Expérience décevante. À mon arrivée, on m’a donné la clé d’une chambre déjà occupée, ce qui m’a fait entrer dans la chambre de quelqu’un d’autre par erreur ! Cet incident m’a mise très mal à l’aise et m’a laissée inquiète pour ma sécurité durant tout mon séjour. Avec chaque bruit, je me réveillais, craignant que quelqu’un entre dans ma chambre à cause de cette histoire de clés. De plus, l’isolation est insuffisante, rendant le sommeil difficile, et il y avait une mauvaise odeur persistante dans la salle de bain. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Buena ubicación en un barrio genuinamente parisino muy agradable, las habitaciones están finamente decoradas con genuino y motivador estilo, un poco pequeñas pero muy limpias, hay bellos cafés y restaurantes cercanos, tiendas personalizadas exclusivamente francesas, avenidas amplías que dan al Arco de Triunfo, en frente hay un mercado, una farmacia y en la misma acera del hotel hay una tienda de comida para llevar muy conveniente por sus precios, variedad de ofertas, exquisitez y frescura.

Adorable and super convenient

A convenient lovely place right next to the metro and buses. The room and bed were very comfortable. A beautiful view from my window. I loved my stay. I also traveled with a hiking backpack so I didn’t have to manage having a lot of luggage or toiletries. If you were traveling with a lot, there is plenty of space to unpack if you’re organized. I highly recommend this place. I didn’t really need service until I needed a taxi upon leaving, and they had one for me in 10 minutes. I’ve posted photos of my adorable room. There is a street right outside and I slept with my window open and ear plugs for the traffic noise.

100% great place to stay.

We were able to check in early and check out late without extra cost. Ahmed gave us an impeccable customer service. Service with a smile. All our request before our has been granted. The hotel has clean room, fluffy towels, good variety and quality breakfast. Great location. Good value for the price. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

A disappointment.

In short, this stay was a disappointment. The room wasn't ready on allivel at 4PM and the AC didn't work in one of the rooms throughout the stay. One attemps at repairing it did no go any further. Reception staff during weekdays was very friendly, but the weekend receptionist should consider consider whether the service industry is a right path. Location is great, but rooms are too cramped.

Lovely Staffan in reception and breakfast. Overall cleaningness in elevator and floors could be better but it’s not worse than in many other hotels in Paris and the bathroom was super clean. Comfy bed. Thin windows so there is some noice from the street but also poor insulation from heat or cold. This may sound negative but it’s a nice little hotel.

Lovely hotel, though things went bump in the night

This is a lovely little hotel in a quiet area about 10-15 minutes' walk from the Arc de Triomphe. My ground floor room was chic, cosy, clean and double glazed, with a kettle, safe, hot hairdryer and the most comfortable bed I have slept in on holiday. Plenty of hot water and L'Occitane toiletries. I needed to take taxis to get farther afield such as to the Louvre and Eiffel Tower, and these cost around 12-15 euros. There is a Metro Station nearby on the blue line, so you have to change to get to the min sights. Plenty of shops and cafes in the area, though, plus you can walk to Boulevard Haussmann and Printemps/La Fayette. There are some nice places to eat along Avenue de Wagram. My only problem was with noise from the room above - scraping chairs on the wooden floor, enthusiastic bedsprings at 2am and then 7am (!) and on my last night, furniture scraped across the floor all night, doors banged and drawers rattled continuously. It only stopped at checkout time and kept me awake all night. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay.

The hotel is undergoing renovation but they are doing a good job of keeping guests happy. Breakfast was good.
Lots of water pressure and hot water and nice soap and shampoo . Room was small but when that close to tourist area most rooms anywhere are small Nice classic Paris view close to Courcelles subway stop.

Hotel room is small but I believe that is the case for a lot of hotels in Europe. There is thankfully a lift, however you can probably fit two people or one person + suitcase.
Hotel is close and convenient to main attractions and transport. Enjoyed my stay.

Well-located hotel with a nice breakfast

Hotel Monceau Elysees is classic Paris hotel. It is clean and well-situated. Rooms are quite small but very normal for this area of Paris. Breakfast is simple but meets your needs.

Cute, but 1 bed is actually 2 beds

Front desk staff super helpful - even helped look up information like where to park our car, how to get our car repaired, looked up a jewelry shop for me.

We checked in super late the first night because we were stuck in traffic, and the employee on duty made it so easy to check in which we needed because we were so exhausted.

Unfortunately, the bed, which makes up 90% of the room and stay was actually 2 beds pushed together and not at all easy to sleep on since they kept separating. If the room is going to be all bed, I want to know that I'm paying for a good bed.

Other than that, super clean, great staff, has elevator, breakfast and was very convenient to metro (literally out the doorstep) and close to L'Arc.

The hotel room was slightly bigger than I am used to for hotels in this area, which was a bonus. It was comfortable and clean, if a bit down-at-heel.
Location is excellent as it is less than 2 minutes walk to the Courcelles metro station, so very convenient for getting to customer in the morning and getting into town in the evening.

