This hotel is significantly not as advertised- it is like a hostel. We booked for a room with private bathroom, when we arrived we were told it is shared bathrooms and showers on upper floor- which is not what I had booked and paid for. I am a girl in my early twenties, I felt extremely unsafe so we left within 20 minutes of checking in to find another hotel which was of course really stressful trying to find somewhere so last minute in the evening. The room was tiny, the whole place had an unpleasant smell also no lifts here very old fashioned. The pictures do not show this at all - very false advertisement really bad experience.

The reception person was indeed a lier. He said that our room with private bathroom has a leakage problem while he was sold it to someone else that was checked in before us and gave us a room with shared bathroom for the first night, while we were charged for a room with private bathroom.

Disapointment in Paris

There were no lift. Could not Get a Coffee other Than machine and if they did not havé change than you went without. Hôtel is nosy: inside and outsider.
Thé hôtel is clean. Room although small are clean but very sparcely one: chair- bed-small TV on thé wall and à little desk.. not worth thé Price Paid per night in thé Area thé hôtel is located: I havé seen Better Price for Nicer hôtel on Better Area also.

Decent room, good location, but noisy as hell.

Rooms appear to separated by a single layer of atoms so noise permeates very easily and very often. Had to listen to building works, random tapping/rattling (all through nights), guests leaving their alarms on, obnoxious singing, and other forms of human behaviour not able to mention.

First of all this is a hostel!! Nowhere online did it say that. We didn't have our own bathroom, and the showers were on a different floor. The hallways were so narrow and had no lights, it did not seem safe. Neither did the neighborhood.

I ended up not staying at this hotel even though I have paid for the stay. When booking hotel through orbitz, the address was not shown. when I googled hotel Viator, google showed that it was in the 12th arrondissement, and that's what I needed. After paying for my package, I discovered that I had paid to stay at the 17th arroundissement! it would have taken me one hour to get to the 12th district, which was unacceptable. Since it was non refundable, I lost out and booked and paid for another hotel in the area I wanted.

Don't trust the photos

The pictures have got to be the worst misrepresentation I have seen yet. The pictures do NOT reflect the rooms at all. And you have no idea when you are booking there are no showers or toilets in the room, and finally they had the cheek to say the room was 200 Euros and down to 50 Euros, only to charge me 58 Euros.

The room and the area were a match for the price we paid. Front desk staff great. Narrow, winding staircase to the room, but not nearly as many steps as many in Europe. Room in old building was small but clean except for a tiny bit (3\"-4\" area) of mildew in the shower. Bathroom was tiny. Stepping over a front plate and down about a foot to exit the shower is a bit unsafe. Light in bathroom too dim and not above mirror. Room had a window. Metro (subway) stop about a block away. Restaurants nearby include wide ethnic variety. (The Afghan one we loved did require reservations but they worked us in.)

Don’t stay here!!!

Extremely hot hotel, the picture on travelocity is false advertisement the hotel does not look like that. No a/c, mold in bathrooms, you can hear all the noise from the other rooms and i woke up to a female screaming like she was murdered and the next day a man was chasing another with a knife. Bad side of town as i was told by my uber driver when i decided to leave hotel viator to a cleaner, air conditioned , safer hotel!
Don’t stay here!!!!

Nice simple hotel in a good location.

Staff were very nice. Location very good, well connected with Metro. Room was fine, nice enough size and clean and modern. However the view was a well looking down onto reception with other rooms across from you. Because of this, it was very stuffy and if you left windows open you could hear people being loud morons across from you on the morning of May 28th 2018. Even a fan in the room would have been welcome. Wifi not the best but worked most of the time. You get what you pay for with the place.

You most likely won’t be staying in the rooms pictured. It’s a tiny, cramped sterile room. Shared bathroom smelt like cigarettes and was the size of a cupboard - no room for a sink even (so don’t be fooled by the one in the picture), shower was tiny also, and not clean!!!

The walls are as thin as paper, you can hear people cough, talk etc. - this made for a very unpleasant sleep.

The room was clean, and staff were helpful showing us places on a map. Negatives however outweighed the positives.

Location is not central - 45 mins with metro to get into central Paris. We had booked to stay 4 nights, and only ended up staying 1.

Not what I expected

Pros:
Good location a few meters from the metro station, bus stop, and taxi stand, and with a few good eateries around, and little shops/supermarkets.
I felt safe (but I'm from NYC)
Very good price for a budgeting group of friends backpacking through Europe.
Clean sheets, relatively comfy bed
The male staff were nice, and quite accommodating when we checked in and out at ungodly hrs.
Also staff gave access to microwave.

