Highly recommend!

I came to stay with my mum for a girls trip away. The staff were super friendly on arrival and made us feel very welcome. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Our only issue was the ac wasn’t the best, mostly directed the air into the bathroom, and we were quite warm so left the window open during the night. Breakfast was delicious and we got a huge range of foods to choose from! You’re a few minutes walk from the local train stations and buses are easily accessible also. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for a city brea. Highly highly recommend this hotel, and should I come back to Paris I’d definitely come back here!

A very cool and interesting hotel! It was on a quiet street and close to the metro (Gare Saint Lazare). The room is small but comfortable. The shower even tinier, you can barely turn around in it. But other than that I would highly recommend this hotel. Grab a cocktail and some tapas at Drinks&Co near Gare Saint Lazare - delicious!

Terrible hotel. I booked it because it had akr conditioning but it was not working. Although we were given a fan when we complained, it was not that efficient The room was tiny, too spartan, tiny double bed. Hotel poorly decorated. The Staff was lovely though.

This hotel was tiny and lovely, and great for travelers who are stopping by for a quick trip. The room was a bit small, as well as the bathroom, but incredibly worth it for the cost. Situated in a beautiful area of the city, it made walking to the landmarks easy. Would definitely stay again!

A lovely welcome and very helpful staff. The breakfast selection was amazing and opportunity to get hot tea/coffee/ use of microwave in the reception area 24/7 was appreciated.
Some care needed when using internal stairs which were spiral design. Lift accessible if required.
Very convenient location for eating out and using Uber.
Some may find bathroom very small.
Rooms well heated for warmth overnight.

Nearest Metro stop is Europe so it's convenient. My only criticism is that there are no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. But other than that the room was perfect and there is tea and coffee facilities in the reception are which was pleasant. Breakfast was amazing. The best thing about the hotel is the noon check in and check out. Also the breakfast is 6am to 10am which is a big slot.

Wow! An amazing location to hit major sites in Paris. Walkable to Arc de Triumph, Montmarte, Moulin Rouge and the Louvre. Very close to the metro, if your visiting Paris get a Navigo Decoverte travel pass. 30 Euros to use all public transport for 7 days Monday through Sunday regardless of when purchased. Hotel was clean and appeared every room had a beautiful view. I was able to put my nightstand on the balcony and use it like a stool to watch over Paris in the morning and evening. The breakfast includes fresh squeezed orange juice which was absolutely and amazing start to my day while visiting. Be aware, the shower stall, at least in our room, was exceptionally small. I am 6'2\" and had my back against the wall with my knee pressed against the opposite wall. Other than the shower this hotel was an unbelievable value for the area.

Good location near metro and train stations yet completely safe. Quick and easy stroll down to Galleries La Fayette etc... Rooms all varied in size, as we were offered upgrades etc due to room availability. We had 2 people per room and was spacious enough. Breakfast basic but sufficient. Hot, cold and sparkling water plus tea/coffee and microwave available in foyer all day.

The staff at the hotel were very good, polite, friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. The hotel was well located for easy access to the metro and centre of Paris. The main downside was the cleanliness of the room although it was clean there were significant stains on the carpet.

Typical Parisian Ibis brand hotel with great staff

Hotel is a short walk uphill from St. Lazare railway station, but it is easy to miss the rue de Londres. All the staff I met were friendly and helpfully answered all my questions. The rooms and lifts are small, but typical for Paris. The hotel is a bit of a warren, looks like two buildings that have been joined. Covid protection is good and the breakfast OK, but a more limited choice then I expected. The area is safe, it seems to be the centre for musical instruments in Paris. Being near a station, it is easy to get to most other parts of Paris. For example RER line E is direct to Gare du Nord. There is sometimes a bit of noise from the street at night, but less then many other parts of Paris. There is a choice of metro stations within walking distance. The hotel is fine overnight, or a weekend, if you are traveling light and I would use it again.

Breakfast, cleaniless and overall decor of the hotel was great.

Our room was good, my mattress was old i think as it dipped in the middle when i slept.

The employees were great food very friendly and helpful whenever we asked for help or advice with travelling.

