I booked this hotel after reading lots of 5 star reviews. My experience was nothing like those reviews. When I checked into my room there was a broken toilet seat that made the toilet to be unusable. So the staff moved me to another room it was tiny, really old and not the cleanest. The ac was also not working. There was also no housekeeping even though it was suppose to be every day during the stay. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Definitely not worth the money that I paid. Also the room that we got was completely blue and it was a bit tough on the eyes.

The hotel is on a quiet street. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was a good size, big bathroom with tub and shower. Free coffee, tea and water.

A great location in Montematre near a metro stop and a beautiful street with many shops and restaurants.

I will definitely stay here again when I get the chance!

This was our first trip to Paris and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience at our hotel. They were so friendly and accommodating. From breakfast to housekeeping, all was done with pride.
I would also like to add that we purchased a bottle of wine and forgot to get a bottle opener. We asked Pierre for a cork opener and he provided us with 2 wine glasses to our surprise.
We highly recommend staying at this hotel whether you are new or returning to Paris.

This is a small and quiet hotel tucked on a side street of the beautiful neighborhood of Montmartre. The rooms are small, the decor is pretty, and everything is clean. Stayed for 8 nights recently, hotel is really cute and safe and the staff was friendly. Great dining options literally right around the corner. Short distance to a few metro stations and walking distance of the Basilica, Montmartre museum, carousel, and Moulin Rouge. There are a few “X Rated” shops near the Moulin Rouge so families with small children might want to stay further away but it was fine for adults.

Perfect hotel

Every single moment of this hotel is a joy. The rooms are adorable, spotlessly clean, the showerhead is adjustable so that even if you are short you can have an incredible shower. The people are so kind and helped us with our luggage and allowed us to store it for the entire next day. They attended to every detail, even a crib and a child bathing kit for my toddler. I would never stay anywhere else in Paris. Loved it

I do not like the height of the bath tub ledge.
I do not like the half-door of the bath tub/shower area.
I wish there's a grab bar inside the bath tub.
I'm handicapped and I did not feel safe getting in and out of the shower.

Traveling with family, Great place to stay public transportation near by with a lot of dining options, The hotel's location was ideal for sightseeing, with many iconic landmarks within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed [mention nearby attractions or activities]. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
While the hotel offers a delicious breakfast buffet, we also ventured out to try local cafes, which were just a short stroll away. We would highly recommend Le Relais Montmarte to anyone visiting Paris and looking for a truly authentic experience.

The location is excellent, great for roaming Montmartre. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A/C in the room is terrific for a summer visit. The only minuses were the phone, which chirped nonstop until unplugged, and our broken bidet, which management promised to fix but never did.

The location was good and staff lovely and helpful. Quieter than expected given very busy area. Great access to metro. Property is in need of some freshening up to be a real 4 star hotel. A bit down around edges. Patio was closed in June so that was not available. Shower heads are terrible making for less than pleasant showers. Been to Paris several times in recent past and these hotel rooms seem smaller than other small boutique hotels I’ve stayed at. Okay. Not great overall.
