Room is very small. Towels were not ready on arrival as they were still being washed, despite checking in after check in time. Shower door did not shut properly. There is not a closing door on the bathroom, just a door that pulls across and therefore you can see into the bathroom when someone is using the toilet.
The floor in the reception area was wet and there was no signs out to indicate it had been cleaned, therefore I slipped and fell, injuring my knee. Not a great stay.