I loved our stay here! The room was small, but intimate. The tub and toilet was so clean! We didn’t turn on the television. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect! So many restaurants and shopping centers. Walking distance to the Big Bus tour, hop on hop off. There’s a whole strip of shopping and dinning, movie theater, MAC, Five guys... things like that in the vicinity. Make sure you ask for the adapter for the wall plug.

Excellent weekend in my favourite neighbourhood

Very satisfied with my stay. The neighbourhood is quiet, yet central. There is a metro station close by and you can walk most places. There is a beautilful park and playground close by, an interesting feature for runners or people traveling with children.
The room is typically Parisian, meaning it's rather small. But for a weekend, it's plenty provided you're not in Paris to stay in your room. The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean, which for me is the most important. The bathroom is very small but reasonably functional and newly renovated. I would have liked a shelf in the shower to put with things, as it is I had to put them on the shower floor and bend down to pick them up; it could problematic for an elderly guest.
I ate a continental breakfast at the hotel once, delivered to my room. It came on time and was fresh and tasty.
The receptionists were all very friendly. I know Paris well so I didn't have to ask them for assistance, but they seemed helpful.
Will definitely consider staying there again next time.

Check IN very late, arriving from London after work. However ,the receptionist was so smooth and gentle. Room had a good size and cumfortable, air con on point and neighbourhood perfect. However a bit disappointed by the Lady receptionist who did our check out, as she insisted we attitude that we pay taxes in cash only otherwise her manager would be very angry !!!!We think they should let customers know when they check in that its cash only for local tax payment when checking out.
Other than that it was a pleasant stay, but last impression could have been better .

Comfortable hotel in central location

This hotel was very reasonably priced and has all the character of a typical Parisian building. The staff are welcoming, rooms are very clean and comfortable, also quiet. The location is excellent as you can walk to the Arc de Triomphe in about 10-15 minutes and the metro is just next to the hotel. There was also a very good breakfast.

A lovely place to stay when in Paris!

I enjoyed my stay in Paris and in this hotel. I liked my room that was thoroughly cleaned everyday as if I were entering my room on the first day. Cozy bed and linen and cheerful room's colour patterns made my stay even more pleasant. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in quiet neighborhood, yet there are plenty of restaurants and bistros around. It's 1min away from the metro station, 10min walk to Arc de Triomphe. I can easily recommend this hotel to anyone.

Went for a two night break in Paris, hotel in great part of town, not far from the Arc de Triomphe and just around the corner from the local Metro line, hotel was small, quirky, neat and tidy and did exactly what it said on the tin, room was adequate but just made for sleeping, but then you're not in Paris to spend time in your hotel room!!
Staff were excellent, polite and helpful and overall would not hesitate to stay here again!

We were robbed, somebody entered my room although i locked it twice with my key and hanged the do not disturb sign on the doorknob, when I arrived to my room i came to unlock the door and i found it weird that it wasn't locked (but the door was closed) so whoever entered my room had the key with them and then my safe was open although i left it locked so whoever entered had the possibility to reset the safe also, I didn't have any money in the safe so they didn't take anything but on the same floor which is the 5th another room was entered and they stole from the safe around 3,300$ at the same time that my room was entered also. The hotel manager didn't even have the courtesy to offer a complimentary gesture due to what happened with us, he just satisfied by saying \"sorry\". Not to mention that the room service is despicable, when i checked in, i had to remind the housekeeper to put a bottle of water in the mini fridge (maybe they wanted to charge me later by saying that i drank it), the floor was sticky, had to tell her to wipe the floor to remove the stickiness and the superior room has the most awful bathtub you can ever see in your life, water will spill all over the bathroom floor because it's barely protected by a partial glass, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, my advice to you is to avoid it and choose another one.

Reasonable choice but nothing exceptional

wifi did not work, room provided is literally 2 meters from the main lobby area where one could hear all conversations going on in lobby. Attention to details missing in room preparation, no soap holder for example. Considering all this, price advertised is actually relatively bad value for the money.

I was there only one night... Good location in 17th arrondisement near metro courcelles... restoraunts arouind. The single room was cute and quiet, everything was fine and simple and the staff were very nice, did not have breakfast so can not comment on that. My only criticisms were it is slightly expensive and there is no little shelf in the shower for shampoo and soap and such...

aire acondicionado con 17 grados y tener solo calefacción y que la única solución a abrir una ventana xq de octubre a abril no tienen aire acondicionado , lo volvió en momentos insoportable ya que son habitaciones pequeñas , luego todo es muy bueno el desayuno , la atención durante el día ; el servicio de café agua , la limpieza diaria ,ñ, el baño con tina y regadera que vale mucho luego de un día de turismo ; en definitiva la falta de aire repito me dijeron que es por temporada es lo único que me lo hizo raro , xq el hotel debe entender que hay gente que está acostumbrado a otras temperaturas , no todos quieren calefacción
