I loved the room and the en suite - a traditional Parisian design (herringbone floors always a winner) balanced with more modern accents. The street was quiet but very near LOTS of great places to go out. Unable to pass comment on the breakfast though as we headed to all the local boulangeries instead. The staff were very nice and the clothes steamer in the room was a nice touch :)

The breakfast was amazing. We looked forward to it every morning. The room was clean. The only thing that might be an issue for some is the size of the room. It was pretty small but we were only there for a short time each day so it didn't bother us. I would recommend having a spot to place luggage on. Metro station is very close! We had a great time!

The room was not as shown in the pictures we were in the converted loft and I was unable to stand up in 90% of the room. Hit my head on the ceiling multiple times during my stay.

The room also had no direct lift access so my pregnant wife had to walk up stairs to the room. Shower also was cold at busy times.

On the plus side bed was comfy and location was good.

Who needs a big room when you're out seeing the si

The hotel was great! Very nice staff and the room was clean. I very much enjoyed the big windows that opened into the street. The only down side was the shower door did not contain the water and it splashed all over the bathroom floor. Otherwise very nice.

Small, but very comfortable, quiet, and clean. Good amount of hot water, but low water pressure when hot.

Not enough hooks or counter space for clothing and personal items, and no place to hang your towel. The hotel could easily fix this issue.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Free fizzy and still water and coffee downstairs.

Perfect stay for one person for a few nights. Would come back again.

My daughter and I recently spent five nights at this wonderful little property! The room although small had a lovely window that opened up to the street. The breakfast each morning was perfect with many food options as well as local fresh baking each morning!
The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was the fact that in my Expedia confirmation it said that check in started at 2pm and we were not able to check in until after 4pm.

Quaint little hotel on a quiet side street in Brugges. The manager was extra helpful with describing points of interest and schlepping our bags. Room was small and clean. Bathroom had a faint odor and was dark. Didn’t spend a lot of time in the room since Brugges is so fun and magical. Great value for the price.

Good hotel, you’re getting what you paid for! My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights, they didn’t do a good job cleaning the rooms they never changed the sheets and only replaced the towels but the staff is excellent and so is the breakfast! Far from city center about a 20 minute drive.

Lovely hotel, small clean rooms, with quite large bed (two singles pushed together). Small bathroom with shower which was quite powerful.
Tiny lift fit two cabin suitcases and my wife and I, just, but pleased it had a lift!
Self service complimentary selection of, teas, coffee and hot chocolate downstairs in the foyer with sofa and some tables for guest use.
Love, love, love the area, relatively quiet with lots of locals rather than other tourists frequenting the local bars, cafes and bistros if you avoid the main boulevard.
Short walk to the metro, then one metro train ride and a train ride to and from the airport.
Negatives:
Only negative for us was no fault of the hotel. But in Paris, like other places in France we have visited, the garbage/rubbish is collected every day. Here it was before 6am loud enough and for a long enough duration that you’ll be fully awake unless you are a light sleeper OR maybe use the complimentary ear plugs from the bathroom!

The hotel is clean. The bed was comfortable. The Clarins Shampoo and Shower Gel were a great little extra pampering touch. Staff we met were polite .
Close to the Metro and we were able to walk to many places from there.

The lift was broken and couldn’t get them fixed on time. I booked 2 identical rooms but one of the room was very small. The staff didn’t give us 2 room on the same floor but on 2 different buildings which is not good if you have kids. Wouldn’t recommend for families. I won’t book with them again. The only good thing was the bakery up the street.

A very nice stay

The room was spacious enough for me and my partner for a short trip, the bathroom was nice and he shower worked lovely. Nice touch by the hotel staff leaving chocolates and balloons in the room on our anniversary which we appreciated so much. Continental Breakfast was nice with plenty of options. Staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints from me and if i was to come again I wouldnt hesitate in staying here. Good location easily accessible to all the sights on metro which was so easy to use.

Nespresso, tea and chilled water available from the lobby. Didn't try the breakfast so can't comment. Staff friendly and able to communicate in English which was really helpful. The metro was really close (2min walk, if that). Lively area but hotel is on a nice quiet street. Good bakeries etc nearby. Recommend a little walk to Square des Batignolles. Beautiful. Would happily stay here again and recommend to others.

The property itself was nice and the staff was wonderful. The sidewalks around it were full of pee from both dogs and humans...we personally witnessed more than three or four people peeing right on the walks (and this included women, not just men.) Also, the restaurant and bar patrons would stand outside the establishments to smoke and completely block the entire sidewalk, making it impossible to walk past except in the street, so you took your life in your hands walking in car and bike traffic.
Saw several bikers and pedestrians collide for this very reason. The smokers are dirty and selfish in Paris and throw their butts everywhere, as trash cans are scarce and throwing them in the sewers is understandably forbidden.

I stayed here for a couple of nights coming through Paris before heading south to Burgundy, and then stayed again before I flew out. It was fabulous both times. Each room was clean and small, but well-appointed.

The staff was helpful (I speak no French) and responsive over email as well. I ate breakfast there just once before a day of travel, and it had ample options in the French manner of the petit dejeuner. There's a whole dining space downstairs — a bit dark for the morning, but all the other hotel spaces are bright and soothing.

I love this neighborhood which is why I booked this spot in the first place. Great for options walking, dining, groceries and bread, and easy transit. Grateful for my time here, and I hope to return to the Rendez-Vous!

