to Gare du Nord and the price point. It was an easy walk to the hotel from the station and we were able to store our luggage there until check in time. It is also just about a block from the Metro. The room was small, but clean. There is no A/C, but there are operable windows and a fan was in the room. We had a triple room and the beds were adequate, but the pillows were very flat. (We found extra pillows in the cupboard just when we were about to check out!) We did not access the breakfast option. Convenient location, good price, basic, clean hotel.

Excellent location only 5 minutes walk from gare du nord plus metro station and approximately 10 minutes walk to sacre coeur location. Quite hot at night as no air conditioning but still slept well after all our excursions. Room was clean and very well presented. Breakfast was good, plenty of different choices for a continental breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

Rudest receptionist (name: Hedi??) we’ve ever met!! Any question would bring rudest and disrespectful responses. Was watching something on computer and never had slightest intention to help. Didn’t even explain our stay didn’t include breakfast or how much it is if taken. We ended up paying for that later. He seemed to have some issues with our “desi” background.
On top of that bathroom was terrible - no shower door/ curtain caused water to wet the whole floor.
Anyway, good lesson. Will ask all my friends to avoid this place.

Staff was very courteous and professional. Room was decent size. WiFi bandwidth was top notch! Reason for 4 stars was shower was too small. Room was on side of Main Street so was very noisy ar all times. Through Expedia Inthougjt Ibwas supposed to get a welcome gift (bottles water), but they refused to give one to me and my guest. Finally, I thought that I prepaid for this accommodation, yet the hotel still charged my card for the 2 nights at checkout. I will be checking my card statement when I return home then deal with Expedia.

Great little budget hotel in an excellent area. We are a couple travelling with our teenage son and booked a triple room. The room was very clean and spacious. We had breakfast (paid extra) on one morning and it was great. Hotel staff are friendly. Room was cleaned to a high standard everyday. Location is great - lots of good cafes, restaurants and bars within 5 or 10 minute walk and 5 minutes walk to Gare du Nord and other metro stations, so we could get all over Paris and beyond if we wished.
The mattress was comfortable and clean, I asked for extra pillows and these were provided, the bed was comfortable then and I slept well.
The decor in the room was old, but this didn't really matter to us as the room and hotel was clean and well maintained. I think for the price, this is an excellent choice for budget travellers and I would definitely stay here again. In fact, I am re-booking for a trip later this year.

The hotel was charming! It was in a super convenient location, if you’re getting the Eurostar I very much recommend! The rooms were cleaned daily, which was lovely and the staff were really helpful!
I would say the only downsides would be that it can be a little noisy at night, not too bad but if you’re a very light sleeper then you may have an issue, also having to leave your key at reception when you go out can be a little odd.
But overall a very pleasant stay! I would 100% stay here again

Property is good for a short stay if all you want is a room to sleep it will do the trick. It is a 2 star hotel so dont expect alot of amenities or updated accomodations. The staff are friendly and the continental breakfast is quick and simple.
The only issue was when they swiped our cc it failed to process which made no sense.
After a 20 minute wait time with the cc company the issue was their machine. It would have been a nice guesture to offer a free beer or something for the troubles considering it was their system and it was 8pm.

Practical location (few minutes from Gare Nord, near Monmartre, many restaurants and food markets around, opened even on Sunday). As solo I stayed in double room. It was large enough for me but no so for two people. The view was on the street. The window was very good soundproof but the room without AC. It might be a problem in summer. However during night I had the window opened and slept good because traffic has weakened. The main minus was the bathroom which was small and the shower without a screen. When you take a shower all the bathroom is wet. The breakfast was French complemented with cheese which is good if you do not like all sweet. Wifi was good with el.sockets and light switches by the bed.

We have stayed many times before, usually for one or two nights. On arrival this time the receptionist kept asking my name, then when I said I had a booking and showed my Hotels.com email he said it didn't say anything and needed my passport to see if I was the person who had made the booking. We usually arrive in the evening after a lot of travel. This time I also had a heavy cold. This attitude did not help me. I said I had stayed many times before but it didn't help. Showing my passport then found the booking. The person arriving behind me didn't have to do that.
We borrowed the hairdryer from reception. CNN news in English is found after channel 800. Good continental breakfast, delivered to your table. No buffet. Basic room. Wifi can be poor at times. Elevator for 2 people. Heating, shelves, wardrobe and desk in room. No 'do not disturb' signs, no room safe,no kettle and only one pillow.

The hotel does not have water kettle. The counter manager was not too friendly when we asked for warm water in the morning although the kitchen lady was very helpful.. The maid forgot to lock our door after house cleaning although there wa# no theft. Locati9n near to the train station and facilitated our trip back to UK through the Eurostar.

Purely stayed in this hotel for the convince. Amazing social area and great connections via metro and gare du nord. Hotel was comfortable enough but very outdated and not as clean as you would wish. Small room and not regular room service meant we were left with dirty towels and no loo roll! Would try to find nicer hotel in this area!!

Too old. Scary and ancient elevator, no more than 2 people without bags. We had problems with the rooms, the key got stuck in the lock and we had to move to other room, quite bad and not prepared for us. For those (like me) with problems with dust, alergies, be careful, it will be tough.
