There are so many better places to stay. The website and social media images are NOT reflective of the property. We were upgraded to a suite, it was worse than the room I had booked so we swapped back. The staff do their best but seem inexperienced. There’s a small breakfast offering but it’s chaotic and by the time a few guests have pawed over it it’s not appealing. Also be aware.hotel will offer to call you a taxi for the airport (fixed fee of 56euros) but the taxi company add 9euros if they’re ordered for you by the hotel. Rooms were clean but tired and in Paris there are so many better places to stay.

The room it self was spacious, clean, and comfortable however when we got to the room we noticed a staircase to the basement which is where the bathroom was. We were not told this. There was no door to the stairs from the second room. When we got there the coffee machine and the safe did not work. The coffee machine was fixed quickly however the safe took 2 days to get fixed and we had to ask several times. The uneasy part of the whole stay was that they made us leave our room key in the lobby due to it \"being the only key\" they had - however they were able to make up the room everyday before us leaving the key. Upon arrive at night the day we left the key, we asked for our key and the person at night was not sure why they had asked us to leave the key to our room. Overall, the room was good but there were some things that did not seem right.

They are extremely strict and will not let you check in even a minute before check-in. Most hotels will allow you to check in prior if the room is available, but it appears they are extremely strict on this policy as there were several others trying to check in at exactly 3 PM. The rooms are extremely small and rundown. Housekeeping did a good job, replenishing towels, and making the bed yet, there were insects in our room. I would not stay here again.

While it's a nice and well appointed hotel, the walls are extremely thin (I could hear the toilet in the room next to mine). Also, while the website advertises air conditioning, it is only available beginning in May - our stay in April was exceptionally hot and uncomfortable. The staff suggested opening the windows, which then produced even more noise (6am rubbish pickup with glass breaking).

While the room itself was clean and nicely appointed, we strongly recommend against purchasing the breakfast option. There is minimal food and they do not replenish if you arrive late. The staff are not friendly and customer service could be much desired. The hotel itself is quaint and generally quiet.

Very nice hotel that was comfortable in good location with 2 trams nearby along with some local restaurants. Breakfast was very good.

Warning!!! Avoid this hotel if you can. I should have posted my review sooner so other travelers don’t have to go through this, but I have been focusing on my child’s recovery. My daughter had to have a surgery weeks before our European trip, the surgeon strongly advised not to travel because of flight risk (death). We scrambled to cancel our plans, all but this hotel offered refunds or credits. Their responses were slow and email via Expedia agents only. The management of this hotel has no empathy or understanding of basic human decency. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere!!

Property itself is OK. It’s a small hotel. The signage doesn’t reference Mayflower so the name is to lure English speaking guests. The area around the hotel is a bit barren. But it’s fine if you just need somewhere to stay and you’re out all day like we were.

Our air conditioning didn’t work. I was told they’re going to repair it - next week. AFTER our stay. We opened all the windows so it was tolerable. But we were lucky it wasn’t hot. We were offered a fan. The fan didn’t work. They got us a second fan that worked but did not oscillate like it’s supposed to.

In a quiet residential neighborhood with small cafes and shops, 2 metro stations and Gare St Lazard close by. Galleries Lafayette is also close by. The hotel is very nice, rooms are small but beautifully appointed with a nespresso machine included. All in all great place!

This hotel is top-notch!! It was my first time in Paris and was not sure what area to stay in, after going through numerous hotel reviews, I’ve decided to pick this one and I’m so glad I Did. The staff was amazing from the day I arrived, even helped in advising where to book for the tours. The area is just the best thing ever!! Close to malls, lots of buses, close to the train station and many restaurants around and it’s also located around a very safe neighborhood. If you’re thinking about booking just do it, you won’t regret it!!

Pros; location,cleanliness, transportation, shopping malls, supermarket, safe area.
Cons; Room was a bit small but that’s just paris in general

Great spot for a Paris trip

We do not do many reviews, but felt that this hotel deserved a good grade. On a quiet street, very close to two metro lines. Felt very safe, even with protests going on in the city center. We experienced no problems with the hotel. No premium TV channels and not much english TV at all. We could have used a microwave oven in the room or in the cafe downstairs.

