This stay was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon arrival, our room wasn’t ready, which we accepted, but when we returned, the elevator was broken. Our room was on the European 3rd floor—four flights of stairs. Management repeatedly assured us the elevator would be fixed, yet it never was for the entire five nights. My husband has bad knees, and the constant stair climbing left him in severe pain that continues nearly a month later. Their repeated promises felt like lies.
The room itself was in terrible condition. The couch was filthy and dingy, clearly not cleaned in years. The dishwasher was broken. The in-room phone didn’t work, nor did the front desk phone. Only one bottle of water was provided, forcing us to navigate stairs just to refill it. Did I sign up for an airbnb?? Housekeeping was abysmal: bathrooms were never cleaned daily, hair left on the floor, towels not replaced even if deliberately left on the floor. The safe was already locked when we checked in. We reported all these issues immediately, and nothing was fixed—not a single problem addressed during our stay.
The only positive was the front desk staff, who were polite and courteous, and did help with our luggage. But management failed completely. Compensation promised at checkout never materialized, and corporate never followed up. This stay was not just disappointing—it was an ordeal. I will never stay at another Sonder property, and I strongly advise anyone reading this to avoid this hotel at all costs.

The accomodation was lovely and suited us well. The staff were very helpful and courteous throughout our stay. We had a couple of issues which were resolved quickly. The first being that the room wasn't ready in time for our arrival time, however we were able to use the restaurant/ cafe. The room we had was unfortunately up a flight of stairs (section without a lift) which was difficult with a large suitcase and with a toddler/ pram. Overall the room was lovely, clean and had all we needed. The location of the hotel was great too.

We felt really safe and secure staying here. It was very clean and the staff at reception were very friendly, kind and helpful. It was a convenient location to walk everywhere or to catch the metro less than a block away. We were able to leave our luggage locked up securely while we waited for our room to be prepared which gave us an opportunity to explore and walk around freely. Great property. Our family was very comfortable there and staff was amazing. Breakfast is lacking but not a big deal since there a lot around the hotel to eat at. It’s not super central…takes about 20-30 via a uber to get anywhere but there is a close by train station.

Such a wonderful stay here! The staff was available 24/7 and very kind and helpful. Helen was charming. Delicious coffee is available self-service in the dining room. You can easily walk to MonMarte, Parc Monceau, Arch Triumph, and even the Eiffel Tower…. However, I caught the bus back. The transportation is close by (within a block) and helpful folks around to help navigate. Can’t say enough about this property. Super comfortable beds, little kitchenette, and great showers. If you are very sensitive to noise- sirens were going by often but the closed windows were enough for me to ignore the sounds- the building itself was super quiet.

Lovely little hotel. We didn’t have the breakfast as thought it was a little expensive for what it was and the pillows were not our choice (although we didn’t mention this at the time as it didn’t ruin anything), however the location was great and the added bonus of hot choc and pod coffee was great in an evening after sight seeing all day. Possible a small freezer area would be handy if on a budget but just a thought. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We had a very enjoyable stay. It’s not easy finding a moderately priced room in Paris for a family of four. This suited us perfectly. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was well equipped and had good water pressure. The room had a mini-fridge, dishwasher, microwave and sink which we happily utilized. The staff were helpful and accommodating. There were shops and restaurants within a short walk from the hotel. We found the neighbourhood pleasant and charming.

Book this spot on a whim taking my parents on a trip to Paris. The front desk attendant, Yakhya, was sooo incredibly nice. He made sure the room was ready for us slightly earlier than the check-in time, knowing we had just flown in from the US. We stayed in room 502 which we unknowingly discovered had a view of the Eiffel Tower. 10/10 experiences!

We are a family of 4 with 2 younger children and found the room to be very well designed. Plenty of hidden storage, lots of plug outlets, a well stocked mini kitchen and a separate toilet. The shower was large and had good water pressure.

Great location 100m from Metro and one block to lively bar and restaurant area. Friendly staff. The rooms were clean and generally in good condition. There were 3 of us so we had the sofa down as a bed - bad for sitting socially, but good for privacy when sleeping. Air con seemed to struggle in Paris heat, but there were also fans to help. Pretty good overall.

Very nice hotel, awsome staff. My only complaint at this point is the TV. Its a Tourist place the upgrade on different selections of language is definitely needed. Everyone one does not speak french. Please update the language options. Other then that the hotel was great.

Lovely, high-ceilinged room that felt big enough for the family of four. Fantastic neighborhood of shops and restaurants, and a five-minute walk to Metro. Extraordinary front staff, bending over backwards to please. Same breakfast every day, but delicious. Only gripe was the lack of a towel rack in the lavatory and the maid ringing the doorbell to the room after I’d hung the Do about Disturb sign, waking up my wife from a nap, and then giving me attitude since it was so late in the afternoon.

We love this Boutique Hotel. The staff was friendly, the location was fantastic, and everything was clean. We were so happy to find this hotel in this neighborhood. We had a suite and it was great to be able to close off the bedroom when one person wanted to sleep and the other wanted to stay up to watch television. The only design flaw we found was the glass from the bathroom shower let the light come into the bedroom and woke up the person sleeping there.

I jumped at the chance to stay somewhere with such a high rating. I bet the suites and garden views must be fantastic. However, my room was on the street, and the windows did not block out the street noise very well. The room got cold at night and the heating was on some sort of timer to shut off, so it was cold by morning. The ceiling air filters in the room both had some visible black dust in them. Toiletries were nothing special. I just felt it was very nice, but that the high reviews must be for something I wasn't seeing.

Overall outstanding. Because of this we are coming back for a couple more nights before flying home. Room with street view is noisy at times when cars and motorbikes are passing through making it hard to sleep.

The location was fantastic - lots of great shops and restaurants around and just a block or so from the Villiers metro stop. The room was a great size and the bathroom was spacious. I liked the toilet area in a separate room from the shower and tub. The only reason it wasn't a perfect stay was because the pull out sofa for out 2 boys had wooden slats underneath it to hold the mattress and they kept falling off during the night when the kids would roll over - causing them to collapse! My husband kept fixing it, but the wooden slats were just laid across the frame and continued to fall off.
