Hotel staff were very friendly and professional. The room was very nice but we were upgraded to a suite so that has some influence. Bed was big and comfortable, decor was fresh and pleasant. Bathroom was nice, towels were very big. The train station was very close.
There was some noise from a bar late on but it wasn't too bad. Lift was a little dated and small but 2 people with 2 small cases fitted. If you are using the sofa beds look for black straps at the side and it opens with ease, which we found out after 10 minutes of pulling the bars. Definitely would stay again.

Rosalie in the restaurant downstairs is a darling. Would definitely recommend getting the breakfast… May not seem fancy, but compared to what else is available nearby it is absolutely worth it for what you get. This was a great stay for a few days in Paris.

This hotel is located a short walking distance from the Arc De Triomphe and the metro which are the reasons I booked our stay there. My daughter and I were on a two week holiday traveling around Europe, it was our first trip to that area, we are from the US. We visited several museums, the Arc, the Eiffel Tower, many restaurants of various scales, walked miles and miles. And quickly became acquainted with the metro train system.
Things we liked about the hotel were the location and the terrace off of our room. We didn’t mind that the room was small or cheaply furnished since we didn’t plan to be in it much except to sleep but for the cost of the room ($1000 for 3 nights) we did hope it would be clean. It wasn’t, but luckily I had antibacterial wipes with me and wiped everything off, especially the tub and toilet. Not being sure of the history of the building, it is Paris and very humid, so that might be why there was mildew or mold all over the bathroom. Coming from the southern US I understand humidity.
Overall, this was a place to stay that is conveniently located for sightseeing, dining options and transportation.

Staff are super friendly and the location is just priceless. Hotel is pretty old and my room was for 1 person which was quite small. The bed was literally beside the door which makes it super noisy throughout the sleeping time. Overall if you wish to have a choice close to metro and good shopping areas, this is a good choice but for the room quality it is overpriced.

If you need luxury, there are other options. But the Etoile Park Hotel is perfect if you’re looking for a basic, clean, reasonably priced hotel in hands-down the best location in Paris — MacMahon is quiet compared to the bustling Etoile (Place Charles DeGaulle) and other nearby grand avenues like the the Champs-Élysées, with good cafes/brasserie options all around and a Metro hub a block away. There’s even a Francoprix grocery store on a side street as you head for Avenue des Ternes. A friend and I stayed there a week and were very comfortable. The staff was great and couldn’t have been more helpful and friendlier

This hotel is a (small) step above staying at a hostel. It was very pricey. The room has no air and the heat could not be turned off in the bathroom. It is VERY loud from both the street and acompanying rooms.

Key must be left at desk, small room, very thin walls, dated euro style shower with tub and sprayer vs shower stall, no fridge in room or ice machine. Limited refeshments and dining options. Okay for a couple nights on limited budget just taper expectations.

Being near to the Metro, the Airport bus ,eating places and the Champs Elysees is the best thing about the hitel.The beds are also very comfortable.
However a fridge and iron would have been good in the room and a few more English channels...

I needed a reasonable overnight stay near to the office, which also happens to be very close to the Arc de Triumphe/Etiole roundabout.
The hotel is tucked just off of one of the arteries emanating from the Arc, so the location was fantastic for tourists. Within a minute and you will be at the Arc de Triumphe and a few minutes more you could be walking the champs elysees! Typically for most large cities, the hotel is compact and the room was very small. A double bed with a little manoeuvre space around it and a small desk comprised t(e room, with an equally small bathroom, but enough for a bath/shower and sink. Everything was clean, albeit basic.

Initially had a single room which faced the road. It was noisey and small but good for the price if the noise doesn't bother you. Told it had a view but only if I put my head out the window and turned it left. Upgraded to a double room at the back which was much bigger and nicer for 20 euros a night. Very comfortable and quiet room on fifth floor. This in my view was good value. Only complaint is floor was quite filthy. They clearly vacuum it and don't mop it regularly. Shower good too. Didnt have breakfast. Ezcellent location

Nice hotel in excellent location. The view was not as good as I had hoped but not bad sideview of arc de Triomphe. Staff was friendly but I wish the hotel communciated about the metro stop being closed on the day we arrived before we get there, especially as this has been happening for a few weekends.