Small room with a sink in the room. Just not quite sanitary for me
The bathroom was shared, and just not very clean.
It was uncomfortable getting from room to bathroom (down a floor) especially when people are in the corridor doing repairs with no advanced warning given.
on the 4th floor with a winding staircase cumbersome with luggage
Room walls are too thin. had to turn up the tv to drown out the active couple in the next room.
----If you are backpacking and just need to lay your head down and feel relatively secure, and get good sleep, and don't mind the shared bathroom. This will do just fine.
I travelled with my younger sister stayed for 2 nights.

For the money it is ok

Location is great, very close to more than one metro station, plenty of shops, cafes, bars right around the corner. Staff is nice. No elevator, WIFI is crazy expensive 1€ hour 10€ 24 hour? Sorry that is crazy and it is really slow wifi if anyone else is using it! I dont think they changed the sheets and instead just made the bed. Little soap dispenser in the bathroom. Heating is not adjustable and not freazing but not really warm (typical french style if you were in an apartment). You have to leave your key at the desk when you leave, I guess that is ok but kinda werid if you go in and out a lot. In the end if you are on a budget, then it is a good choice, but I might just go somewhere with free wifi next time im on a budget.

GOOD IF YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE THE LOCAL COLOR

Not what we thought it would be. Room was very very small. Bathroom was even worse. No where to put your bags. Our room was on the first floor but we still had to climb 3 flights up a very narrow spiral stair case to get there. Thank goodness the guy that checked us in helped with our bags or w would not be able to get them up the stairs.

Good for what I needed it

I had a 22 hr layover, and was going to explore the city while there. So I really just needed a place to sleep. Since it was inside the city and close to transportation, it was perfect for me. The room had it's own sink and some towels. I did share the restroom but each time I went it was available. It was a 4th floor walk-up so if you have a lot of luggage I don't recomend it. I was hardly in the room, and didn't even turn on the T.V while there, but it does have one. I was thrown off by having to pay for the wifi but again since I was only there to sleep it wasn't so bad. I paid 3 euros for 3 hours of wifi. It wasn't the best wifi, but it let me do what I needed to do. I probably wouldn't stay if I had an extended stay in Paris, but for a day or two, it's perfect.

Great for budget travellers

This hotel provided exactly what we were looking for in Paris: a secure and inexpensive place to sleep and store our things. The rooms are tiny and minimalist, but cheerful; they looked to have been remodeled recently and were quite clean. We didn't have any trouble getting into the showers when we needed to, and the staff were helpful and pleasant. We spent most of our time sightseeing around Paris, not relaxing in the room (as it really was pretty cramped), but that's what we came to do anyway. Satisfactory for young couples and budget travelers. Not recommended for families or people with lots of luggage (steep stairs!).

Disgusting place. They had no record of my booking. The clerk didn t even greet me when I arrived. Then he was yelling at someone in another room to ask if they had changed their expedia password so he could verify my booking. I had a copy on my phone. After telling me i could have a room on the first floor, (I walk with a cane) he told me it would be 25 euros extra as it had four beds. When I started to get really angry, he gave in and said I could have the room if I only slept in one bed … duh! The room was cold, and there was mould in the shower. When I asked about wifi, i was told it was a euro and hour.

First time in Paris

I felt I got really lucky with the geographical location of this hotel - virtually on top of a metro station, well served by bus links and with a busy plaza/square within easy walking distance. The hotel itself was small, but perfect for a solo traveller who doesn't require much luxury, moreover it served very, very well as a base from which to plan/launch my tourist trips around the city.

Weekend away with the girlfriend

As a hotel it is pretty good, they have refurbished rooms with a toilet and shower, which was the one we got and i recommend getting these ones. Otherwise you have to go outside the room to the loo and pay for a shower (crazy!!). I wasn't meant to get that one and as a result they charged me extra after asking to change the room. All the staff agreed i shouldnt have to pay the full amount but the manager was something different and he was not a nice man about it all and blamed it all on me and said if you don't pay it then I would have to leave. Not very nice, but the rest of the staff are very nice!! Location is awesome, just a 10mins metro ride to anywhere you wanna go and to be honest pretty good for the money you pay for it seeing as I'm a student and was on a budget!!

the hotel website stated the rooms were ensuite - there was 1 toilet per floor to share with 9 rooms each floor ther were 3 showers dwn on the ground floor, the cost did not represent the condition of the room or hotel, the staff ere polite and friendly, however, the roomn was tiny, and the bed culd barely fit 2 people in, im short, so i fit onto the bed, my other half is taller 6 foot and was hanging offte end of th bed.

