The room was clean, staff are very nice especially the receptionists at the lobby. They are always helping us with the baby buggy on the stairs. It is just in front of Gare du Nord station which is very convenient if you are travelling with a kid. The only issue is that the heating is centralized so we are not able to use any airconditioning at the time. It went up to 17 degrees outside but we were only told to turn off the heating and not able to use any aircondition. It was quite warm during the evening and we cannot open windows at night due to the noise coming into the room. Overall, it was a great stay.

The hotel was very well positioned, the facilities were very good and the room well appointed. My wife and I went to the bar for a drink and possibly to order a meal, to our disgust we were confronted by, whom I assume was the bar manager wearing a baseball cap bearing the logo 'MAGA' MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN. we both found this deeply offensive and do not believe that hotel staff should attempt to impose their political views on customers. We left the bar, we are regular visitors to Paris but will not be choosing this hotel as a destination again.

Hotel Flanelles is a boutique hotel, perfectly located directly opposite the Gare du Nord giving instant access to the Eurostar and metro system. It is exquisitely decorated and meticulously clean and the staff are incredibly friendly.

A cute hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. The area is noisy due to location of train station. my only complaint is running out of hot water during my shower and housekeeping not giving fresh towels. I would still recommend the hotel for the price.

It would have been a five star if the scammers weren’t always waiting outside the door or close to it. The hotel is beautiful. The room is amazing. The view was great. Very quintessential French. Bed was comfortable. This hotel is located directly across the street of Gare du Nord train station. It gets a bit loud but overall don’t impact my stay. What impacted my stay were all the scammers following you around and trying to sell cigarettes and stuff to immediately when you leave the hotel. As a single female traveling alone, I didn’t not feel safe leaving the hotel evening around there.

Really lovely hotel. Beautifully refurbished about two years ago. We LOVED the interiors - the room, the bar/restaurant. The superior room was quite spacious with a lovely bathroom. Loved the dark Green tiles and mid-century vibe.

Directly opposite the Gare du. Nord, so super convenient for visitors from the UK. Like any mainline station it has its share of ‘undesirables’ hanging around. That was fine with us (we live in south-east London and so actually like a bit of edginess. But it might not be great for families with round children. There were scores of men selling counterfeit cigarettes openly every day on the station forecourt.

The only problems we faced at the hotel was lukewarm water in the shower and some issues with the heating. The staff were really super helpful and moved us to another room. They also provide supplementary heating. It was a pity because we loves the hotel. Without that we would have given them fives for everything. (Restaurant food was excellent).

Fantastic hotel right opposite Gare du Nord, the room we stayed in was small but practical for a couple of nights.
The staff were amazing and helpful, front front office to the restaurant .
As it's opposite Gare du Nord, there are plenty of dining options (including the Hotel's own restaurant), The Louvre is about 3km away which is walkable on a good day, Moulin Rouge 2km away and The Notre Dame Cathedral about similar distance (40mins walk)....we did a lot for walking, but Gare de L'est and many other stations are also round the corner

Un super de bel hôtel situé en face de la gare du nord. Sécuritaire, propre confortable et luxueux. Déjeuner extra, beaucoup de variétés (bacon, saucisses, fèves au lard, croissants fruits). Bruyant le soir et la nuit, un peu trop, mais bien insonorisé.
Quartier un peu vieux et loin du centre-ville de Paris.

The very helpful staff made my 4 year old son’s first Paris trip amazing. Was our first adventure together and this hotel made me feel at ease being alone with my child. The hotel is in a fantastic location being across from the main station.

We came out of the metro and we could see the sign almost straight away !
Directly opposite the station gate du Nord so so easy for my early train .
The room was great .
Beautiful wooden floors - with a lovely bed with crisp white sheets . Modern bathroom with lovely tiles , perfect shower and separated toilet.
Also a lovely little balcony looking out into all the life bustling around the station . Went to a restaurant - just by the hotel and had the most delicious meal ! All perfect . Will definitely stay there again .

The room itself was extra clean and cute. Rather small but the balcony made up for the difference. Missing a robe and blow dryer which they provided for us on the spur of the moment, but all in all ....it was a great little room. VERY close to the train station. When we needed to get to the Eurostar from Paris to London the next morning, it was just a walk across the street....perfect!

I was put in a 8th floor attic room with no windows. Was a very claustrophobic room. In addition the room didn't have a hair dryer and very poor lighting.

The only positive side is it's across from the Gare Du Norde train station.

I booked this hotel due to its location so that I could take the RER to CDG. In the end, I ended up using a taxi because of my concerns w the manifestation planned for that day. The front desk was extremely helpful, friendly and helpful. Although my room faced the street, the windows sufficiently blocked any noises. It was a good experience.

The location is very convenient. Next to the train station. A lot of good restaurants around. Very nice bakery on the corner.
I didn’t like the fact that my toilet didn’t have sink inside. The sink and shower was on the other side of the room. Over all it’s very nice hotel.
