Great little hotel tucked away near Pigalle metro station. The rooms really have all you need tucked into them, including tea and coffee facilities and a decent shower. Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming, and there is an optional well-stocked breakfast buffet available for €12 a day. Two minor niggles - the first was the TV in my room which had a life of its own (the control had no effect!), and the second is the noise... the area is very busy and popular especially at weekends, so I would advise earplugs as the windows don't keep much of the noise out. I would happily stay here again though, it was great value for the quality of the stay.

Most of the staff were very welcoming and nice but there was a lady in the evening who was quite rude. I missed the window for my room being cleaned and when I asked ( not knowing ) she laughed at me and said no so I asked for towels which she said yes to but the never brought them. I then had to ask the man on the late shift when I arrived back. And with the cleanliness there was hair all over my shower and in the bathroom so it was not thoroughly cleaned. Everything else was lovely.

Room was smaller than expected. Bed was low, very soft and mattress was not very clean. Shower door did not close properly and water got out on the floor. Our swipe card for the room went inactive over night, so when my other half got up in the middle of the night around 1am he couldn't get back in the room and the night person was not able to help him. He was stuck outside in the hallway for over an hour trying to get back in our room. The area was alright but loud in the evenings.

I arrived fairly early so I was able to place my luggage in the secure storage. The staff that greeted me was above and beyond courteous and helpful. I was able to check in earlier for a fee.

The room was perfect. Compact but clean and had everything needed such as a mini fridge and kettle. The shower had great water pressure and was hot.

The location was phenomenal. I was able to walk to shopping and many restaurants. I will say the crowd on the street could be heard on a Friday night. So if you’re a light sleeper that could be the only downside. But any future Paris trips this will be my go to place.

The room was TINY, and the area was less than desirable. Walk a block up to the main road, and the entire area is just one sex shop after another.

The stay was satisfactory, and we made the best of it and had a good laugh about my inability to choose hotels in Paris. But we won’t be going back. My mistake for believing the photos.

I had 2 brand new lipsticks and a phone battery charger that I specifically bought for our Paris trip taken from our room.

The room was very clean but the bathroom wasn’t that clean. The toilet seats were gross and the shower-head had hair stuck in it. But the staff was so nice and accommodating being that we only spoke English. It’s a great place to stay if you’re going to be out most of the day.

We paid for a room that's listed as \"Privelege\"; it was clean and tidy but extremely small with a metal closet that was unusable, measuring approximately 14\"-15\" wide. There is a refrigerator in the room, but was empty upon our arrival; there were no bottles of water. As a result, we had to make our way outside to purchase water.
There is a small window with semi sheer curtains facing the back of another building. We were concerned about privacy, so I approached the middle aged man at the front desk who checked us in to inform him that we didn't have any privacy; I also mentioned the fact that we got a \"Privilege Room, yet, the window was facing a wall. We were very surprised by his combative tone; he informed us that he was not the architect so he doesn’t know what we want him to do. I responded that his attitude and response was not customer friendly. I reiterated that we don't have any window shades for privacy and in the same combative tone he told me that there was a switch on the wall that operated the blinds. I felt that when we checked in those instructions should have been given to us.
The hotel is in a great location; close to Moulin Rouge, the Metro, and tons of Cafés and Restaurants but
I wouldn't return. The bathroom was challenging because of it's narrow width; every move while taking a shower would turn the water off and we would have to quickly turn it back on; in my humble opionion, the shower head should have been placed on the right corner instead.

The staff was very helpful and friendly (and patient with my bad French). The room was clean and we were pleasantly surprised to have a towel warmer in our bathroom. I loved that the window opened for fresh air. There was quite a bit of outside noise on the weekend, so if you need absolute silence to sleep, the location may be problematic. But I wasn’t bothered. I loved being so close to so many shops and restaurants. A great stay for the price!

The bathroom sliding doors do not close well and more importantly are transparent providing no privacy as other occupants in the room can view you from the outside.
Also, I arrived shortly before the end of the breakfast time which was never provided to me and was questioned as whether or not I was entitled to breakfast when my sister had paid for it.

Great stay overall. There’s no iron in the room-I had emailed to ask before my stay and never got a response. The hotel is surrounded by night life so it’s noisy. We could hear people parting till 5am. Very walkable area-walked from the louvre at night and felt safe. Room is super tight but was expected. Shower is tiny and see-through, no privacy. Housekeeping came everyday-but did not change the sheets. Staff was friendly and I would stay here again. Ac was great!

The room we stayed in at first was on the side of the hotel with a nightclub outside. Unfortunately , the noise was utterly unbearable and it lasted the entire night.

My partner went downstairs to ask if we could be moved, whilst she was doing this I contacted hotels.com online chat to discuss it, as I have very poor eyesight and could not myself get up to go downstairs

My partner came back up and said that the night receptionist (male) had agreed to move us to another room the next day, and we should leave our bags in the room and the staff would move them for us during the day

The next morning l went downstairs to ask about the room move and it was another receptionist (female). When I told her who I was, she immediately reacted aggressively , telling me I should not have contacted Expedia I should have came down to reception. This shocked me, as I had very good reason not to come down to reception, I had a long day travelling and as a customer I expected to have a peaceful nights sleep. When I go to bed it takes a lot of effort due to my eyesight to get up and ready to go anywhere especially in the middle of the night!

