I have to say I was well impressed. For the money you pay this is well worth it. Its an old property but kept super clean. Comfy beds, super nice staff at the reception and good breakfast. Great weekend stay

Friendly staff on arrival and duration of stay but told i could pay at hotel and charged before arriving was not so good. Booked a triple room with 3 single beds. Room was very small. Only a slim wardrobe with 3 hangers! Safe didn't work and had to carry a key for it! Shower head snapped and connecting bar was coming off the wall! Ko window that opened in bathroom and fan didn't work. Very tired looking room. Breakfast was very basic. No fruits or vegetables. Location was good for metro and supermarket, restaurants and bakery nearby. Disappointed overall and not a 3 star in my opinion.

What made our stay enjoyable were the staff. Extremely friendly and engaging.
The room was perfect for us. Comfortable beds, clean, wifi, hot shower, would happily stay here again.
Breakfast was good. Nicely filling to set us up for the day. If I was pushed to suggest any improvement, I would have liked some fresh fruit but I can understand that it may not be cost effective.
Overall a good budget place to stay for explain the city.

Staff was so kind, room and property were clean (except for some dust/dirt on ceiling of bathroom), and the AC in the middle of record highs was amazing. Never had AC like that in Paris so yay! Also beds were comfy and the water pressure in the shower was the best. That said, promo pics have to be at least seven years old, as floors had worn spots, the walls were dinged up, the TV was the size of a MacBook, and it was a super small fridge (couldn’t fit bottles over half liter w/o turning it sideways. Windows don’t block any exterior noise so bring earplugs. Bathroom sparsely appointed so buy some shampoo when you get there. All to say if it’s hot for your trip but you’re on a budget you will not care what it looks like. Otherwise I might pass on staying there if other options are the same price. If on a budget I’d say go for it if you’re okay with less amenities.

For the price we paid the hotel was perfect! The staff were amazing and helpful. They looked after our bags when we first arrived at 10am (check in wasn’t until 14pm) they had the room ready for us earlier and let us check in at 12. There are loads of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and the metro was a couple of minutes walk, you could be in central Paris within 20 minutes. As I was running in the marathon I didn’t want to do much walking so this was perfect. The room had everything we needed, basic but we were only sleeping in there , so this didn’t matter. We had the breakfast option and every morning there were pastries and tea, coffee and juice to help yourself to, the perfect way to start the day. Overall we had a pleasant time at the hotel and would definitely stay there again as it was so convenient!

Best thing about the property is their staff. They are very humble and helpful.

It is walkable distance to train and bus station. Many cafes, restaurants, local shops plus mall are around. only downside property is, we were hot in the night and they have big doors instead of windows in the room and I paid for room with kitchenette but they don't have in the room apart from Fridge. Otherwise it was brilliant experience.

Location is very good with access to many restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy, superstore and metro which is just around the corner. We stayed in a triple room on the first floor and thought it was alright and needed modernization including the bathroom. There was no kettle. Electric connection were not easily accessible except one next to the door. Unfortunately there were also black ants around, not good. We may think of staying there again if they modernize the place.

If you're looking to save some $ so you can focus on funding experiences during a trip, this is a solid choice for accommodations. Location cannot be beat - metro & bus stop right outside, pharmacy right next door, a few blocks from gorgeous Montmatre, and such a variety of food you could spend your whole trip eating up and down the road. Staff were friendly, hot water was instant, beds pretty comfy

The room and building were a bit more dingy & cramped than expected (the photos are working with angles and lighting - can't knock the hustle), but you can find a way to put a Parisian romantic spin on it.

Warning for couples: the \"queen\" bed was two twins pushed together - not so ideal for any romantic trips. My spouse and I got a laugh out of feeling forced to be a 50s sitcoms married couple, though!

The receptionist was very knowledgeable and helpful. I did not like that we had to brush our teeth in the bath. Face basin sink did not work. Front desk poured chemical but did not solve problem. Grout in bathroom were dirty. Felt uncomfortable to take a shower. Lysol spray can get rid of grout/mold in bathroom. Toilet was disgustingly dirty seems as if toilet bowl has never been washed.

Well run hotel and handy for metro to city and walks to monmatre. Close to shops and restaurants

We had a free upgrade to a slightly bigger room at the back which was very pleasant with decent sized beds and bathroom.

Hotel had a lot of leaflets/discounts and booked us a taxi top the airport at a fixed price just a little moe than public transport. We would stay there again.

I don’t know what the other reviewers are talking about because this hotel was quite good! It was basic, yes, but it was also comfortable and the space was large. The shower was amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable.
The staff was helpful, sweet and easy to communicate with. You do have to go to the hotel next door (hotel mirfic) for any help but that wasn’t a big deal. The lock on my door wasn’t working which was a bit of a worry but other than that, it went well. Clean towels and clean bedding too.
One complaint: the walls are too thin so you can hear your neighboring hotel mates quite clearly and they were LOUD. you can also hear the water running in the adjacent room’s bathroom which can be disturbing for some.
I didn’t have breakfast but as far as i know, it was served from 7-10am.
The hotel was a two second walk from the Brochant metro station which was great. The airport shuttle was on time.

