Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de quatre nuits à ibis Budget Paris Clichy pendant notre voyage et notre découverte de Paris. L’hôtel est situé à deux minutes à pied de la ligne de métro 13 qui vous amène rapidement au centre de Paris. Le buffet de déjeuner était bien garni et offrait un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Les chambres étaient très calmes et confortables et le personnel aimable et serviable. Dans le quartier se trouve une rue commerçante (+/- 10min à pied) avec de bons restaurants. Il y a aussi un petit supermarché au coin de la rue. Somme toute, nous recommanderions certainement cet hôtel.

La fermeture du Casino supermarché au coin de la rue affecte grandement l'offre alimentaire de proximité. La possibilité de faire quelques emplettes en sortant du métro avant de se rendre à l'hôtel était un facteur déterminant dans le choix de cette succursale d'Ibis.

For a chain of hotels that has “Budget” in its title, and in a city with some questionable “budget” hotels (speaking from previous experiences), this one is definitely much better than one would expect- clean, modernised, in a good area. As expected, it lacked some amenities (like a hair dryer) and the breakfast is basic, but overall it was a great choice for a long weekend in Paris.

Il est difficile de recycler les articles en plastique et en métal. Pour le verre, il existe heureusement un bac municipal au coin de la rue.
Par ailleurs, le roulement du personnel rend la fidélisation difficile puisqu'à chaque visite, il semble y avoir de nouvelles personnes à l'accueil, sauf exceptions.

For what we paid this is a great hotel. Clean and functional, the rooms are a bit tight but all you're doing is sleeping there. It was realiy warm for october and the Air conditioning wasnt working, not a big deal for me i could open my window. My friend however couldn't and found it too warm. Its close to the metro for getting around and close to the supermarket and a lovely litttle bakery. Would have maybe liked a safe in my room but thats personal preference.

The stay was spot on! Close access to two supermarkets and the Metro which went directly to our train station. The room was very clean and all necessities were provided. They also had an option for breakfast too. The receptionist was nice, smiley and friendly. Only suggestion would be to include a Kettle for tea/coffee facilities.

Twin occupancy room was very small with very little space to move around room. Air Conditioning not functional despite temperatures averaging 28 Degrees made sleeping very very difficult. Would never use again

El edificio es muy bonito y nuevo, la.habktacion tenía buen tamaño, solo que no había secadora, el desayuno es muy básico y no tan bueno pero es un petit dejeuner, por lo cual se adaptó a lo que ofrecieron
Está muy cerca de la estación de metro pero si está un poco lejos, si saben moverse en metro es perfecto, hay un supermercado a la vuelta

Disappointing

Small room without any place to put the luggage.
The hotel only provide 2 towels, not even one to dry your hands.
The floor was so dirty, we stayed 5 nights and nobody cleaned the floor not even once.
The hall had such a bad smell.
The shower was broke, so the water direction was going to the wall and was very difficult to wash the hair.
I understand the concept of Ibis budget, but everything was so poor.
I tried to rent a hair dryer, but they didn’t have any available.
Another thing that I did not like was the neighbourhood, I felt a bit insecure and the place seemed scatchy.

please avoid

we went there for 2 days. we were waited for more than 2 hour for the reception in order to check us in. The air conditioner was not working as well as computer area. Also the TV had no remote control. In the second night we were forced to change our room because the electricity went blackout. Due to the price and its location, 100% I would reject this place

The staffs were very friendly and helpful even on their night shift.
The building is new and the room was very clean with modern design.
The only thing lacking was a shaving razor and a tooth brush for the amenities but those are minor things compared to the overall satisfying experiance I had.
You can get Metro 13 Mairie de Clichy station within 5 minutes walk, however the main entrance will be locked after midnight. If you do get locked out press the intercom beside the entrance door (NOT the one outside next to the garage door) so the staff will let you in.

Nice hotel, close the metro. I was told by someone before I left it was a industrial area, bad area. The opposite was true. Lots of places to eat, parks, families all around. I just had a problem checking in. They couldn't find my reservation for a little bit. I had to look it up on my phone for confirmation. The morning breakfast was a little sparse for the price

As the name implies it’s BUDGET and for the price it’s exactly what I expected! It was a great stay - small but clean and comfortable rooms. Close to the subway and you don’t even need to change lines to hit some of the main sites.

To clarify Budget =
-no fancy little shampo/conditioner bottles or shower cap etc (Just one multipurpose liquid attached in the shower)
-no hairdryer - BUT you can ask the front desk and leave a 20 euro deposit to rent one for your trip
- no floor towel
- shower door does brush the toilet when you open or close it

Honestly these things were just minor things to expect from a budget hotel, but when we stayed it’s still very new and clean. Plus most of the time you aren’t even in the room!

The only issue we had was the night before our flight home we came back to pack only to find the entire hotel has no power! Bit if a pain, but it happens.

