My mom and I stayed here for several days. The location near/above the Porte de Clichy station can’t be beat. (The RER is a block over). The metro also stops at Orly. At times you can hear the planes but that was infrequent and my mom never even noticed.

The hotel has a restaurant serving reasonably priced meals and seemed to do a brisk business. (We didn’t have an opportunity to try it).

The staff was friendly, fluent in English and very helpful with directions! Check in and out was a breeze.

The lobby and rooms are clean and updated. The rooms have ample USB plugs which cuts down on the need for several converters. The room has a safe, comfy beds, clean linens, and tv with several channels (no English). There is no fridge.

The bathroom has a hairdryer, towel warmer and heated floors which was a nice surprise. The shower was large and had great water pressure.

The hallways were a bit dark and forlorn but we didn’t mind bc we spent little time there. You need a key to operate the elevator which is a nice security feature.

We didn’t have a chance to explore the neighborhood but there are several inexpensive restaurants within site of the hotel.

Some reviewers mentioned feeling unsafe but that was not our experience. We took the metro back to the hotel arriving at 9:30 at the latest and were never concerned. We never felt the need to be extra vigilant.

We look forward to staying here again!

The area don't feel secure. The thermostat the keep in warmer in October. So if you wanted less than 24° you have to open the window and hear the traffic or worse the unsafe neighborhood and beware of the rats...

it was just so hot and during the day it was close to the 80’s and there was still no air in the hotel. we had to sleep with our window open every night but it was still almost unbearable to sleep or sit in the hotel at all.

As a solo, female traveller I don’t think I could’ve stayed anywhere better.

I felt safe and comfortable, it was clean and cozy.

Staff were amazing, very helpful given the fact that my French isn’t as good as their English is.

Would definately reccomend!

Convenient location if you don’t mind traveling a bit to the main attractions of Paris, many different public transportation options literally right by the hotel. Walking distance to some great restaurants (you have to try Pizzeria Sonata!!!), fast food options, bodegas, pharmacies etc. Clean and fairly modern hotel, helpful staff, breakfast is decent. Good value. Would stay here again.

Few downsides: not the nicest / safest area, loud construction noises right next door, room kinda small, no mini fridge in room and I found it fairly difficult to find some simple cold drinking water, even outside of the hotel

Cheap and simple hotel, close to public transport but nothing special unfortunately. Air conditioning in room 330 didn't work despite asking from concierge, outside traffic very LOUD even with window closed!

Asked for late checkout from the concierge manager night before but he didn't tell room service who were upset at me and didn't speak English! Breakfast is simple but again nothing special, better off paying more money elsewhere for a nicer experience to be honest.

Overall nice hotel! Only there for a couple of nights. Right next to the metro and about 30 minute walk to The Arc de Triomphe. When arrived we got an free upgrade, however still unsure what the upgrade was as it was the same room I booked just with a free minibar.
Would go again if I wish to stay in Paris for a couple of nights as it is just somewhere to sleep :)

Very far from city and all items but Metro takes you there. Trains do not run late in evening.
Bedding was not changed for 4 days. Sink was broken and fixed but still did not work. When requested at 11 am it to be fixed it was not done when we came back at 11pm. Night manager had to come up with a bunch of tools to help to unclog the sink.

The staff were excellent to deal with, breakfast nicely done. An okay place for overnight. We were in Paris for a week and had to stumble over our luggage, as no room for it, and especially no place to open it except on the bed. No room for two people to pass each other between the bed and the wall, no hand soap, no hand towels, two persons in the room and one (1) packet each of regular and decaf coffee. We both prefer regular and had to beg for additional. No English-speaking tv channel of any kind. We will look elsewhere for our next trip to Paris.

The location is very accessible to bus and rail transport, near the tourist spots. All staff in the reception are very helpful, like in opening of our locked luggage and in persistently contacting our airport transfers.

The actual location was fine. We did have problems with the air conditioner. Asked to,have it checked as room was very warm. When we came back, housekeeping came to the room and I asked her to show me how to turn air on. She did and room was still very warm we had to call down the second day for more soap as it had been taken away and also more towels .

