Our experience was excellent, with the service since our early arrival very convenient. The hotel staff allowed us to keep our luggage stored while we went around Paris until check-in time. The person in charge gave us good recommendations for our stay, a map, and other good advise to be aware of in Paris.

Loved the hotel, affordable and clean. Rooms are small for American standards, but worked well for me and my daughter. Restaurants, movie theater, shopping and subway all walking distance. Watch out for your belongings on the subway!! It got a lot worse in last 5 years!!

We stayed for 2 nights for the Olympics. Great warm welcome, staff very friendly and helpful! The room was modern, smart, clean and comfy. We were delighted it had aircon too! We were on the fifth floor and had a balcony with great views. We brought a baby and the stay was fine. However we wouldn’t say it was family friendly if you had older children or needed a pram as the lift is too small and stairs were steep. We only brought a sling so it was fine.
We loved the complimentary coffee machine in reception. We loved the location and there was so much to do! We’d recommend Jus the local bakery around the corner! Thank you!

This hotel was fab! Stayed here on a recent mother daughter trip and loved it.
Great location, less than 5 minutes walk to a metro stop (which we used coming from both Charles Degaulle airport and then back to the bus stop to connect to Beauvais airport)
Lots of eateries nearby that were open later in the evening if like us you are out all day and back late.
Felt safe walking around in later evening in the area, and just around the corner from Moulin Rouge.
Also very handy to lots of tourist attractions if you fancy walking, we walked to Louvre, arch de triomphe, champs Elysée etc (prob 30-40mins depending on your speed of walking).
The staff were also lovely, very chatty and pleasant on checkin and asked if we had been before so they could offer suggestions etc for things to do!
Would hands down stay here again!

Perfect for a short stay
Great location at Place Clichy . Very welcoming and friendly team. My room ( nr 45 ) was perfect for one night , single , bed , super clean , extra quite , couldn't hear any noise either from inside or outside, so I didn't mind at all being at te back and having no view. Nice extras such as a Nespresso Machine and a kettle with choice of of coffee & tea, and also real soap in the bathroom..... Such quality / price ratio is rare in Paris...I'll defintely be back.

It’s good value for money - a good base
Overall a really good hotel. You get what you pay for, in fact you get more. Expect a small hotel and room. However, the room has a comfy big bed and everything you’d get in any hotel room. Small bathroom but again all functional. We stayed 3 nights and used it as a base as we left early for sightseeing and back late at night. So for us, this was perfect. Location is great. 1 min from metro line, near lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The area felt very safe and there is hotel staff at reception 24/7. The staff are supper friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay for a short few nights to begin our honeymoon, the staff was so lovely and went over and above for us! I had spoke a few days before with one of the front desk staff to confirm our stay and informed them we were coming for our honeymoon and before we arrived they decorated the room and the bed with roses and chocolates. We were in the 5th floor and Our balcony had the best views and walking distance there is so much to do and most restaurants in the area are open until 5am! We would def come back!!

The staff at this hotel are exceptionally nice and very helpful. Magid and his staff assisted me in going to the pharmacy and getting a brace for my injured ankle when I got back to the hotel. One of his staff also got ice for me to put on it as well. Kind staff matter when one is far from home and something like this happens.

Friendly hotel staff and convenient location by the Metro, but not the cleanest hotel. The bedding was clean, but the rest of my room was quite dusty. The bathroom had a lot of dust bunnies and the shower was questionable.

This hotel is situated in a perfect location. It’s close to the Moulin Rouge. The nearest train station is Place de Clichy and it’s 5 min walk. If you want to walk for example to Galeries Lafayette it will be around 20 to 25 min, which is pretty good in my opinion. The neighbourhood around the hotel is very safe and very good with plenty of small coffee places and restaurants all around!

What a find! This hotel is the perfect place and base for a city break where you are not going to be spending a great deal of the day here.

The big advantage of this hotel is that it was very clean and the location is excellent. The room, as is standard in Paris (and most places in Europe) is very small. The elevator was extremely tiny. But I have experienced this in other Parisian hotels as well. The bed itself was not so comfy but not terrible neither. I do not regret staying here and the price was reasonable.