We had a great stay at the Hotel Rendez-vous Batignolles. Great location, close to Moulin Rouge and so many great bars and restaurants. Staff were always friendly and the property was safe and clean. The only negative we experienced was that the wifi was horrendous, it would go in and out a ton. But otherwise the room was great and exactly what we were looking for!

The hotel location is very good. The tranport is convenient. We walked to the hotel on the new year night coz it's close to the city center.
The rooms are quite small, good for short trips, no kitchen inside and outside. Only breakfast avaliabliblity. Also no drinkable water in the room, one must get the water bottles filled from ground floor.

Nicely decorated and very clean. There does need some attention to detail such as scrubbing some areas of grout and retouching paint, but on the whole these are very minor.

It was a really pleasant stay. The hotel staff helped us with our bags because we were on the top floor with limited access by lift. The room was a nice size, area was ideal (very close to the Moulin Rouge, Galleries La Fayette) and metro to visit local landmarks as well as Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees.

Hotel Rendez Vous was perfect for us! It’s so conveniently located, close to the Metro, which gets you anywhere in Paris in minutes, or only about a 40 minute (beautiful) walk to the Louvre area. I highly recommend it. The rooms are dead silent, the staff is all lovely and helpful, the area around the hotel is great with lots of food and drink options, and many, many more if you don’t mind a 10-15 minute walk. We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel! Thanks everyone!

Absolutely perfect place to stay for a Paris break. Metro is right around the corner, plenty of food options, bars, bakeries, shops, all within a 5 minute walk. Can be at all the main attractions in around 15-20 min on the metro. Disney is also easy to get to in around an hour on the trains. The rooms are very clean and well decorated. Free water and coffee downstairs. We stayed in the comfort plus room, was perfect for our 3 night break - if you’re bringing a suitcase though I would suggest a larger room as you’d have nowhere to put that. Overall extremely impressed and would definitely stay again should we go back to Paris!

This was a lovely well decorated (like Pottery Barn type ) hotel close to shopping, sites, restaurants and was nestled away from crowded touristy places. More of an authentic neighborhood of locals who were friendly to us tourists. Hotel had Friendly staff who readily spoke English w us. Great inexpensive breakfast (I.e. the cheese is better then the Michelin restaurant we visited). Felt safe as a single women in my hotel room. Easy access to bus, taxi and Ubers .

However, the owner must have never stayed at a hotel before
My bathroom had a window that the neighbor can look into(no blinds or curtain), the shower doors no matter how careful I tried will flood the entire bathroom, the designs are just stupid…..
there’s also no refrigerator in the rooms.
They never refilled my soap during my stay, so I had to ration what I had.
Nice touch on the tea and coffee stations, help your self at anytime. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from your neighbors. Location is quite good, with supermarkets around as well
Overall good, common spaces were VERY well designed like the images you see…. Staffs were very friendly as well. If they fixed the awkward bathroom issues and added a fridge, I’d definitely give this place 4.5/5

Breakfast is poor - no one at the restaurant, bread and croissants were finished so when I have arrived I had only yogurt. They should not include breakfast as they can’t cope, the restaurant felt abandoned. Lack of service overall -in the morning when I checked out no one was at the reception, I waited for 10 min at the end I left my keys at the desk and left a note for them. I will not return!!!!!

The hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was on a very quiet side street so we had undisturbed sleep both nights. The staff were extremely helpful and we even had some lovely chocolate left for us in the room as I told them we were celebrating our anniversary.

There is complimentary tea and coffee available in the foyer 24/7.

The room itself and especially the bathroom (complete with Clinique toiletries) were beautifully decorated and had everything we needed.

I have stayed in Paris many times and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Our experience at the Hotel Rendez-Vous was a mixed experience - it wasn’t bad or great. We had read that the rooms were small but this was definitely SMALL (and we got the biggest room option). So beware especially if coming from the U.S. because you will be surprised by the room size. Location was great, we basically walked all of Paris and everything was relatively close so we only took Ubers when our feet couldn’t walk anymore lol and that was only twice. Breakfast was good, not our favorite - the eggs were a bit too runny and it was exactly the same every day in terms of variety but it wasn’t overall bad! Still appreciated not having to worry about breakfast. The cons that we had were that the bathroom had some mold so we asked if they could clean it and even after they did a deep cleaning, it still had mold. Also we asked for a couple of things several times (towels, soap, toilet paper) and they did not make it to our room so not sure what happened there. The bedsheets had some stains along with the curtains and there was no safe in the room. The hotel just felt a bit run down/older so that’s something to consider and keep in mind since it is a smaller boutique hotel. Some staff was also not the friendliest but Chloé the receptionist was lovely and Bertha at breakfast on the weekends was a joy!!!! So it wasn’t great or horrible, just overall okay.

Great Hotel in a great area

Our stay was very nice and exactly what we were expecting to receive. We were looking for a nice hotel in/close to Montmartre, that was clean, at a decent price, and easy to travel to/from around the Paris area. We got all of that with Hôtel Rendez-vous Batignolles and we are very happy with this choice.

Very clean room, small but everything you need for a city stay, very friendly and accommodating staff, allowed us to check in early and leave our bags while we explored and allowed us to keep them there for the day when we checked out.

Stayed here 2/21/22-2/27/22. Loved the proximity to the metro (just two blocks away), and variety of eateries nearby. I booked a double bed, and slept like a baby. Hotel was very clean/quiet! Only drawback was the lack of a safe in room. Would absolutely stay here again!
