Run-down property with very small rooms/bathrooms

Great location, but run-down property with poor service. Carpet worn. Paint chipped and peeling. Standard room was so small there was barely room for 2 people to maneuver and no place for even carry-on luggage. The bathroom barely had room for one person, and the shower door configuration made it impossible to keep the floor dry. The shower head (hand-held style) had 2 places it could hang in the shower... The first was aimed below your waist, and the other was horizontal and over my (6 foot tall) head so that it blasted off the wall and flooded the bathroom even worse. You also cannot access the hotel at all unless there is someone at the front desk. Both times we returned to the hotel during the day/evening, there was no one at the front desk to let us in and we waited in the cold/rain for 5-15 minutes before someone returned. We won't be back.

Cute boutique hotel on a quiet street

It’s a very typical boutique hotel. It’s small but very comfortable and true staff are very kind and accommodating. I was there for a wedding and stayed about a week. The room was clean and the bathroom was replenished with towels daily. It can get a little loud with the neighbors slamming the doors down the hallway but that’s out of the control of the hotel. The elevator is tiny and I laugh at that bc I’m only 5’2” and with my bags I barely fit in the elevator. But it’s part of the appeal and I actually adored it. The neighborhood is quiet and central to everything. I literally walked to different trains daily and even found a gym nearby that was a 12 min walk. I would go back and stay at this same hotel if I had the same room. I would leave a pic of my room but the app keeps crashing and doesn’t allow me to but take my word for it...it’s cute.

Super little quirky hotel

Perfect hotel for a few days break.

Grand little hotel, not so far from the centre of things.. Tho I am a bit of a walker. Clean, comfortable and quiet, which I hear can be a rarity. Very helpful staff too. Nothing luxurious mind, but very pleasant for a few nights.

Friendly staff and clean rooms and bathroom. No tea or coffee making facilities unfortunately. Location was brilliant, within a short distance walk to a few metro stations and bus stops. Only an hour by train and metro to the CDG airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Pay attention, there is no A/C in the rooms

The Hotel is in good condition, but many things that I'm used to even in 3 or no stars hotels.
The bathroom and bath is perfect.

The room itself is outdated.

There is no A/C, no minibar or mini fridge, no cuttle.
A lot of noise until 23:00 from the nearby bars.

Ok to sleep a night or two, but I will not come back.

Small but serviceable hotel, with helpful staff.

This hotel was definitely on the small and quaint side, but the bathroom was a nice size and the front desk staff was always very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. No air conditioning made it hard to sleep in the hot summer nights, had to leave windows open (with no screen) and be subjected to mosquito bites...a fan was provided but not in great condition. The shower did not have a full door, just a glass partition that covered half the entrance, so water sprayed and splashed all over the floor and walls, had to towel down floors after every shower.

Hotel was in a nice area, with lots of good cafes and restaurants within walking distance...also close to the metro. Unfortunately, the street it was on is extremely hard to get via car - it is a one way with only one access. If you have a car, there is no parking lot nearby and many GPS systems do not account for the one-way because it is such a small side street. Street parking is also extremely hard to come by, as the area gets quite busy in evenings. It did have a safe in the room, which was a huge plus.

For the price, it was worthwhile as a home base...but likely not if you're looking for comfort and to spend a lot of time there.

The hotel did not receive our special instructions from Expedia/Hotels.com so there was no cot available. They originally offered us an extra room free of charge so that we all had a place to sleep but then revoked that offer once they realized that Expedia had not sent the information. They then offered us a room for a \"discounted\" price which was more than we had paid online.

Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Hotel was small but ticked the boxes and was a bed for the night. Very good location for metro which is very easy to use. Only comment is to take ear plugs if you're a light sleeper as we heard the water and voices of the other rooms throughout the night. Not something the hotel could control and did not affect the overall experience.

Comfortable and EXCELLENT reception staff

As a budget traveller I booked this for its promixity to the metro station (Rome) which made it very easy for me to catch a train to all the main attractions. The rooms were nice- older looking- but comfortable. I didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on that but the reception guided me to a very very nice lane about a 2 minute walk from the hotel that has very nice cafes that are great for a quick breakfast.