Really disappointed by this hotel which for me isn’t a 3 stars hotel.
Missing a hairdryer in the room and I’ve been asked to go to another room to dry my hair.
Twice happened that I came back from business meetings and cleaning ladies forgot to put back towels, reception didn’t want to come and give me some but asked me to collect towels at reception : unbelievable.

Stayed here for 4 nights. On day of departure, a man was loitering around the school group and attempted to take one of the luggage. When apprehended, only one lady from the management attended to the matter. Although the police was called, the thief got away in front of everyone because there is no security personnel. Incidents like this will likely make this place a heaven for crooks since they can get away so easily.

I booked this hotel for a couple of nights and it was amazing. The room and bathroom were spotless and very comfortable. The hotel itself was very nice and about 2minutes walk to the metro station or a straight bus from Gare du nord station (about 25mins). The breakfast was enjoyable with a wide variety to choose from. The surrounding area is quiet enough with a few supermarkets and restaurants a couple of minutes away. The staff were all very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We had an amazing stay.

We wanted to dine at their Restaurant la Terrace, but they only had 6 tables available for dinner at the bar and they would not serve us in the dining room which was less than 3 feet distance. So, we had to go dine outside.
The sevond day, they didnt change our towels, never replaced the plastic glass we had taken and didn take away the cup of coffee we had in the morning. No tissues in the room.

Last day, our shuttle got there earlier and waited for us for a while, we were ready, but as we got down, the shuttle had already left. The elder guy at the desk, just didnt care about the situation, he was dry and rude. Never thought of calling our room to advise us the shuttle was there., But the younger one took care of it. He was nice amd reached the shuttle which refused to come back and he arranged for a taxi for us to the airport.
The hotel is just across the line 13 metro station, which is very convenient. The room was small, but clean and colourful.

The rooms were recently renovated and I slept very well - it’s a noisy place with construction around but sound isolation was quite good. The outside and the entrance are not great but I am sure it will get its share of renos. If you get one of the new rooms you’ll have a nice stay at a good price. Beakfast was not great...

Main entrance pedestrianised so if in car then underground car park for hotel is to the side and use intercom to get reception to open gate . Once in follow signs too reception.

Mixed feeling about this hotel, we checked in late at night after a long journey and the staff that checked us in were not overly helpful and didn’t really make us feel welcome at all.
Parking was €35 a night which is not what we expected after paying for a room in the hotel.
How ever the rooms were very clean, well set out if not small.
The rooms are modern and perfect if you are not going to be in them all day and just use them as a base like we did.
The hotel is literally 100 meters from the metro so great for getting in to the the centre and around Paris.
Over all it was absolutely fine, just the staff and the parking charge that put us off.

If only it was like the pictures! Hotel is more run down than picture showed - apparently the picture is of their new corporate look which is due to be implemented in September 2018, but this cannot come a moment too soon. Bathroom old fashioned, with severe warning about being charged €500 if you leave the shower curtain outside the bath and it results in water damage. The electricity in my room had a problem on the second night of my stay - this was apparently the same for all other rooms on my floor, but the reception asked me to unplug my tablet in case that was causing the issue (highly unlikely that recharging a tablet would cause a problem for the whole floor, I would suggest but,,,,,,,,) and left me sitting in the dark waiting for them to correct the problem for around 15 mins..
Nothing really terrible about the hotel but definitely not the best impression.

This is an average hotel. The reception was clean and spacious however I cannot say the same for the rooms. As I entered the room I noticed stains on the walls, the bathroom is on the small side and needs a good update which by the way also has a notice that states there will be a €500 charge if any water damage as they have no drain system.The room we stayed had two singles which we thought would be sufficient however we felt like we were staying on top of each other.