We tried to check in at 10:30. A very pleasant young gentleman told us to come back in one hour and our room would be ready. He explained everything to us including the fact that there was free tea, coffee and hot chocolate available at the reception after 11am. We came back at 11:30 and the room was ready. The cleaner lady we saw on the way to our room was pleasant and polite.
The room was spotlessly clean. There was 1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, and 1 body cream and one mineral water for 2 people. There was a kettle in the room with some coffee and tea. The room was compact but adequate, some storage space would have been welcome. There were some clothangers, a table without drawers and one chair.
The room was a bit basic - the pillow was unusually comfortable though - but the service was excellent.
The area is nice and safe with cafes and bars and good transport connections. There is a fairly big Auchan minimarket about 2 minutes away on Boulevard di Batignolles and a small Carrefour nearly opposite the hotel.

Disappointing
The elevator holds one person with one suitcase. Disappointed with the room, the carpet was stained and not vacuumed. Staff was frienfly but not very acommodating. When I requested 2 hand towels that were not replaced in our room, I was given 1 towel and a bath mat, still not fully dry and with stains on the towel. I was disappointed and grossed out, stayed in the room the least time possible. Breakfast was basic.

Hotel Pilime is in a great location close to the metro or buses that go everywhere in just minutes. Malik was delightful and very helpful as was the rest of the staff. He went above and beyond. The hotel is small and quaint but a great stay for the price.

What did annoy me however, when I went to pay the card I tried to use got declined twice, the odd thing being the bank did not inform me of the failed attempt (they usually do, and almost instantly). I tried a second card and this was also declined. Both had plenty of funds.
To me it was clear that the PDQ machine was either having issues or the broadband was playing up. To get around this I had to run about getting cash (ok maybe an exaggeratrion, a cash machine was over the road). As proof of the fact it was not my card, I used the original card to withdraw the cash.

I love the area in which this hotel was located. There where a lot of cafes and restaurants near by. The metro was a 5 minute walk. The staff was friendly and spoke English. The rooms are small but comfortable. My only complaints where how dirty the carpet was. Clearly something had spilled and they didn’t do a good job at cleaning it up.

This hotel was way smaller then what the pictures look like. You couldn’t even open the door from the restroom all the way because the bed was in the way. The carpets are really stained which is disgusting. You can hear everything from the outside so you will not get a goodnight sleep. Definitely won’t be returning

The hotel Is extremely basic. The elevator can barely fit one person and one suitcase, the Internet did not work properly for the two days we were there, and the rooms were extremely small with bare minimum. The staff were polite, which was the only positive.

My friend and I ended up staying at Pilime for 1 night on our way out of Paris. The hotel is in a great location for access to the metro. The room was some what small but most accommodations in Paris are. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Small, but perfectly decent room. Shower pressure great. Decor updated. Bed comfortable enough, even though the pillows were a bit bizarre. Very near the metro. The lift is also tiny, just enough for one suitcase and one person. I don’t know how a couple would do it. In all, good value for money if you just want a place to sleep.

When checking in the receptionist was very friendly and complemented me on my French that won me over! I had my phone stolen the day before I requested a wake up call to get to the airport on time; the wake up call never came. Luckily woke, when leaving the receptionist guy who had agreed to the wake up did not even remember or apologize.

Contradiction....great location, easy access to metro and great restaurants, friendly service, but unfortunately, 3 of 5 nights I had no WIFI service, and on the last night my room was never cleaned, no toiletries...and even no toilet paper!

Il y’a mieux dans le quartier
Étrangement la fenêtre de la salle de bain ne benéficie pas de la même isolation phonique que la fenêtre de la chambre. Bilan, avec une chambre au premier étage avec pignon sur rue, c’est bruyant. Si vous fermez la porte de la salle de bain la nuisance sonore est atténuée mais étant donné qu’il n’y a pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain elle se transforme en frigo.
La Nespresso dans la chambre c’est un plus, retirer du percolateur la dosette usagée du précédent client c’est mieux. Bilan la cafetière n’est donc pas nettoyée.
La literie est confortable et la chambre dans son ensemble plutôt propre. Je me rends très souvent dans ce quartier mais je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel. Il y’a mieux.