The hotel was great and the staff a reception was very helpful. Bathrooms were modern. Since it was just 2 of us the room was comfortable. Neighborhood was decent with good food options and the metro station was a 2 min walk.
The only concern I had was that it is close to a busy street and so the noise level particularly on a Friday night was a bit much.

I would stay at this hotel again. If you are looking for a clean room, clean bathroom and a nice breakfast for a reasonable price in the center of Paris, this hotel is your best bet.
I you want to pay $1000 a night a have a fancy reception area and a large room, go to the Westminster.
Location and access to the metro, train and restaurants is excellent.
Front desk are very friendly and helpful.

Great Staff makes a difference!

First trip to Paris, and this hotel exceeded expectations! Very helpful staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds, windows that opened and newly renovated baths were a plus. As you would expect in this price range, rooms were small, and no gyms or pools or business centers, but the staff was exceedingly helpful printing out tickets and boarding passes and providing advice and directions. A lot of good neighborhood restaurants and 2 blocks from the metro. Would definitely stay again!

Hôtel très correct, plutôt un bon rapport qualité prix. Dommage que notre chambre aie été un peu étroite avec le lit un peu petit pour deux personnes mais le personnel était très sympathique et serviable. L'hôtel est un dans quartier très agréable, plutôt calme et sécurisé, avec un théâtre juste à côté comme son nom l'indique. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants et de bars divers et variés, le parc Monceau est à quelques pas. Le métro également (métro 2 et 3) qui pourrons vous emmener en 15-20 min dans le centre de Paris.
J'ai passé un très bon séjour et je recommande cet hôtel !

Petit Hôtel de charme au coeur de Paris

Obligé de dormir à Paris en cette veille de grève (et ouais, le monde entier en rêve et j'y suis, incroyable ...), je cherchais à passer la nuit hors des grandes chaines.
Donc, petit hôtel de charme, la personne présente à la réception est accueillante et souriante, ce qui se fait rare à Paris....
Une chambre confortable et très calme.
Un point à noter si vous y passez la nuit pour raisons professionnelles : Un bureau un peu encombré par cafetière et bouilloire, un peu haut et pas très large pour y travailler confortablement.
Une petite bouteille d'eau dans la chambre aurait été un plus.
Un petit déjeuner à 13 € de bonne qualité dans une salle voutée pleine de charme.
Bref, une bonne expérience

Semble peu tenir compte des souhaits des clients

Il semble que cet hôtel prenne peu en compte les souhaits de ses clients :
Lors de la réservation, effectuée plus de 5 mois avant le séjour, j'avais demandé une chambre au calme.
J'avais confirmé ce souhait à réception d'un message de l'hôtel quelques jours avant mon séjour.
Et je me suis retrouvé dans une chambre au rez-de-chaussée, chambre située entre la réception et l'ascenseur... Une double porte n'y faisant pas grand chose.
Je pourrais ajouter le bruit du métro, qui doit passer à proximité et qui est probablement beaucoup plus audible du RdC que des étages.
Hormis cela, la chambre était tout à fait correcte.

A éviter car hôtel délabré et bruyant !!!!

Accueil sympa mais c'est tout...!!! La personne de l'accueil est sympa mais on remarque qu'elle n'est pas très propre. Du coup, on pense à la chambre et bien avant d'y rentrer, on se retrouve dans les couloirs et on se dit que ça ne va pas être propre car tout se délabre (murs, peintures, moquettes, etc...). Dès que l'on rentre dans la chambre, c'est la catastrophe, celle-ci est repoussante. Cela ne donne pas envie de s'allonger sur le lit, prise électrique en très mauvais état, fenêtre qui se ferme très mal donc mauvaise isolation = bruit... Une pauvre bouilloire et machine café avec 2 dosettes + 2 tasses... pas de sucre, pas de cuillères, pas de thés, pas de tisanes, bref n'importe quoi !!!