The location of the hotel was great. A short walk from the Metro and bus. Plenty of places to eat, a few nice parks all within walking distance. If you want a place with air conditioning, this is a decent option. The air worked great. It was nice having two twins pushed together so plenty of sleep room. The room itself was serviceable. The bathroom looked like it had recently been remodeled, but there was quite a bit of mold in the shower. Several of the lights in the room did not work and neither did the in room safe. It's an okay hotel depending on what your priorities are.

The room we were given looks NOTHING like what’s posted. The actual hotel itself is CLOSED and access to it is by going to the next hotel over and getting the keys from them.

Phone wasn’t working - as A matter of fact it doesn’t even have buttons and it. The walls have spots where it’s been patched in and they didn’t even care to repaint it the same color it once was.

Unless you’re desperate and it’s the only place available within the Whole of Paris, go elsewhere. That was money definitely not well-spent.

Great Paris hotel for reasonable price!

Room very comfortable. I would recommend having the hotel place some pots, pans, silverware, and plates to use the stove more. A small coffee/tea pot would be ideal as well to use in the room. It was also great to have a fridge in the room. Very convenient location for Brochant metro stop to travel around Paris. Close to a small grocery store (Super U) to purchase needed items.

The room wasn’t what we expected. It had no city view (wall) and it was very dark. The safe was reported not working on the first day, and no one looked at it in the 5 days we were there. In a great area of Paris, with lots of cafes very close by for breakfast. A great bar up the road and around the bend, called Paco’s, Paco owns the bar. He’s brilliant cheap drinks, nibbles with every round bought, and he gave us a complimentary bottle of wine one night.

Front door locked no sign on door, had to call helpline who called hotel. Turns out you check in at a different hotel down the road. A sign on door would be helpful.
Hotel very tired, room was clean.
I stayed in low season / had an offer but would never stay again at their normal prices.
The location is OK, stay away from the main road unless you like take away kababs but if you go down the side road there are lots of hipster type place to eat and drink.

I made this reservation for 07/05/18 through 07/09/18 last spring 2017. The review said it was a nice place but one of the double beds in our room had a bed bug infestation along with a microwave with a door that couldn't close. It was very inconvenient since the room did have a refridgerator, but what was the use for having a cold storage unitif the microwave was broke. The staff stayed next door at their sister hotel, 90 % of the day we were there. We left the day after we arrived and stayed at another hotel downtown. I was a very horrible experience. Also the room was not cleaned until 6pm the following evening we checked in and right before we were going downstairs to check out.

Imade this reservation a year ago thinking this hotel would be okay. It had bed bugs on one of the double beds and the microwave in the room was broken. The door could not close. The room did not get cleaned until 6pm the night after we arrived. We arrived at 200 pm. the day before. The staff was never at the desk. They were next door at their sister hotel and if you needed service you had to go next door. In all it was very uncomfortable there. We ended up staying at a nice hotel down town.

The hotel has a metro stop on the corner, literally 30 seconds away. The 13 will take you anywhere in Paris. There is a bakery across the street with heavenly treats where we ended our long days. There are restaurants and shops all up and down the street. You could really spend your whole vacation on the hotel's street! But if you want to see The Louvre or the Eiffel Tower you are a short train ride away. The staff was great. They spoke English but also patiently indulged me as I tried to speak French. We got in early but were allowed to leave our luggage so we could grab a bite to eat while waiting on a room.

The Hotel itself was easy to find, but it was the “sister” hotel of the “Majestic Hotel” next door. It just felt second class in comparison.The receptionist was barely present; not once did anyone at the hotel ever mention to go to the hotel next door, should there be no receptionist present at the “121” location (I found that out the hard way). A couple days into the trip, I learned that the phone in the room was not functioning; I brought this up with the receptionist and he replied casually that the phones in the rooms don’t work, so clients can come down to the reception area to make phone calls. This would have been convenient if the receptionist was ever present at the front desk. Forgot to mention that there were ants crawling all over the room tables and windows. There was a burn mark on the bathroom Mirror which I reported at the beginning of my stay, was never resolved. I strongely recommend that you go elsewhere and pay a little more for your stay in Paris. Despite everything else, the hotel was brilliantly located...you can pretty much walk to any of the popular tourist locations and there are tons of restaurants and bakeries nearby (along with discount stores and a grocery store for those looking to save money)

There're better options by the same price

Staff was not very friendly, being rude sometimes. The bed window was cracked, and the air conditioner was very week. The room had 3 power sockets, but two were being used by the fridge and the TV. The region is good, close to Montmartre and there's bars, cafés and restaurants on the nearby. The eletronic key failed to work multiple times, and the staff wasn't very happy to get it solved.

Check in/out was held at the hotel next door and the gentleman at reception was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our entire stay! The room was pretty clean but - had trouble with the bathroom door (both with opening and closing). But great area, good restaurants, and great location for access to the metro! Only 2 mins walk.

it was OK, not sure the hotel was actually a 3 star. it was fine overall, staff slightly unfriendly. we didn't get the city view and no conditioner. small tv. good shower but no ventilation or window in the bathroom.

Good. Hotel is close to train station.

Great time in Paris the hotel is in a right place everything is around grocery market shops and places to eat.
