The hotel is located hight up and the lift doesnt work, so you have to take the stairs or drug your luggage up the hill
The breakfast is overcrowded even at 7 in the morning
There is no kettle or water or fridge in the room. Only one towel each.
The luggage storage is €4 for 4 hs.

Disgusting room. Terrible customer service, the receptionist said “what do you want me to do?” in the most sarcastic tone ever They absolutely have no manners. Go somewhere else unless you want to stay up all night hearing other people make noises, and their breakfast foods kept running out. Such a joke.

The smallest room I have ever stayed, no change of bedding for 3 nights, worsts mattress and pillow. TV space is covered halve of the room and only french speaking channels available. Entrance lift and stairs were disgusting, very very noisy environment. Paid £120 per night...very disappointing.

the room is a joke, it is super small, uncomfortable and just ugly the bathroom was even smaller - the room was clean but I also was shocked that no safe was in the room. the location is Average - the complex is overloaded with people and the breakfast options are just sad, specially when you are a vegan

The bathroom wasn't big enough to get in...the pillows in public seats were dirty.The walls all need paint.There wasn't one regular plug in the whole room to use curling iron.Taxis and Ubers didn't know where to pick people up and we lost a ride one morning.People tending front desk in early morning we're not readily available.Every corner needs to be cleaned and there isn't enough seating in the lounge area

I rented two rooms, one room power outlet has no power, they sent a tecnician to fix it. The other room the room phone does not work, can't dial out even to the front desk, although the hotel offer to switch room. Air conditioning stop working on the last day of stay, they have to sent tecnician to fix it.

Dodgy area, and hard to find the way to the entrance - on the way there, we finally found a lift and staircase, but rhe lift was faulty. The staircase was dirty, lift was old and dirty, too. Staff barely speak english. I rpeorted a bad a/c and a lamp in the room, the lamp then never been changed (the room remained kind of dark...) and the a/c was apparently good (a staff member told me that - however, it worked with a power like a fan! luckily the weather was moderattly hot only)... oh, and even a small coackroach fell on the bed in the evening from the ceiling lol..... So, we haven't enjoyed the stay there. Ibis chain is much better in the UK...

Recommend this hotel.

Central for several metro stations. Nice park just outside hotel. Good internet access. If flying into Orly Airport it is direct line on metro and also by train to Versailles. Breakfast good value for money. Would definitely stay again.

If you are coming from America this hotel is similar to a super 8 depending on your room and can vary to a very dated la Quinta. The rooms are average and some are better than others as I booked 2 rooms and one was nicer than the other. The AC is ok. Throughout the night it was still a little warm. There is only one outlet in the entire room. The bathroom was so small. It was like 4x5 feet and that included the sink, toilet, and shower. Our room was good for 2 people MAX. Overall for the price we paid it was a decent deal. The train station was 8-10 miles away and there are some nice cafes nearby.

THIS IS OFFICIALLY THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE STAYED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!! It ruined my first Paris trip and will not stay in any Ibis hotel in the future. This hotel carpet on the floor smells so bad every time I walk and the room furnishing is from the 80s/90s. The hotel room and bathroom smells too when you walk in and the carpet has not been replaced in at least 20 years just by looking at the design. It’s horrible!!! I never stayed in such outdated hotel, not even a motel is as bad as this. Don’t be fool by the room you think you booked by looking at the pictures because it’s not!!! I asked the front desk and showed them the room I booked and apparently it’s more expensive and I would need to upgrade. Which I don’t mind if it’s much better than the room they gave me, but no, the furnishing is about the same!

We had a family room for myself and granddaughter. She liked having a semi private space round the corner. The beds were not very comfortable as the mattresses tended to slip off the beds in the night. The shower was adequate but wouldn't stay up high on the rail.
Buffet breakfast in the main restaurant was varied and plentiful. We had dinner in the bar area which was a reasonable menu. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Although not far from the RER/Metro station, the hotel is not easy to find on foot. You have to get under the railway line via the road or through a little park and over a footbridge that serves the adjacent blocks of flats. There are lifts if you have suitcases or are a bit old and creaky like me.

Location was great for me as l already know the 17th. It’s also not too far from central Paris... metro, fast line M14 nearby or 66bus to Opera. Hotel was welcoming & friendly; service staff exceptional. Buffet breakfast had good variety to choose from. Only minus was my room, although for a solo traveller, was bit cramped and pipework was Socially Active a LOT overnight. Bathroom plus and Bed Very Comfy though! Overall good value.

What is a bath for?

Orders a room with double bed and bath. Bed was nearly width of room so had to carry bag over bed to get to small cupboards. Bath did not come with a plug. Asked at front desk and was told they do not have plugs for baths. When we ask how you take a bath, shrug of shoulders. Finally found a person who understood and found a plug. Access to the hotel is not easy. Cars do not seem to go up the driveway to front door, need to go a street across, take a lift up a couple of levels to get there. In the bath room, toilet roll holder coming off the wall, hair dryer also coming off wall and would not turn off unless unplugged. Check in ladies very friendly. Probably would not stay here again. Served purpose for this trip but not one of the better Ibis we have stayed at.

Worst Ibis hotel we stayed at

Attending to visitors was extremely slow. Booking for breakfast was even slower. Rude breakfast staff checking us in for breakfast. We could smell weed being smoked on our floor which we have complained about. The room literally had one plug socket to charge phones, watches, powerbanks etc. the sleeping arrangement was very poor quality mattress and topper and it smelled bad.

It was OK. The staff were friendly and helpful after my room had no power to the power sockets, and they moved my room. However the room I was moved to was right next to the lifts on the 5th floor and they were SO NOISY all night long - squeaky and loud and just annoying. I got a bit of sleep but it wasn’t the most comfortable

Cleaning service was not great, towels weren't replaced only taken and soap was also not there, towels had clearly been handled with visible bleach stains so keeps you wandering what has happened to them. I would stay here again

We had a connecting room which was great for the four of us and our visit. The rooms are slightly dated but overall it was fine.
We had a double bed and two single beds. The bathrooms were modern but had no fan in for steam from the shower.
The staff were friendly and welcoming.
The food is decent but around the area there are lots of local places to eat.
The metro isn't far about a 5-10 minute walk, we had two disabled people and it was easy to get to. The yellow line runs to the Eiffel Tower,Versailles and Notre Dame.
The only thing was I had to ask for more pillows in the room but we got these with no problem.

It was affordable and easy to get too .The room was very clean and had all we needed the bed was excellent and the linen was changed every two days .The staff we had met were polite and helpful in every way .We did have breakfast and while the food was good and well presented it was very hard to find a table for two at a busy time in the morning. We liked the local area and the transport links are excellent too .We certainly would return .

The location for the property is bad, it is very difficult for pickup and drop off.

One would expect basic amenities like shampoo and/or conditioner, coffee machine but that is not possible.
