Pleasant hotel close to station for metro 14 to Orly airport. Limited facilities in-house but lots of options nearby. Some soundproofing is needed due to noise created by other guests. Toilet is in small cubicle which might pose problems for taller/larger guests.

Everything we needed

Staff were really helpful. Good choice at breakfast. Loved the location which was in a quiet street, close to Metro station and also close to good choice of restaurants. Rooms were small but adequate for our stay. Looking forward to visiting again!

The managment is a bit stiff! The late checkout service coasts 25 dollars althaugh the hoetl was not that buisy! The location is a bit far from every toristic attraction, thaugh surrounded by good transportation options, the facility is small and the rooms are tiny, renovated but not that comfortable! an overall less than average experience

This hotel is perfect for the single traveler that only requires a clean room and great location in the 17th. Beyond that, there is nothing overly pleasing about this hotel. The room size is only suited for one, and this even felt crowded. Also, the walls were extremely thin, creating a difficult environment to sleep. Finally, I would be concerned if an elderly person stayed here because getting out of the shower is very difficult and dangerous.

such a nice hotel - i recommande

i had a lovley stay at hôtel prince albert wagram. the room was a bit small but lovley and renovated! the bed was super comfortable and the stuff were very nice and helpful. the neighborhood was great and quiet and i will definitely go back. what disturbed me a bit is that a lot of ppl slams the doors there and especially in the morning so it’s unpleasant others from that all was fine.

Overall, very happy with this hotel. All the important points were nailed and for a great price. I just have a few minor complaints:
The wifi was good in general, but some pages were blocked and could not load (firewall is too aggressive).
The instant coffee/cream was not replaced every day.
The hinge on the window in the bathroom broke, I think by the cleaning lady.

Family Easter trip to Paris

The hotel is in the 17th Arrondissment which is about 15 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe and the hotel had plenty of restaurants, bars and shops close by. There is no parking at the hotel, but plenty of street or underground carparks nearby.
We booked two double rooms - both were small but initially well equipped with tea/coffee facilities (which are not mentioned on the hotel website), spare pillows, hairdryer and a room safe. Wifi works ok, but only one device per room at a time. Our only minor irritations were that the air con was not on (only turned on in the summer apparently) so sleeping with the windows open was a bit noisy with early morning street and hotel worker noise. Tea and coffee cups and supplies were not refreshed at all during our three night stay which was not helpful, as that area was not cleaned either, and the bathroom wall hooks in both our rooms were coming off the wall.
There is a breakfast room but we did not use it.

The hotel rooms were clean but it was very small. The space was hardly two feet on each side of bed. Toilet on one side of room and shower and sink on other side along with shower. Good part was air conditioning.

The staff was very nice and helped in every way. Joyce and another gentlemen in evening shift wre very helpful.

Clean but noisy

Rooms small but clean. On check in asked for a local restaurant recommendation but they couldn't suggest anything. The bed was small to fit the room at 6'2 my feet were off the end of the bed. Main issue I had was with the sound proofing, you could hear everything in the rooms beside you from the shower, room phone to people talking. This all lead to broken nights sleep as being woken everytime someone returned to their room.

Newly renovated cute hotel with a great location

We loved our stay in Hotel Prince Albert Wagram. Location was amazing, near the city center, Champs Elysees and cute restaurants. Metro was pretty close and very convenient to use. Our room was small, bathroom even smaller but clean, cute and cozy. I was in love with the neighborhood, so I walked around in the morning and there were small supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, creperies, pharmacies all around. One night we went for some drinks to the bar near our hotel and it was really nice bar with some great wines on the menu. There are so many things to see and try in Paris. My absolute favorite was Sacre Coeur basilica and beautiful narrow streets around it, the view of Paris from that location, Eiffel Tower with its breathe taking view of Paris, Disneyland was pretty amazing as well, and made me feel like a big kid. In addition to that Versailles and the gardens of Versailles are the most beautiful things I've ever seen and one day wasn't enough to see everything. Notre Dame and Louvre were amazing as well, but again, not enough time to see everything.
We fell deeply in love with Paris and we are definitely coming back.

Room said it would be done at 2pm but we had to wait till 3. That is my only complaint, room was clean, bed was big, neighbor hood was only a 10 euro taxi ride from all the main attractions. Staff was friendly, it's a cute little hotel perfect for a little Paris get a way.

