The bed was comfortable.
It was spacious for one person. I heard parisian hotel rooms are small but this one was a good size.

I also had a balcony which was amazing despite not booking the room with the balcony.

Location is good. Close to metro stations and plenty cafes and restaurants and walk distance to Opera and Montmartre.

Only dowside is that there was some dirt on some of the furniture. Seemed like the stains were there for some time but didnt go away.
Other than that it was pleasant stay and staff is friendly.

Decor is nice, rooms are spacious and location is great. Front desk lovely and helpful and friendly. Would stay here again. However, the cleaning is an issue, we had our room properly made 1 day (Saturday morning), Sunday no one did the room, so on Monday we asked the front desk to make sure someone did the room, and when we got back it was only half done. Such a shame. Only other point is the towels are tiny, and if they don’t make your room you don’t get any fresh towels, as only two in the room which I don’t think is enough, especially in cold months.

Nice hotel but non-existent breakfast!

Decent hotel in a nice part of Paris. Breakfast was non-existent - we came down at 10am - there were no tables, no staff and there was no food - bread gone, pastries gone and a couple of sausages in a covered tray. We left and paid for breakfast at a local boulangerie.

Great location near restaurants. Daily French breakfast was a wonderful addition. Staff was friendly and helpful the entire time. The only downside was the size of the room and elevator. Elevator could barely hold two people with luggage and we were on the 6th floor. The bathroom door could not fully open without hitting the toilet.
Great place! Just small. Would stay again.

Amazing hotel and an amazing location

The location was perfect. A lot of restaurants near by and close to a lot of attractions. The hotel was beautifully decorated and the staff was very kind. The bed was amazing (on the firm side). The room was spacious compared to other hotels we have stayed in previously.
Overall we would definitely stay there again.

Overall the hotel was beautiful and I would have been happy but I paid extra to have a balcony room and at check in was given a basic room as the hotel was fully booked and didn't have any balcony's left. This was me and my sisters last day of our trip and all we wanted was to enjoy some drinks on a balcony. I would not have booked here if I knew I wouldn't get one, and was extremly upset as I had already paid and it was around 7:30pm when we checked in so couldn't have gone to another hotel.

Reserved two rooms which we’re supposed to be the same and one was smaller the other one, there was a puddle of water between bathroom and room which couldn’t be fixed the same day because according to the lady at the reception the manager was not available, then the problem was fixed apparently but the carpet was wet and the room was smelling very moldy the air conditioner wasn’t working properly in the same room. Breakfast was ok, the bathroom edges were dirty. My family and I were very disappointed with the facility it doesn’t worth the money.

Wonderful hotel! The staff where so lovely and it is extremely well placed in terms of transport links and eateries as well a short walk from Montmartre (Moulin Rouge and Sacre Ceour) that has lots of bars and restaurants. The hotel is very well presented, is quiet during the evening and lived up to expectations. Highly recommended and would stay again!

Nice hotel breakfast enough decor lovely very quaint didn’t get what was said in our booking and what I wanted which was no tea or coffee maker in room a stocked mini bar was two bottles of water and no bath robes or slippers so your not getting what you think your paying for which is false advertising Hotels.com needs to address this probably more a three star than a four we still had a nice time and the bed was huge and a nice quiet room the staff were lovely a bit far from centre of Paris so we wouldn’t stay here again.

My trip started so well but ended up messy!
Some members of the staff were kind and professionnal,others just lacked professionnalism. I checked out and went to run some errands leaving my luggage @storage.I got back to collect them just for me to realize my hand luggage (I spare you the details of all I had in) had been given to another client. The manager was just Zen telling me I will have it sent in my home country. We, a friend and I had to look for solutions and boost the manager up. Thank God she was there to assist cuz I almost collapsed.
The man who had mistakenly taken the trolley was honest. He was already about to cross to London with Eurostar. What shocked me the most is the manager asking \" Do you want to sleep somewhere nearby the hotel waiting for trolley?\" Like giving a complimentary night wasn't the least she could do! Like I even cared about a free night! Matter of fact I cancelled my last night @hotel cuz I wanted to spend it w my family.
I paid my bill two days before checkout and I regret tipping them especially after I asked why they charged my card for an additional amount and they still haven't given me any explanations.
Finally my box was brought back to me at 2 a.m @ my location.