To be spoken to in such a way I found completely unacceptable

Then instead of offering the staff to move our bags, the female was offended that I should dare to speak to Expedia and not her, so she just gave me the key and said ‘the room is ready’ and then looked away.

This experience almost ruined my entire weekend

The room was fine, and generally, the service was good. I did bang my head on a light fitting by the bed and cut it. I was surprised that when I went to the front desk, I was told that they didn’t have a first aid kit and I was ‘fine, just relax’. I had to go find a pharmacy for an ice pack and plasters.

The Hotel is in an ideal location or so I initially thought. On Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday you will hear extremely loud noises from the nightclub on a neighboring street \" Eve\" until 5am and patrons outside blasting their music and singing. The Hotel does not call anyone regarding the noise compliant. Instead I saw and heard other hotel guests go outside to complain.
The hotel is the smallest I've been in quite sometime. There were no tissues, no phone etc. it was cleaned daily which was a positive. When asking for tissues, we were given a few paper towels ( I ended up sick and went through my own two personal boxes). Due to this, forced to use toilet tissue. I would not recommend this to anyone but someone I depised.
It is close to major attractions, great food places nearby and the metro. Otherwise spend an extra 100 or 200 dollars to be AWAY from the nightclub and complaciant staff.

We had a comfortable stay. The staff was very helpful and tried their best to help us out with a small reservation mix-up (my fault, not theirs). The bed was comfortable, the bathroom tiny but functional, with hot water and good shower pressure. They have towel warmers! That was a nice touch. The area is easy to get to by both bus and metro, and there are plenty of places to eat and get a drink. Would recommend satying here.

Hotel 6th floor corner room fantastic with distant view of Eiffel Tower! Room darkening was excellent. A very hipster neighborhood, cafes everywhere and are full well into the morning. Montmarte neighborhood close, more great cafes and crepes, Sacre- Couer Basilica is in walking distance as well. Trains stations to anywhere in Paris 10 minute walk from Hotel.

We stayed in the Paris privilege room. To our surprise we could see the Eiffle tower from our room. The room was clean with towels and soaps provided. There were also blackout blinds and 3 big mirrors. The hotels location alone is so worth it, very close to two metro stops and lots of places round it close to you!

It’s a nice hotel. I was in room 202 and there was noise from the street that woke me each night but it’s a city, but it’s not that quiet on that side of the building. Room was sufficient and clean. I have had more comfortable mattresses but again I was paying €200 a night which is now cheap in Paris. Breakfast was basic but nice. There was no conversation about breakfast on check in and I went for it for the three mornings and then was charged €36 which I don’t think was worth it.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city. The stay here was okay. I've stayed in worse places, but it was definitely our least favourite hotel on our trip of Europe.

The good:
-Close to transit options
-Close to good bars and food
-Despite the crowds, it's not too loud at night
-The room was clean (and I check every room thoroughly I stay in)

The Not So Good:

-The lobby STINKS. No matter what time we went through, the lobby stunk of garbage at all times. I'm not sure what causes it, but they need to figure that out.
-The lobby feels dated and empty.
-The rooms are okay, despite being small. The shower is poorly designed and you have to work hard to make sure it doesn't flood.
-Doors are thinner than I would like. You can hear everything in the hallway.

Overall, it's not a bad deal and you're not going to bring home bed bugs from here. It's just a lot of money for what you get.

Very close to Moulin Rouge if you want to see a show in the evening it`s safe to walk back to the hotel. Close to the metro station and restaurants and Supermarket. Location is very good! Walkable to Basilique du Sacre Coeur, Molulin Rouge, Montmartre area, bus station, metro station, and famous restaurant Bouillin Pigalle! We had 2 dinner and it was so local, real Paris feeling. You can take bus 30 to Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, and Rue de l’universite. Bakery almost around the corner is called The French Bast…. was awesome with a great selection. Definitely recommended. Staff is friendly. We didn’t request breakfast, so no comment on that one. But bakery all around the town, u really don’t need a breakfast at the hotel.
One down side was room was very tiny, barely walked through around the bed. We booked the room in 6 month advanced, still got the tiniest room.

Nice option for the area. Room was clean and what we expected, even if it was on the small side. Bed was comfortable. Stayed on the top floor with a nice view. Sometimes a little noisy at night because of the area nightlife. Close to Moulin Rouge and the metro. Great cafe's across the street. Breakfast was not what we were looking for, so the Cafe across the street was perfect. Staff was quick to address any needs we had and very nice.

The hotel is in the red light district and I don’t recommend walking around with a child as the businesses were obscene and sexual in nature. Also, folks are up all night and it was really noisy throughout the night up morning hours. Our sleep was interrupted every night.