We had a great time over new years in Paris - lovely little hotel situated in walking distance from the central city streets with helpful staff - i forget the main lady who is in charge during the day time - but she was great! helped us print some documents, book shuttles, figure out where we were going! offered us coffee every morning - we walked to all the sights but mainly enjoyed the shopping, the cafes and the best coffee we have ever had!

Good location and reasonably priced for Paris

Staff friendly and helpful, the rooms were a teensy bit on the small side but otherwise absolutely fine.
The street outside is quiet and there are plenty of places to eat nearby as well as a supermarket across the road to buy your own sandwiches and drinks etc. Quite easy to get to on bus #31 which stops near Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est as well as the Metro - stop Malesherbes.

Hidden away, it's a gem worth digging for

The room was surprisingly modern and clean for a two-star hotel in Paris. The only negatives were the lack of shelves, hooks for coats, and sufficient closet space and room for luggage.

The bed was excellent, the room was quiet, and spotless. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hôtel walking distance to Champs Elysee

Hotel is located within a 30 minutes walk to the Champs Elysee/Arc de Triomphe. It's a nice walk and you can go through the Parc Monceau. The rooms are small but clean/modern and very comfortable. You are close to two metro station - Point cardinet and Villiers. There is a Moroccan restaurant down the street. You can walk to rue levy and look at the stores/butcher/boulangerie. There is a great place at the end of the street called \"Le Monceau\" great food. If you just want to grab a drink stop by \"Au Clair de lune\" it's on rue levy. Overall, great place to stay in the 17th arrondisment close to the 8th arrondisment. The staff is really helpful at helping use the metro. Quiet residential area, you don't feel like a tourist!

Pretty much perfect for a short stay

This hotel is located in a quiet side street in the 17th arrondisement. The location is good;it's only a 12 minute bus ride, for example to get to the Arc de Triomphe and there is a nearby Metro station. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate but functional really. The big minus point with this hotel is that the walls seem to be paper thin so noise transference from other rooms is a problem. If you're a light sleeper, I'd avoid it. If it doesn't bother you, then I would recommend it.

Our room was small, but very nicely put together...and we enjoyed wonderful 4 nights. Beds were very comfortable, but watch, the mattresses were only 1.90 cm long.....somewhat short for tall people.

Perfect For Short Stay.

Booked a room for my 20yr old daughter who was in the city to run the marathon last weekend.It was important that that the area felt safe as she was on her own-we were some distance away.It did-we went round to pay 'upfront ',and to have a 'recce 'before she arrived,and were relieved with what we found.Easy 5/10mins walk from Malesherbes-turn down the road at the music college,and straight down,just past supermarche go left.Man on reception v helpful and polite when we explained what we wanted to do.Daughter found room(double-v little price diff)v comfortable,small,but perfect for needs.I saw it for myself and it was v clean with modern shower room(again,compact!!),rainfall shower and good mirror.Enough hanging space for short stay.Breakfast was good she said.A winner..just like all the other finishers!

We had a great stay for 3 nights - everything went beautifully, from the warm welcome when we arrived to the help when we were leaving and had a last minute worry about our Eurostar train - nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff. Our room was small (as expected), the bed was very comfy and our only gripe would be about the extremely tiny separate loo in room 106 - I have a larger broom cupboard at home! Cleanliness was excellent as was breakfast with high quality ingredients and really lovely OJ - perfect!

Awful staff doesn't know how to handle your money!

I rate this hotel as dreadful because of the quality of the staff and their service, particularly in handling my payment for my three night stay. Though I already paid for the hotel online, they charged my credit card a second time. When I alerted them of the mistake, I received three different (and extremely defensive) answers from members of the hotel staff. They assured me that my money would be refunded soon, but it was not refunded until about a week later, at which point I lost money due to the exchange rate. They refused to take any responsibility for their mistake and I never received a single apology or proper explanation from any of the staff. They even ignore my e mails about the payment at first! And let me point out that this is not a language barrier issue, as I speak English and French fluently. Save yourself the rudeness and especially YOUR MONEY and choose a hotel with respectful staff.

The hotel was fine but parking was a nightmare and the staff were unhelpful. The nearest car park is about 1km away and costs as much has the hotel room. No parking outside the hotel, even to unload. The staff could/would not even give directions to a car park.

