When we check in, we are assigned room 1 on the ground, but it is too noisy at night, for it is near the train station. After we give this feedback, the staff is really nice to assign another room for us, the only problem is the new room has a pit on the ground, and if not careful, it will be easy to fall down, but much better than the 1st one. As for transportation, it is good, since Europe station is nearby, and it is easy to find a grocery. It lives up to my expectation on a 3-star hotel in Paris.

Excellent location and comfortable for the price. Very quiet at night as it's away from any main drag.Except for one girl who was lovely, the reception staff couldn't really care less about you. Our room was only cleaned once in 5 days and even then I had to request it. Breakfast was good but the mood of the staff depended upon who was working. One couldn't do enough for you and the other one thought she was doing you a favour. A couple of gripes but I would still stay there again.

I stayed here with my family for 5 days. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The place was well-maintained and clean. The breakfast was great and good enough before heading out to check the city. The location is near the shopping mall, metro, bus station, and supermarket. Our experience was amazing! I definitely recommend this place.

Overall experience was good for what we paid. We expected the hotel to have view on Tour Eiffel as the pictures show. But unfortunately it hadn’t.
Rooms were smaller than they appeared in the pictures. But we enjoyed the room with the balcony.
The area was a bit far from all the busy areas, but great next to carrefour and rome merto station.
Area is very calm in general.
The hotel has a nice terrace on gf for a morning coffee.

Staff was good in general.
I suggest this hotel, but make sure to select the right room size and location.

Really good stay at the Hotel!
Room was sufficiently and exactly spacious.
Staff was super nice and friendly.
My only small and likely insignificant complaint would be a shower curtain in the shower.
Besides this little niggle, I would definitely stay here again!

So noisy due to the very close proximity to the railway.
Water was leaking out of the shower and water all over the floor
The cupboard is a bar that fits 3 items
The bed is very small barely queen size

They had us wait for 30 minutes after we checked in to clean the room, They had a leaky tub and 13£ for breakfast. It was a bit of a walk everywhere (15-50)for tourists. Great staff, very good english and helpful with me!

I had stayed here ten years ago and liked it so much, decided to return again for a longer stay. First of all, I have to give three cheers to employees Shannon and Matteo. They went above and beyond to make my stay all that it should be (within their power). I do wish they provided tissues in the rooms

WARNING!! This property does not have the amenities described. Not sure if this is expedia or the hotel with misinformation. BUT there is no room service or bar as described in amenities and air conditioning was turned off for the building. The staff was nice but only one person for all guests! It took a while to get help.

I had a wonderful time at Cervantes hotel, the staff was very helpful and went out of their way to assist guest. The hotel is near several metro stations and you can walk to restaurants that are nearby.

La limpieza de la habitación es buena, las instalaciones en general bien, pero se escucha mucho el ruido de los pasillos y otras habitaciones. La chica de recepción muy amable.
No me gustó nada el desayuno, sé que es sencillo pero no vale para nada lo que te cobran, todos los días lo mismo y muy poca cantidad.
La ubicación si tienes que caminar bastante, aunque no se ve muy bien afortunadamente fue seguro para nosotros.

O hotel me surpreendeu positivamente. É mais perto do metro do que eu imaginava.
Fiquei apenas 1 noite pous foi conexão em Paris.
Não tome café da manhã porque sai super cedo para o aeroporto.
Eu recomendo.

Excelente cuarto muy limpio y a pesar que estaba con ventana a la calle no se escuchaban ruidos! El desayuno muy bueno con fruta fresca, pedimos chec out late! Y aceptaron! Todo perfecto recomiendo ampliamente este hotel! Con café y té todo el día además!

Lors de la réservation, cela montrait une photo d'une grande chambre, ce n'était pas le cas, tout l'inverse même. Literie moyenne, oreillers peu confortables. La clim, gérée de façon centrale n'était pas réglable selon mon envie, et j'ai du dormir fenêtre ouverte car il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre (23° d'après le capteur mural) Sauf que collé pratiquement aux rails de la gare Saint Lazare, beaucoup de bruits de trains. Il a fallu faire un choix entre le bruit et la chaleur. Je ne retournerai pas dans cet hotel. Cela ne mérite pas le prix que j'ai payé.

The windows in the rooms don‘t open, we even asked for it and they declined. Climate control is a joke, so we didn’t get ANY air all night, it was torture!!!

J'ai dormi 2 nuits
Mon service comptabilité m'a demandé de lui fournir une facture séparée pour chaque nuit. J'ai appelé l'hôtel qui n'a pas voulu me fournir 2 factures séparés ( pour eux une réservation = une facture) alors que le matin même ils m'ont dit qu'ils allaient m'envoyer les factures j'ai attendu toute la journée pas de factures reçues. Le soir on m'a indique \" pas possible\" alors que ça l'était le matin et la personne a écourté la discussion en me raccrochant au nez . j'ai déjà eu ce cas de figure avec d'autres hôtels et ça n'a pas posé de problèmes ??? chaine Happyculture terminé

Mooi hotel, zeer goede locatie. Inchecken verliep vlot, vriendelijk. Het uitchecken verliep heel stroef. De medewerker wou ons een proforma geven terwijl we de dag ervoor bij zijn collega alles al betaald hadden en Hij vond onze gegevens ineens niet. Hij was niet vriendelijk. Als we dan zeiden dat we iemand van management wouden spreken, dan ging het ineens allemaal. Spijtig voorval.
