The stafff where nice, but the room was too small, it’s different from what was portrayed on their website, and it’s the first hotel I will go that doesn’t have water in the room, if u want to drink water is either u go out of the hotel to buy water yourself or u go downstairs to the lobby to drink water from the despenser, the manager should find a solution to that.. then the toilet WC was shaking as if it gonna break whenever I sat on it I was scared the whole time sitting on such toilet.. my honest experience

Needs Greater Transparency in Marketing

Upon arrival, the staff were courteous and professional, and the check-in process was seamless. However, I was surprised by the room’s extremely small size — approximately 12 ft × 13 ft — with the bed occupying nearly all available space and a balcony view overlooking a noisy alley.

When I inquired at the front desk, the staff explained that the room I had originally booked was under construction and even showed me the gutted space. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked that evening, but they offered to move me to another room the following night.

Although disappointed, I made the best of the situation. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean, but the online photos and descriptions were misleading.

Overall, the staff were excellent and did their best to accommodate me under the circumstances. The surrounding area is lively, with many bars and clubs operating late into the night — ideal for some guests but not for those seeking quiet rest.

In summary, while service and location were commendable, the property would benefit from far greater transparency in its marketing and room descriptions to properly set guest expectations.

the air conditioning wasn’t working in my room and in spite of repeated requests to the front desk they couldn’t get it repaired . considering the high price i had paid for this booking and that i was on a business trip
i was highly disappointed with the situation . if i opened the window to get fresh air , the noise from the street was too much to get any sleep and keeping the windows closed without air conditioning just made it worse .

L'hôtel est vraiment bien situé, loin du bruit de la ville, à une rue du metro, les restaurants et magasins, sont aussi situés à quelques pas. On peut facilement rejoindre des lieux touristiques à pied.
Il y a beaucoup de bars et théâtres proches pour se profiter de la soirée.
Je recommande le théâtres Le Bout devant cette hôtel.

A great spot with good value and good service

Stayed here on vacation. Room was simple but nice. Staff were helpful. I had a minor issue with my room, and within minutes they had someone up there helping to resolve. Not the place you go for luxury, but they take good care of you if you want a decent place on a budget.

No hot options in food, regular supply of free coffee via a machine. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was easily accessible, lots of bars in the area. Nice hotel for a short stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, near subways and buses. Excellent location for Paris first timers; a lot of bars and restaurants near by. The only thing that I didn't like was the size of the room, it was very small but then again who's going to spend that much time in the room when you're in Paris.

This hotel needs a lot of work. It’s very rundown and in need of a clean. Had we been staying any longer than one night in Paris I would have left and booked a new hotel. I had a bad feeling about it from the moment we walked into the lobby. It was small and dated. There was a room off to the right for refreshments that had a very dusty bookshelf and looked unkempt. Our room was in the same condition. It was very dated and seemed like the cleaning company just sprayed Fabreze all over everything. (So much that we were coughing from the smell and could see the half dried droplets of spray on all of the surfaces and the floor) Other parts of the room were dusty and the carpets in the hallway and room needed to be replaced or throughly deep cleaned due to stains. There were some other upkeep issues as well but I think you get the point.

We were exhausted from traveling and my husband was sick and just needed to nap, so we had no interest in dealing with the drama of finding a new hotel for only one night. The bed looked clean. I very carefully inspected the sheets and they seemed new. So we decided to stay. That didn’t stop us from using T-shirts as pillow cases though. Also the area this hotel is in was littered with sex shops and lots of homeless. Staying at this hotel was a mistake but also my choice of location. I’d suggest staying a few blocks North in Montmartre.

This place was in a good location for nightlife, and in a very short walk to the metro to get out to the rest of the city. Walking distance from the Moulin Rouge and Sacre Couer! And the *working* in-room AC was a great change from other hotels on our trip!

One day we noticed that the towels were changed, but we got 5 small towels and no single big one. I asked at the reception and... it seems there was only single large towel available in the whole hotel. The situation was exactly the same on the another day, though no big towels were available at all. Looks really weird.

The area was not the best, but once you started walking and looking around you felt OK. They had many restrurant that had very good rating from Trip Advisor. Location to Sacared Heart Church was very good. Listed in French. Beautiful and famous church in a very nice area walking district from Hotel, and many steps up about 300 but worth it. Many restrurant and French artist. Great view to the city from the church area. Booking the hotel through Hotel. Com was very fairly priced .
Yes the room was small but clean when we got back from our day we just fell asleep. oh wifi was included anyway the staff was very willing to help with information etc.

If you are after a simple hotel to crash whilst you explore the city, this place is perfect. The staff are really friendly, the brekfast buffet was a nice selection of freshly baked pastries and other options.

