the room itself was ok for the price i paid except for the substantial amount of mould in the bathroom. the staff were not very helpful, i had asked beforehand if there was luggage storage or early check in available and had no response. when i got there i was told i could use the storage unit in the car park which was down several flights of stairs and required cash which i was not warned about. the lifts were also out of order and none of the staff were helping any of the guests to carry their luggage up the stairs. there was also no milk at the coffee station as i was told they do not provide this for guests.

Location close to public transport. Aircon available but not strong. Rooms smaller than they look in the pictures, I wouldn’t recommend twin rooms as the beds are very small. Would likely be fine for a couple.

The location was perfect for us: close to the metro and to the train station, walkable to many of our destinations, lots of options where to eat at neighbourhood restaurants and cafés.

The hotel was clean, efficient, perfect in terms of location (close to the subway and the train stations), lots of cafés and restaurants around, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable though basic. Better air conditioning would be welcome. One thing I wish the room had was a small fridge. All in all, it worked for us and I would stay there again.

Overall the hotel was okay. The rooms are really small and tight. We had multiple suitcases so it was difficult to move around. On our last day there, an elevator was out of service so it took forever to get down to the bottom to leave for the airport.

Near Gare du Nord which is convenient but the area is sketchy and does not feel safe at night. Staff were not friendly - stood in the lobby waiting to check in and they ignored us for a good five minutes before finally acknowledging that we were there.

This is one of 4 Ibis hotels in the vicinity of Gare du Nord. Unfortunately we hiked to two others before we found the right one. The area is a bit rundown and the hotel is a bit of a hike from the Gare du Nord, Maybe closer to the Gare de L'est.
There was a suspicion of bugs in the bed. The hotel fumigated the room and changed the bedding.

We loved this property and will be back. Its convenient to transportation, lots of dining and shopping options surround it. The room was clean and the staff so welcoming and helpful. There are no frills/toiletries and for those coming from the US no face towels or wash clothes but thats to be expected in most of europe. Well worth the price for the convenience of the location.

This hotel is located by the two main train stations which is helpful if you are on the Eurostar or other train. And while I understand no one goes to an Ibis expecting a high level of service this place is bad even by that standard. Hundreds of euro per night for a hotel that smells variously like mold, dirty carpet, vinegar or cigarettes depending on where you stand. The windows open, which you open expecting some form of relief but the street is so loud it quickly becomes a choice between sleeping at all or breathing. The carpets are atrocious. Neither of the drains in the bathroom drained well. There is no kettle in the room or coffee anywhere. They have what can only be described as farcical “kettle station” in the lobby bring your own everything else. You know what absolutely no one wants to do? Go down to the lobby to stand in line to use a kettle to make bad instant coffee. There is no iron, the hair dryer is from 1972, they charge to hold your bags. It’s a hotel that openly and aggressively trolls you for expecting that €200 might allow you the basic amenities you’d expect from a hotel literally anywhere else in the world. Do not stay here.

Nice and hospitable team

I enjoyed being there. I was unfortunate that my flight was cancelled. I called them to say that i will be in Paris the next day. However, my partner is already in Paris and wants to check in. They were happy with this and did not take any payments of my partner until i arrived. They made sure my partner was comfortable and felt safe. The room was very small. However, when i arrived, I asked them if we can change to a bigger room. They straight away did as the night before it was fully booked. In general I liked them and will stay there again.

The floor levels are clean and looks new however, the room is pretty small for a family of 3. There is not enough space to walk around the room, it is very tight, unless you are not carrying a suitcase. It is about 1 1/2 feet between the side of the bed and the wall and 2 feet between end of the bed and TV on the wall.The room facing west is warmer and the AC was not strong enough to cool the room. We were able to borrow an electric fan at the reception but certainly not enough to give us a good night sleep.There is one pillow per person. Most of us for sure sleeps with 2, and they could not spare us any.

I pick the place because it is near the Gare Du Nord, but on a little dingy area u fortunately. I guess it is what you get for the price.

Convenient - an easy short walk to a metro station, which means you are minutes away from all the main attractions. Very clean and very quiet room - important for a good sleep. The best thing about this hotel is that it is conveniently located near the North and East train stations. The area itself, however, is not particularly nice (we saw someone being arrested nearby on our way back to the hotel one evening). The hotel room and bathroom were a good size. The room, however, was very warm and didn’t cool down even with the AC turned to the coldest setting. The main door is also not particularly sound proof and we could hear other bedroom doors slamming shut.

We booked this hotel because of its location being in close proximity to the gare du nord train station. However we felt a little unsafe walking in and around the area. No wonder the hotel locks the front doors (albeit a good thing). Rooms are teeny tiny with no luggage space, no mini fridge and the bathroom was so cramped I had to sit sideways in the toilet...unless I wanted my face right up against the wall. We probably wouldn’t stay here again.

One of the worst hotels that we stayed, there’s nothing in the room. There’s no mattress at all, they have kept a mattress topper on the box spring. Pillows are the worst. No body cream, no facial tissue paper, would never recommend this place to anyone. Sorry!!!

We were disappointed to enter into what must be the smallest room that I have ever stayed in a hotel. The reception staff were not helpful. There were what looked like prostitution taking place at the hotel. women, transwomen were meeting men from outside the hotels and taking them to their rooms.
The rooms were hot, it was honestly one of the worst stays I have had at a city centre hotel.

Great room for the price!

Our room was perfect for our short trip to Paris and we had a wonderful view from our window onto the bustling streets below. Checking in and out was very easy and the room was quiet at night time which was a big plus!

The only negative was that the lift was quite hard to catch on our floor and we ended up waiting for quite a long time before it was free in the mornings and the stairs were not clearly signed. Not a deal breaker though.

This hotel is in a great location opposite the Louis Blanc metro station. And the AC worked really well. But the shower spewed up something unpleasant from the drains, the cleaners left more than one trip hazard in the corridors, the beds have a mattress and then a swim topper which struggled to stay put when sleeping on it and the staff didn’t seem all that friendly. I was charged for breakfast twice and the refund was not for the full amount. Overall disappointing