On the second day to my horror I noticed an ink like stain on the bedsheets and thought that they should change the sheets when they cleaned the room, how I was mistaken. I came to find in the evening that they just did up the bed with the same linen. I went and spoke to the receptionist who came and checked it apologised and said that she will tell them to change it tomorrow and will tell her manager, nothing happened! The next evening I returned to find the same bedsheets so I went down to complain again. The receptionist provided me some linen and I then changed the sheets myself! Absolutely atrocious.

During our stay there were no works at the hotel except for the day we checked out but we also like others were only notified of works at the hotel on arrival.
Overall I would say that the reception staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful however I cannot say the same about their cleaning staff.
I would really advise people to call the hotel before booking to see if they have any ongoing works

The quality of a 40€ hotel, for much more!

Globally looked better than the bad reviews I had read about it but the problems came afterwards ....
It was their responsibility to de-ice the area around the hotel and they did not (I had hurt myself a week before and did not want to fall so I took a taxi to the hotel and ... the area between the road and the hotel was fully frozen, nice!)
The heating did not work sufficiently to compensate with the low temperatures (-5 ish) outside. I turned it at the maximum and it did not do the job
From 9 AM they were doing some repair work in the hotel, it is usually fine but as I was sick I wanted to rest a bit longer and ... no, no rest.
Oh and not even liquid soap or shampoo in the bathroom

Hotel staff is very nice, especially from reception. Room was not that clean, tiny bugs on the room desk and in the bathroom, I couldn't place anything on the desk due to this. the towels where not changed, and on the bed sheets found couple of hairs when we arrived. hairdryer only makes noise, doesn't dry hair at all, bathroom has no drainage, so have to be careful to use shower curtain properly. Haven't used the breakfast offered by the hotel, but it seamed a relaxing area. Hotel is very close to metro station some shops, but would not recommend arriving late to hotel, due to unfriendly neighborhood.

Look Elsewhere - Big Disappointment

It was our first time in Paris & everything went well except for our stay here. There were mold stains on the celinings. There were stains in the bathroom and under the sinks. The carpet had stains as well. The ceiling tile were partially open to the point where wires were exposed. We spotted a bug crawling around in our bed. I reached to kill it and when I did, it left blood on the sheets. I didn't know bugs BLED! It was pretty bad. The first night the only way we could make calls or connect to internet was through the hotel's wifi. We tried connecting to hotels.com to cancel and get a new room. The wifi from the hotel was so bad that our calls kept disconnecting & the internet would not hold connect long. We fought it out and stayed another night (we really didn't want to). We even paid for a \"deluxe\" room thinking things would be better but we saw painted over mistakes and stains on the carpet still. We even saw another bug on the wall. We were careful to pick it up and discard it in the toilet because we didn't want to smear blood on the wall (like the sheets) and scare our daughter. Aside from the horror in the rooms...the staff does not respect \"Do Not Disturb\" signs either...

We will definitely NOT be staying here again.

safety wise I didn't like it much as after 11 PM they close hotel doors and some construction work was going on nearby and in front of hotel.
Check in : quite easy and the staff was helpful. you have to pay city tax at time of check-in.
Room : My room was not very great but at this cost it was okay. No complaints but no praise either.
Check out : checkout time is 12 noon which is quite convenient. They provide free of charge locker room which is very helpful.

Other Amenities : Free internet, print out facility, vending machine, restaurant and Bar.

Hotel was okay. Clean and nice outdoor seating area. Rooms were air conditioned but the air conditioning couldn't keep up in the 90 degree heat. Hot air was coming through the vents in one of our rooms. Was across the street from a Metro station so that was a plus.

Loved Paris

The hotel was fine and the location was handy as it was very close to both the Metro and subway stations. The rooms are quite small but clean and well serviced. Unfortunately as in many places throughout Europe there was construction work going on right in front of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We booked hotel well advance for three nights with two kids. Everything was fine until when we reached at hotel and they have forced us to book another connected room as well with current high rate. They also mentioned that this is one night only and you are allowed only one night here. They did not mentioned anything until we were on the door on hotel. Very bad experience and ruined our trip. They have wasted our time and we are still waiting for two night cancellations money back. No customer service.