We had a lovely stay in the Ibis Budget Paris Clichy Mairie. It was a new hotel and everything in the room was in good working condition. Loved the fact that it was so close to the metro and some shops and restaurants. It was also very clean which is a big plus for us. The only negative point I have is that the staff should be more knowledgeable about the area where the hotel is located and what there is to offer in this area. The answer to a question I received was: \"I do not live in this area\" and therefore she did not know. All in all we had a pleasant stay

The room was perfectly clean and was cleaned every day. Although there was limited space in the room, it was comfortable and 100% worth the price. Small rooms but otherwise a pretty good hotel

There is very little available floor space so it's tight with two people and a suitcase each. We got only two towels altogether - no hand towels or one for the floor after a shower. The shower, by the way, is simple but more comfortable than most we encountered on our three-week trip. There is a table in the corner of the room under which would be a perfect spot for a mini fridge. The location is great, right next to two grocery stores and the metro station, plus there are restaurants and bakeries nearby. Having a fridge would allow guests to make better use of those stores.

My adapter for Italy did not work in France so I could not charge my devices with my regular gear. Thankfully there was one USB port on the wall (and probably one on the side of the TV) that I could use instead. This was a handy addition.

If I remember correctly, our bed was comfortable (except trying to get around it) and we had no troubles accessing the Internet.

Lovely stay at this hotel

The hotel seems to be quite new hence the condition was very good.
The room i booked for 2 persons is a bit small but it is very clean. Nice, comfortable bed.

No iron or hair dryer in the room but can be borrowed from the reception after paying a deposit of EUR20 each (this amount will be refunded after returning).
I bought a bottle of wine at the nearby supermarket but didn't have a bottle opener. I went to the reception with my bottle and borrowed the wine bottle opener and was able to open my bottle.

AC didn't work in the 1st room i got but they immediately changed my room after i highlighted about this problem.
Very happy with the service.
There is a microwave oven at the lobby area. (free to use)
There is a vending machine too.
There is no phone in the room hence need to go downstairs if need to request anything from the reception staff.

As for amenities:
It would be good to change to better, more absorbent bath towels. No bathmat provided hence i had to ask for extra towel to put on the bathroom floor.

No safe in the room but i didn't have valuables with me anyway. No toothbrush provided but i always travel with my own. No mini fridge in the room.
No toothbrushes provided but there is soap and shower gel.

Neighbourhood: Casino supermarket is very near and there are bakeries within walking distance. (easily found them thanks to google maps!)
The metro station Mairie de Clichy is also very near.

Will stay again the next time i go to Paris.

Stranger banged on my door after midnight!

I had the WORST night! The location of the hotel is not bad and the hotel is new and clean. My room is small but I was travelling on my own and had two small bags only. I was given Room 102 when I arrived. When I opened the door, I immediately saw luggage in the room. How the housekeeping staff completely missed the big suitcase completely baffled me. DID THEY EVEN CLEAN THE ROOM? Then I was given Room 101. At midnight, some idiotic guest kept knocking on my door. Seriously, even if he was given the wrong key/room number, he should've just gone back down to the reception and confronted the night manager instead of yelling at me in FRENCH through the door. I do not speak French and of course I did not open the door but imagine how scared I was. He wouldn't leave for 15 minutes or so. I thought, \"What if he was the guy who came back for his luggage and thought I had stolen it? What if he was a criminal?\" Room 101 is also located right next to the staircase and the staff members started coming in and out, slamming the doors and talking loudly to each other EARLY IN THE MORNING! They probably thought no one was in Room 101. Before all these things happened, I thought about extending my stay. NO WAY! I checked out the next day. A complete waste of time and money. There are plenty of 3-star hotels that are cheaper and in better location than the ibis budget. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Nice brand new hotel, very clean, kind staff. Very good for the price. Metro is just around the corner. Just the room was very small, without any wardrobe. Breakfast is ok, but the food store and shop with warm French crochet is also just sround the corner. You have also cheap restaurants nearby. In general, we like it very much.

We were coming to Paris on a budget and went with the Ibis over others as we knew standards would be fairly similar to those in England. The hotel was great, better than we could have asked for. The rooms and venue were so clean, modern and the showers were the best! You get shampoos and soaps which is a big plus for me when traveling only with hand luggage. the location of the hotel was really good, right by a metro station and only 15 mins out of the center of Paris (Eiffel tower etc). We would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay on a budget. Its really not far from anything (tourist etc) at all. We only had one minor problem when the first receptionist hadn't booked us a taxi however the second gentleman sorted this out straight away for us and was extremely helpful. I don't normally review things like this but I am doing as I was so impressed and want to help other young tourists like ourselves. PS: air conditioning and heating system was absolutely fine, really easy to run and couldn't be more straight forward if you tried!

Fine sized room, has a (tiny) carpark underground.

Water leaked from the light socket in the bathroom, when we went down to tell the lad at reception, he moved us to another room, no worries.
The carpark underground costs 10eur per night, and is a very tight squeeze to get your car parked in.
Breakfast was good. Room was fine, other than the leaking. Quiet.