Its located in a shadey alley. Very unsafe feel.

Jag och min kompis kom till detta hotell och stannade bara i någon minut innan vi var tvungna att byta hotell. Det fanns löss på kudden i sängen. Det låg hårstrån i sängen. Det var fläckar och hål i lakanen. Sängen var hård som sten och badrummet var fruktansvärt litet med dåligt ljus, synliga rör och hål. Skulle säga att alla ska hålla sig bort från detta hotell.

料金重視で選んだので仕方ないですが、写真とのギャップが大きくて驚きました。
プライベートバスルームの部屋なので、このホテルの中ではグレードのいいほうの部屋だと思いますが、通りに面していて騒音が酷かったです。
シーツが清潔だった点はよかったです。
ホテル周辺の治安が決して良くなく、暗くなってからの外出は怖かったです。
次はもう少し慎重にホテルを選ぼうと思います。

Séjour sans soucis ! Merci.

Bien que le bâtiment soit vétuste (escalier étroit, douche usé, isolation thermique), le lit est confortable et le personnel à notre service.
Un peu bruyant que ce soit dans une chambre donnant sur la rue ou même entre les chambres.
Cependant, Au vue des prix pratiqués a Paris, c'est le genre de concession qu'on accepté.

Amei a hospedagem, para eu que estava sozinha foi perfeito, um cama de casal em um pequeno quarto e com um pequeno banheiro, Acho importante ressaltar que o banheiro é bem pequeno mesmo, mas é dentro do quarto e apenas meu. E meu quarto ainda tinha uma sacada linda de frente pra rua do hotel, me deu um gostinho de Paris. O único ponto não tão agradável foi ter que levar duas malas grandes de rodinha para o terceiro andar de escada, eles não possuem elevador, mas só isso, eu recomendo demais a hospedagem.

Prix intéressant, prestations médiocres

L’hôtel propose des prix .intéressants. Cependant certains services sont manquants : pas de bagagerie, impossible de récupérer les clefs après minuit (c’est bien tôt pour la capitale), les douches communes sont médiocres.
La chambre m’a paru propre malgré de nombreuses anciennes taches dans les draps qui ne sont pas dignes d’un hôtel. Les murs sont très fins.

J'ai été obligé d'annuler mon sejour à Paris pour cause de maladie. L'hôtel a refusé le remboursement des 3 nuits malgré la proposition de leur envoyer mon arrêt de maladie . J'avais un delai jusqu'au 29 septembre pour annuler ; je ne pouvais prévoir la maladie le 1er octobre. J'esperais un peu d'humanité pour 300 euros ..

Séjour professionnel, chambre simple, propre avec douche et toilette (en surplus). Le personnel et sympathique et arrangeant car ils y a accès à un micro onde ce qui est très apprécié ! Un peu de bruit dû au manque d'insonorisation mais rien de mechant. Le petit plus pas fait exprès c'est la présence des tuyauterie d'eau chaude à côté du support de serviette. Du coup, la serviette de douche reste bien chaude ! On a pas cela dans un ibis style ! 😁 J'étais dans la chambre 8.

Personnel pas du tout chaleureux.
Le réceptionniste as fait 2x la chasse à mon cousin qui venait simplement m’accompagner à l’hôtel à 15h et puis manger avec moi dans la chambre à 1h puisque on as dû commander Uber Eats, insistant sur le fait que j’avais payé pour une seule personne.
On voulais juste manger à l’intérieur puisqu’il faisait froid. Après 2 appels insistants et désagréables, nous n’avions pas le choix que de partir manger à l’extérieur sous le froid.
De plus, le réceptionniste as voulu et récupéré mes clés de chambre et savoir à quel heure je comptais rentrer et puis quoi encore ??

Les douches communes sont loin d’être hygiéniques, pas de plastique pour les pieds, rien bonjour les mycoses et j’en passe. L’eau s’accumule dans la pièce car elle évacue pas assez rapidement donc on se retrouve dans un bassin de piscine municipale limite.

Le meilleur pour la fin: quelqu’un de l’hôtel as volé ma pochette de bijoux (boucles d’oreilles, bracelets etc), l’ayant indiqué à la réception lors du check out, j’ai eu un retour très hautain et agressif; me promettant de m’appeler une fois ayant vérifié les caméras de surveillance, je repars chez moi sans aucune nouvelle de leur part.

Pour 50€ la nuit, on s’attend pas à être servis comme au Ritz mais un minimum de sens relationnel et chaleur quand on travaille dans le domaine de l’hôtellerie.