This hotel had everything you could want in Paris; comfortable bed, clean room, good reception and a bite to eat in the morning.

Small rooms but that is in keeping with other Paris hotels, no fridge in my room and the shower was in the room so if sharing you can see each other. None of this matters though when you are only using it to sleep and get ready in.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast completely adequate with lovely bread, pastries and ham. Tea and coffee also available in reception 24h.

The fire alarm was set off one night a few times by drunken people in street. Although this was annoying, the staff dealt with it well and there was nothing else they could have done.

I always like to stay in Montmatre and this hotel is perfectly located, I would definitely choose again as the rate was really good for Paris.

We really wanted to stay close to Montmartre, and this hotel certainly ticked that box. We were a two minute walk from the nearest metro station and only a five minute walk to Montmartre. The staff were helpful and the rooms were immaculately clean, if small. Breakfast was delightful, with pastries, fruit, crêpes and hot drinks. A very worthwhile hotel!

Hotel is situated in the red light district but actually this didn't bother us as it seems like a relatively safe area & is very handy for the metro station Pigalle. We stayed with our 4 month old son in a double room. However, when we arrived, they didn't have our booking. The receptionist spent ages trying to find it. Luckily they did have a room available but they didn't have a travel cot available, even though they said one would be provided. The room as too small for a travel cot as it turned out and our baby had to sleep in our bed with us. The manager did sat she would get a travel cot into the room the following day but nightingales materialised. I would recommend that if you want to stay with a baby here that you book a family room which would be bigger. Although we had this problem, our stay was quite pleasant. The room was reasonably clean, tea & coffee is provided in the reception area, the staff were friendly. Breakfast was very nice. The hotel room was surprisingly quiet at night (when the window is closed) despite outside noise. I would consider staying here again.

Il personale è sempre stato cortese e disponibile, ma la pulizia ha lasciato molto a desiderare, la moquette non veniva sempre pulita, c’erano delle ragnatele sul soffitto e nel bagno, la doccia non presentava il piatto doccia, allagamento del bagno all’ordine del giorno. Lo spazio colazione era davvero molto piccolo rispetto al numero dei clienti dell’hotel, tanto da dover aspettare per avere un tavolo. qualità scarsa dei prodotti offerti.

Personal war super. Zimmer war etwas herunter gekommen und sehr hellhörig. Klospülung war defekt. Klobürste fehlte. In der Duschewanne waren die Eckfugen schimmelig und der Wasserhahn lies sich nicht richtig einstellen. Lüftung war verstaubt.
Im Zimmer fehlt ein Papierkorb. Eine Information zum Hotel oder dergleichen gab es nicht.
Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut, konnte aber ausgeschaltet werden.

Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, unser Flug ging erst Abends. Wir durften die Taschen derweil unterbringen und mussten sie nicht den ganzen Tag mit rum tragen. Zumal waren unsere Teenies schon eher da, sie bekamen beim Warten auf uns extra noch was zu trinken...

Zimmer sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet aber das Bett ist sehr bequem.

Frühstück war zu spätere Stunde sehr mager ausgestattet.

Zum schlafen für ein Städte Trip zu einen günstigen Preis voll OK.

Metro ist gleich in der Nähe und auch viele Geschäfte.

Der er en del småting på hotellet der ikke virker, Første værelse havde problemer med strømmen, næste værelse var fint indtil det pludselig dryppende ned fra loftet. Morgenmaden var som den er i Frankrig, spartansk, men tingene var friske og iorden, desværre var morgenpersonalet utroligt sløve til at fylde op, de havde mest travlt med at snakke. Rengøringen var ok men det er første gang jeg har boet på et hotel uden toiletbørste, mærkeligt... Natportien var super sød og imødekommende, resten virkede nærmest irreterede over at vi var der. Dejligt med aircondition som virker. God beliggenhed med spisemuligheder og metro lige rundt om hjørnet.

Week-end à deux à Paris.
Grande chambre, pas de cafetière ou bouilloire pour faire une boisson chaude en soirée. Chambre donnant sur la rue Frochot, rue bruyante même les fenêtres fermées et on entend le métro passer même au deuxième étage. Salle de bain équipée d’une baignoire pas pratique du tout, de plus la poubelle n’avait pas de couvercle.
Petit déjeuner correct par contre la salle du petit déjeuner donne dans l’entrée et l’accueil.

This hotel is very novell located , a French breakfast is included and rooms are ok. Staff is super-friendly and helpful, even if I am still waiting for the receipt they promised to e-mail me.
If you are easily disturbed at night, this might not be forbyou as there are several bars on the street, open until morning and people make noise.