New hotel, great WI-FI, rooms are a little tight - like being barely able to pass between the bottom of the bed and wall, not notified that there is a light switch that behaves as a master switch for the rest. Unfortunately, even if it was new, I had a couple of surprises: 1st evening - elevator not working, my room was on the 4th floor, next morning around 10 - power went down in the hotel. Nevertheless, I hope that these are just incidents so I'm planning to go back there quite soon.

The hotel was clean, new, very nice. The staff spoke English and were very nice, polite, helpful and attentive. My only complaint is that the bed had a comforter but not a top sheet. I was too hot under the comforter, a top sheet would have been perfect. My only complaint was the location was not near any of the tourist sites as it was portrayed on the hotel.com website. It was a long distance to get to tourist spots, but it was next to a subway stop. I was a little concerned about the neighborhood being safe, looked a little iffy, but it seemed OK. The shower and bathroom was very clean, nice, new. It had a new flat screen TV and even got CNN in English and had air conditioning. The hotel was very very quiet. There was no ambience like would have staying in a old hotel in Paris but it also had an elevator! There was great coffee and a very nice breakfast and also a microwave in lobby and vending machines and a location inside to eat as well as a garden patio area.

Hotel was prima bereikbaar. Ze hebben een ondergrondse parkeerkelder, hier betaal je 10 euro per dag voor. Ligging is zeer gunstig als je met de mtro wil reizen, metro station ligt om de hoek, 2 min lopen. Kamers zijn wel aan de kleine kant. Matras was zeer hard, elke ochtend met rugpijn wakker. Nachrust was verder prima want het is in een rustige buurt, ligt niet aan een drukke weg maar in een zijstraat.

Die Zimmer waren sehr eng und es gab keinen Schrank, sondern nur frei hängende Bügel.
Es gab nur ein größeres Duschhandtuch, keine Sanitärtüten und keine Klobürste.
Der einzige Mülleimer war im Bad, aber leider ohne Deckel und Mülltüte.
Ansonsten war jede noch so kleine Fläche des Hotels effektiv, modern und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ausgenutzt.

Hotel moderne et propre, personnel aimable, seulement les chambres sont étriquées. Il faut faire attention à ne pas frotter la TV au mur, pour aller d'un lit à l'autre.
Autre chose, pas de sèche cheveux dans la SDB.

Impeccable, nous avons fait la halte pour 1 nuit + petit dej avec mari et fils de 2 ans, accueil simple et sympathique, propreté ràs, chambre fonctionnelle et buffet petit dej juste bien fourni (+ bon café grains !)

Séjour décevant, mais personnel attentionné

J’ai séjourné à l’Ibis Budget Paris Clichy Mairie 3 nuits et malheureusement, mon expérience a été globalement décevante. La chambre que j’ai occupé manquait de sacs poubelles et de brosse pour les toilettes, ce qui m'a donné une mauvaise impression dès mon arrivée.
J'ai aussi remarqué des incompréhensions lors des services de ménage.
Le confort général de la chambre laissait à désirer, avec un espace très restreint pour un séjour de plusieurs jours.

Cela dit, je tiens à souligner le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du personnel. Ils ont réagi à mes remarques et ont fait de leur mieux pour rendre mon séjour plus agréable, en nettoyant la chambre et en me proposant des solutions. Leur dévouement a vraiment atténué une partie de ma déception.

En résumé, même si l’hôtel est bien situé et que le personnel est formidable, les problèmes de propreté et de confort ne m'incitent pas à recommander cet établissement, surtout pour ceux qui recherchent un minimum de confort et de tranquillité.

Hace un mes lo contraté por error el día 5 de sep para aquella noche y en la app de expedía decía 6 de octubre
En ese mismo instante q había contratado intenté cambiar la fecha , ni me atendieron ni me devolvieron el dinero ni me dejaron modificar fecha . EXPEDÍA LADRONES Y EL HOTEL CÓMPLICES .

El hotel está ubicado en un barrio que, aunque lejos de todo lo turístico, tiene todo lo necesario (metro muy muy cerca, supermercados, McDonalds…) aunque la habitación es enana, costaba pasar de un lado de la cama al otro, las maletas no cabían abiertas, sin armario… el desayuno buffet muy básico pero rico y todo muy limpio. Para hospedarte un par de noches y pisarlo solo para dormir está muy bien, para más tiempo puede resultar algo pequeño, pero en general tiene un buen aprobado.

Le personnel tres agréable, et au petit soins,
Par contre je ne dors pas avec une couette j'aurais bien voulu un drap. La chambre est petite,heureusement que nous etions mince,une personne forte aurait eu du mal pour se déplacer dans la chambre .merci

Hôtel bien situé, bonne insonorisation. Douche spacieuse. Oreiller inconfortable, presque inutile. Température de la chambre trop chaude et impossible à régler. Parking difficile d'accès mais dépanne bien (12€/jour)