Hotel is tiny but really how my much room do you need. Its Paris! Was in a sweet neighborhood with wonderful little shops. We were there in Feb and its was a bit cold but we had a window that opened and a flower box that served as our fridge for our cheese and wine for a late night snack.
Front desk is very helpful, Book your shuttle back to airport much cheaper than taxi. They well give you maps. Walking distance to Arc De Tromphe, Tower Eiffle, ect. Also short easy train ride to Versailles

great hotel! 24hr reception, high speed internet (for a fee), great rooms with tv and ensuite. elevator works, breakfast was good, supermarket, laundromatte, chemist and cafes all on same block. staff were friendly and speak good english. i have stayed in paris twice and would definately go back to this hotel as close to subway (10 min walk) and quieter location not much street noise. just make sure you check the address - it is in a little lane way, not on the main street, we walked up and down twice (with cases) looking for the number before realising our mistake. otherwise great hotel thanks!

With my husband we spent 8 enjoyable nights at this hotel in may 2009. The room was really small, but it was clean and had all we could need. The room and bathroom was being cleaned every day, always provided with fresh towels. Breakfast was the same everyday, we didnt really mind. The walls appear to be really tiny, so we could hear our neighbours sometimes, but thats not a problem of this hotel only. Hotel is situated in a small street, so not much traffic, although there were noises from a nearby pub at nights. Very good location - close to metro station (5 min.), Arc de triomphe within 20 minutes walk, Montmartre 30 min walk, lots of restaurants and bars, grocery stores nearby. Staff was very friendly and outgoing, also speaking english. I find this hotel surely a perfect choice for young couples, unassuming people and travellers with a budget and would stay here again next time in Paris.

Chambre très petite pour 2 personnes et 2 lits lits . Salle d'eau avec wc également minuscule. Pratique pour 1 nuit. A 11h01 le téléphone sonnait un dimanche pour nous presser a quitter la chambre. Un manque de savoir être de la réception, aucune courtoisie du réceptionniste.

Isolation phonique de niveau Mobil Home.

Bienvenue au camping !
Isolation phonique intérieure comme extérieure déplorable.
Le tout amplifié (si j'ose m'exprimer ainsi) par le fait qu'un foyer ou assimilé juste en face semble être un établissement habitué des fiestas tardives.
Ceci d'après la réception qui elle, semble s'en accoutumer puisqu'elle ne s'est pas empressée d'alerter la force publique pour tenter de préserver le sommeil de des clients.
Cela nous a emmené jusqu'à 4:00 du matin.
Et l'on dira ce que l'on veut, payer un hôtel pour ne pas dormir, c'est quand même un petit peu problématique en termes de satisfaction client.

Bof, cher pour la chambre. Service ok

Pour un prix de 150€/nuit être sur une chambre du rez-de-chaussée qui donne sur la route ce n'est pas terrible, Impossible d'ouvrir la fênetre.
Odeur de moisi.
Beaucoup de bruit de la route, des gens qui sonnait pour arriver l'hôtel la nuit et lave linge au matin...

Très bon séjour à l'hôtel prince Albert

Séjour très agréable. Le personnel est aimable et souriant. La chambre est propre et bien équipée. Il manque un support pour les serviettes utilisées dans la salle de bain. Sinon tout est parfait. Dommage que les prix fluctuent de plus de 50% d'une semaine à l'autre.

La chambre bien correspondant parfaitement à la description, dispose d'options supplémentaires appréciables.
Une climatisation fonctionnelle mais sur une durée très limitée qui faut relancer.
La porte en verre de la salle de bain qui laisse passer la lumière de l'extérieur, alors que les rideaux sont bien opaque.
Une vue sur l'ensemble des modules de climatisation extérieure. Ce qui permet de profiter du son des moteurs pour l'ensemble de la nuit.
La sonnerie de la réception en deux temps, alors qu'un serait déjà suffisant, qui permet de se garder éveillé ou de se réveiller, dans l'hypothèse où elle serait restée non activé un peu trop longtemps.
Je ne m'attarde pas sur l'absence de réseau GSM dans la chambre, mais au moins le wifi est facile à utiliser et fonctionnel, ou les discussions du Hall qui viennent bercer les nuits.
Hôtel vivement recommandé pour toutes activités, à l'exception du repos.