Arrivée tard, mais chambre maintenue :-)
Clé et code WiFi donnés à l'arrivée, la clé fonctionne mais le code WiFi est KO. Il suffisait de dire que le user n'était pas HT comme sur le billet donné à la réception mais Hotel du Théatre comme trouvé le lendemain dans la liste des serveurs WiFi - trop tard :-( Par contre le password correpondait aux deux users.
Pour le reste literie impeccable, propreté nickel, mais chauffage par appareil mobile que je n'ai pas trouvé très efficace.
Pas de store, ou volets, d'occultation totale, seulement des rideaux occultants laissant quand même passer la lumière (permanente) de la rue sur les côtés. - étant habitué au noir total pour dormir, c'est perturbant, d'autres peuvent s'en accommoder.
Bien qu'ayant une chambre donnant sur la rue (voir ma remarque sur l'éclairage mal filtré par les rideaux) la chambre est hyper silencieuse côté rue, mais beaucoup moins côté voisin que l'on entend rentrer vers 1h du matin (bruit de serrure et porte du couloir)

Schönes Hotel das sehr zentral gelegen ist und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Bad ist sehr schön und wirkt auch sehr modern, Zimmer ist zwar klein aber nett eingerichtet. Für den Preis ist es wirklich empfehlenswert und wir würden wieder kommen!

Très bon accueil. La chambre est propre, le lit confortable. La salle de bain est récente et propre. J'ai eu une chambre donnant sur cour, très calme. La rue est peu passante, ce qui laisse présager que les autres chambres soient également calmes. Le petit déjeuner est correct, plutôt simple mais correspond au prix payé. Bémol : quand on prend une douche, la salle de bain est inondée... Le \"truc\", de ne pas mettre de portes ou de rideaux de douche... A l'arrivée, on m'a conseillé spontanément un restaurant pour le diner. Au départ, on m'a demandé si je souhaitais laisser des bagages pour la journée.

必要なものはそろっており、フロントのスタッフとも英語で意思疎通が取れ問題なく滞在が出来ました。近くにはミニマートもあり地下鉄駅も複数あるので不自由は感じませんでした。

Il y avait un probleme avec les femmes de chambre. J'ai du revenir 3 fois entre 14.15 et 20h pour pouvoir avoir ma chambre. Heureusement le personnel etait chaleureux. Sinon j'aurais simplememt chamge d'hotel.

hotel grazioso in zona tranquilla.

Hohel carino ma con spazi un po ristretti;la camera matrimoniale un po piccolina ma con tutto l'essenziale.Manca il bidet , come per la maggior parte degli hotel francesi.Nei giorno di permanenza ( fine dicembre 2016 inizio gennaio 2017) data la temperatura esterna molto bassa a volte la stanza ,in alcuni orari,poteva risultare leggermente fredda;è stato necessario chiedere al personale una coperta in piu...Due fermate metro nei paraggi, bar, ristoranti, piccolo market e tutto il necessario a portata di mano.Nel complesso quindi abbastanza soddisfacente.Il personale non parla italiano,reception presente 24h.

Hôtel bien situé et très agréable

Le personnel est chaleureux et accueillant. Les chambres sont confortables et la salle de bain très propre et spacieuse. Par contre, les murs ne sont pas très épais, les bruits s'entendent très (trop?) bien.

wifi很弱

酒店總體算可以接受，每次出門口要將鎖匙擺低係櫃檯，wifi十分弱，住3樓大部分時間係得一至兩格信號，但每天清潔，廁所整潔都唔錯。

Un magnifique hôtel!!!
La chambre est propre, aromatisée, calme et douce. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux! Une très bonne location: située au centre ville, tout près de la station de métro, à deux pas de Moulin Rouge et Monmartre, beaucoup de supermarchés, boulangeries aux alentours. Vraiment pratique de vivre ici!!!
Le prix est pas du tout cher!
Les personnels sont super gentils et sympathiques!!! On m'a volé tout quand je suis arrivée à la route de St-Denis. C'est l'hôtel qui s'occupe de mon séjour, garantit ma sécurité et surtout, me donne du courage!!! Ici, c'est chez moi, ils sont ma famille!!!
Merci tellement pour votre bienveillance et gentillesse. La prochaine fois que j'irai à Paris, ce serait mon unique choix!