Some maps would be good in the reception areas but apart from thst this hotel is a grrat location for anyone doing a city break as the underground train station is a fee minute walk and there a lot of local restaurants and cafes nearby

The Good: Staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Always smiling and helpful with restaurant recommendations, directions etc. Breakfast, included with our reservation, was really good with croissants, bread, fresh fruit, squeezed OJ etc. Room was very clean with small balcony overlooking Rue Constantinople.
Located 5 minute walk from Gare St. Lazare. 45-60 minute walk from Eiffel Tower/Seine

The Bad: Found the room to be very small even for European standards. Poor layout restricted functionality. The shower was SMALL and difficult to get out of. Sink too large for the space. Cruise ship bathrooms look palatial compared to this.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ibis Paris Saint Lazare. The staff was extremely helpful and especially appreciated Karina's assistance with directions etc.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast delicious and breakfast area well maintained as used plates were soon removed and tables quickly cleaned.
The location was ideal as it was close to metro Europe and Gare Saint Lazare.
We would highly recommend this hotel. Great value.

This hotel is well placed for exploring most of the city.

The rooms are clean the lobby welcoming with tea/coffee and danishes. Breakfast is fresh, replenished frequently and, normally accessible without too much queuing. Staff are friendly and always willing to help.

The down side is that the rooms are small. The showers are so small it’s difficult to contain the water within the tray. You have little privacy when using the loo. The walls are thin so I woke early to the neighbours phone alarm.

We had two rooms, on the 1st and 4th floors. The rooms higher up are lighter and quieter as you are further away from the street. Also, our room smelled a little ‘doggy’ and possibly even of cigarettes. The cigarette smell could have come from the street, however, I did check and dogs are accepted. I have dogs so no issues with them but not in my bedroom.

Overall fairly happy with stay, not overly expensive for location and breakfast a bonus.

Positives: the bed is very comfortable. The roonm is neat and clean. Coin operated self service laundry is only a few walking distance up the road. Location is very near to the Europe train station. Staff are very friendly and respectful. Breakfast and WiFi are included.

Negatives: Carpet in the hallway and the room I stayed in are in need of steam cleaning or a good wash. The rest is fine. Our room is small for the two of us with 2 large luggages and 2 cabin bags. The shower room is also small and makes me claustrophobic.

The breakfast is free and so good. We made sandwiches from the breakfast for lunch later that day because there was always loads left over. Staff know a basic form of English to understand you which is good. They keep your luggage if you need to for free, say if your flight is late and you need to check out.
The only flaw with this hotel is that it does not look like it does in the photos on the Expedia website. Same design but just very very small. One side of the hotel has the tiniest elevator I’ve ever seen like you can just about fit two people.
But overall I would definitely recommend

The room i first got was very basic, no tea/coffee facilities, no mini bar ect, which was promised in the purchase. The location was on a dingy street and quite far from central Paris. The decor was great! the beds comfortable and air con very good.

The reception staff could have been trained to assist with booking tours ect, but this was not an option at this hotel, all they could do was tell you how to get somewhere, which was a bit disappointing as i was hoping to get the best deal for some excursions.

In the UK, this hotel would be the equivalent to a holiday inn.

Room was dissapointing as it was very small & no room to unpack your case or put things away . With two of us only one could move around in the room at anyone time. Would not have wanted a longer stay than the 3 nights in this room. No kettle facilities in the room for coffee/tea making, Had to go to the ground floor from the 5th floor where they had a kettle & tea/coffee to get a drink.
Breakfast was good well stocked irrespective of time you went down with helpful staff.

This is a budget hotel so therefore don't expect luxury. It is great for small breaks (2-3 nights max).
Conviniente location, staff is good, beds are very comfortable, it's clean and the breakfast is very good. It's simple but all the food was very good quality. They even have a machine for freshly squeezed orange juice!
The down side is that the room is extremely small and the bathroom is tiny!!! I'm 1,50m hight and I struggled. Never seen anything like that!
But the price was compatible with level of the hotel so I am pleased we stayed and would stay again.

The hotel was in excellent conditions, super clean and the bed was amazing. The bathroom was impecable. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Very service oriented. The breakfast was good (see pictures); however for the price I was expecting more protein options. Excellent place, awesome staff (from the check in counter all the way to the people at the dining room). Very nice touches and great areas for working and relaxing. The location was exactly what we were looking for. Very close to the action. Would certainly repeat this place.

Hotel charged me extra for 2 people. I originally booked room with 2 beds. Now they tell me while check in that I need to pay 30 euro more since we have 2 people. IT was obvious that IF I book two beds, we will have two people. They refuse to give me room without extra money leaving us no choice.
Next they booked a taxi for us to CDG airport. with 55 euro flat. We took taxi and at airport the taxi person said its 65 not 55. Again no option left, plus they had no card reader, so had to remove cash paying 20 euro transaction fee. Very very unprofessional, Never ever recommend this hotel unless they refund some amount to us.