Great room close to Gare Lazare Train Station

Hotel was great bu do not use the shuttle service offered to reach CDG. The shuttle picks up many people and we rode around Paris for 30 minutes before our 30 minute ride to the airport. Get a taxi. Driver refused to give change and quickly drove away with fifty euros for the forty euro trip. Not against tipping, but this ride was not what we considered appropriate.

Enjoyable stay.

We stayed here for 4 nights. When we arrived, we felt that the lobby has a really nice ambience. It was a good place to sit and talk after a long day or a for a nightcap with champagne. The room was small but comfortable, the bed offered a good night's sleep. The climate control wasn't adjustable, so the temperature stayed at 17C which was a little cold for us. They claimed to have Netflix, but it didn't work. The in room safe is small and won't hold a laptop but those could be deposited at the desk. There's no kettle or coffee maker in the room, but there is free coffee in the lobby, plus a bar for you to have a drink. The service there is really friendly. The bathroom was clean but was a bit of a disaster. A toilet flush would spill water over the edge, the sink took forever to drain, and the shower leaked from the pipes, and the drain plug for the bathtub looks like it works with the push of a lever, but you'll need to dig it out by hand. Overall it was a good place to stay wih pluses and minuses, the 9th arrondisement was an interesting neighborhood and is near the Opera, Le Printemps, and Galeries Lafyette. Paris has perfected the art of the cheap hotel. This almost makes it out of that category entirely, but not quite.

The service was very kind—which is the most important to me! But the bathroom was a tight fit (I requested a bathtub and did not get one) as well as the lift—it’s obviously an old hotel that they’ve tried to revamp and make quaint—cute lobby area/furnishings. Breakfast quality could use improvement, as well as the WiFi. For the price it was worth it.

Hotel advertises that it is equipped with minibar with some free items and coffeemaker and tea maker and free wifi and English-speaking staff, but not really... It did not have coffeemaker or tea maker. It had small minibar with 2 water bottles and the minibar itself did not work. It had wifi, but not working well. They had English-speaking staffs, but not all the times.

I chose this hotel based on the amenities advertised and actually paid more for that amenities compared to other hotels, but they did not have those, so I felt like I got fooled. Not a good experience !

The staffs we encountered were all friendly and welcoming, when we checked in the staff showed us around and offered free coffee, drinks, pastries and fruits. It also offers luggage storage service, our things were all safe, nothings missing.
The location is central and the room is comfortable, although there was water leaking out of the shower, making the bathroom floor wet. We talked to the staff about it and they sent someone to fix it the next day.
We realised a stain on the blanket at 23:30 when we were ready for bed, we called the front desk and he brought new sheets and protectors straight away, we were amazed by the service provided in this hotel, we felt valued and being taken care of.
Even though it’s not 100 percent perfect, but we will surely be back when ever we are back in Paris.

We stayed here for one day. The staff is very kind and gave us a warm welcome. The room is very clean and spacious. You can watch netflix on the tv and use there fast free wifi. In the room you have a Nespresso machine to drink coffee. You also have a possibility to book breakfast. I recommend this hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet street with several restaurants and shops in the area. There is a metrostation at five min walking. We would book this hotel again!

Really great location of the hotel, and the lobby looks very nice. Our room looked nice, but it will all depend on what room you have. We had a deluxe room, and it was styled in a redish color, which we think made it look older than it probably was. Everything looks nice and the rooms are very well equipped. Beds were actually really comfy in the deluxe rooms, but really hard and uncomfortable in the believed classic room

Do NOT get fooled by the \"sound isolated room\", cause they were far from it. From steps, to coughs, talking etc. You can hear all of it really well. Our doors and locks were really janky, and we had problems closing and locking doors.

We also had huge problems with their TV, as they did not work. Their service was really good, as they moved us to 3 different rooms, cause they wanted us to have a functional TV. This kind of ruined our experience with the hotel, as we were only there for 5 nights. The last room we got, was actually a classic room, which means we got a cheaper room even though we paid for a deluxe.

Overall the service was really good, although they had a few workers there who barely spoke English. This might not be the best hotel for non-french speakers. One of the workers even gave us a bit attitude, and did not seem to wanna assist us.

Small issues aside, we would recommend this hotel if you're looking for a calm and relaxing stay, with nice looking rooms, and comfortable bedding.