The bathroom was in poor condition- water damage, shower was falling apart with a button falling off and a piece of the shower (gasket?) fell on me. We asked for an extra towel our first night and it was gone the next day. Mini bar was complimentary, but was never refilled on our 5-night stay. Blow drier tripped the circuit every 10 seconds (literally) making it impossible to dry my hair. Shampoo/conditioner provided was just body wash.

While the bed was comfortable, we would not stay at this hotel again based on the details above. We expected more from a hotel listed as 4-stars

The property's rooms were chic with the latest up to date furniture and accessories. We love the bathroom with the Dual Shower Head Combo with Hand Held & Rain Shower options. The hand and body wash soaps smelled amazing. House keeping did an amazing job with cleaning the room. I love that they had a place holder door cards to ask for the room to be cleaned or do not disturb sign. Thank you for providing us a home away from home.

My first visit to Paris and I really had no preference on where to stay: Expedia put me here. The room was quite a good size for a European hotel room with a great bathroom/shower (my room in Dublin was significantly smaller.) The staff were fantastic: friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near three Metro lines, with line 2’s Rome stop the closest (a two minute walk) but the other’s only about five. Rooms included two USB A ports on the bedside table, so you may not even need a charger. Easy to get to from the Airport either by RoissyBus or RER Line B. If I’m ever back in Paris, I’d definitely stay here again!

It’s a decent boutique style hotel, I liked it that the staffs were very helpful and friendly, it’s location is very convenient for going to any famous destination, also that I found a couple nice and good priced restaurants within walking distance. I didn’t like that the wifi connection was a pain , unable to connect for half of the time and even when connected, the usage allowance is not for sending pictures or larger files; the cleanliness overall is acceptable but require improvements, places to check: corner of the shower, edge of sink and heavy dusts in blowdryer.

Just because I love reading detailed reviews:

Pros:
The cleanliness of the room is phenomenal. It has everything you need. They even offer whatever is in the minibar as part as your welcome. I wish I would’ve gotten the names of the receptionist that helped me the first two days, the female receptionist was the sweetest. She gave me all the information I needed at check-in and was so
welcomimg. I read some reviews about the outside because sketchy but it wasn’t. I always felt safe and it was clean outside the building too.
The beds were super comfortable and they went above and beyond with the toiletries.

Cons:
There was a very young receptionist the last day of check-out. I asked him to help me with calling for a taxi and he did not really put an effort. He called one taxi place and was like “ sorry, there’s nothing.” I had to figure it out. Luckily, I was able to get a hold of an Uber driver but as I waited outside of the hotel I noticed that many others coming out of their hotel had a taxi picking them up. Just left a bad impression. Hopefully they just train him a little more. The other receptionist were beyond phenomena, this kid wasn’t.

Overall, this was a wonderful stay! I definitely recommend, especially if you are traveling with your family.

I booked the room for 2 nights during my stay in Paris. The hotel location was very convenient. Rome metro station was just about 3 mins walk. Liege metro station was about 5 mins walk from the hotel. Checkin was easy and fast. The hotel staff was very friendly. I got upgraded to suite room, it was really nice. The room was very clean with nice big comfortable bed. My room had 2 stories, the full bathroom was downstairs, small bathroom with toilet and sink was on the same floor as the bedroom. Everything in the room was complimentary including coffee, tea and softdrink in the fridge ( there will be charged if you refill softdrink in the fridge though). The toiletries were very good quality and good size.
I did not have breakfast at the hotel so I cannot comment on that.
The wifi was free and strong signal.
Overall, I was very happy with this hotel and I would stay there again next time I am in Paris.

I am an Aussie living in Toronto and I am used to hotels that are modern and bigger, especially a 4 star rated hotel. This hotel room was small. Probably a Paris thing?

Pros:
Warm and very helpful front desk staff.
Excellent and prompt house keeping .
Comfortable bed . Slept well on all 6 nights.

Cons:
1)By comparision, this hotel was smaller .
2)In my room, the toilet was separate from the shower . Probably a French thing ? Don’t know .
3) the mini fridge was smelly. I didn’t use it much though and didn’t complain. My guess is the hotel staff would have replaced it if I did.
4) my courtyard view room barely had a window and I could only see the dome of the next building .
5) Location is a good 30 minute walk from city centre . I would have chosen a closer hotel if I wasn’t rushing .
