Hotel was lovely in a great location with metro links and walkable to so much. We were 2 adults, 3 teenagers and had the two rooms on the 6th floor. It was great - quiet, safe, clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk, available 24/7, were friendly and helpful (directions/advice/a pen/holding luggage). Nice L'Occitane bath products too. Would def recommend.

We highly recommend this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and very comfortable - and good size rooms for a 3 star hotel - and the location is great. Close to the subway and good food and shopping all around. And it’s on a very quiet street. Great for sleeping!

We had a double and a single (family of three). The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and kind.

The Tour de France was happening the same day as check in and roads were blocked in some cases for miles surrounding the hotel and NO effort was made by the hotel to contact us with an alternate route or to warn us. It took an Uber then a taxi and the kind people at Hotel Bassano to help us find a solution.

Also the mini fridge was blinking because of some electrical problems and they couldn’t understand English to fix it even after we showed them a video of the problem.

Front desk staff were inadequate for English speaking guests.

We had a one night stay in the family room with our two children. The room was perfectly serviceable, clean and tidy. The staff was very welcoming , we arrived before check-in so they stored our bags and we were able to go sightseeing until it was ready.
The room was clean and tidy. The AC was nice a cool, and the bathroom was clean with plenty of towels for us all. The WiFi was strong - we had 2 iPads and phones going so we were able to plan our trips. The snacks/pastries were available in the lobby - nice touch but there are so many good food options nearby so not needed by us!
Overall - super, basic, clean and great location. Great for short trips!

Small hotel with 2 rooms per floor. It is in an excellent condition. Friendly staff. Great location, on a quiet slide street, with only a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe, metro, restaurants, shops. Fast internet included, breakfast is extra. The rooms are not too big, but at this price point it is an excellent option. There could be options with a smaller room with a balcony, or a bit larger room without it (...I had one without, and it was very comfortable). I very much enjoyed my stay here. Thanks.

Evrything was great...the front desk very friendly and helps us with reservations for hotel and ubers/taxi....is also around the corner from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees .....there are restaurants and little grocey stores very close to the hotel...the only inconvenience was that the elevator broke down because some kids were playing with it but it was fixed the next day. Other than that i would definetly recommend this Hotel.

It is a great little hotel, in a great location near the Arc, with a super friendly and helpful staff (absolutely all of them). Everything it offers is just like that, even the photos of the rooms are exact, clean, I was assigned room 8 with a view of the street, ideal for two people with a child as was my case, comfortable, clean bathroom with good hot water, good breakfast, a small but no less important elevator (in this area there are many hotels or apartments that do not have an elevator), safe, quiet, close to the metro, express markets and a very good boulangerie one block away. I only had a small problem with the air conditioning that thanks to the intervention of the hotel staff was immediately solved. It is a very well-kept hotel, the managers take great care of the details of the small building, they know how to make their guests feel good. Without a doubt, on my next visit to Paris I will choose this hotel again.

First time visiting Paris and at first we were kind of scared as we were visiting as a family(4 including kids) but the hotel is very well located(30 minutes from airport(Uber), 5 min walk from Arc de Triomphe, train station is another 5 minute walk, Eiffel Tower is a 10 minute drive away) amazing staff, they’re very attentive, replied to all our questions via email before arriving. Tons of food options around, it is a small concept hotel but amazing for a couple of days or a week. Will definitely comeback and recommend.

An excellent boutique hotel within a three minute walk of the Arc de Triomphe. Close to bus and subway links meaning site seeing is a breeze. Our room was clean and tidy and the hotel even set up a spare bed for our daughter. Fantastic breakfast with a selection of food and drinks to suit all tastes. Good location , short walking distance from the metro station Argentine which easily takes you to gare du nord and the louvre. We felt safe getting back to the hotel late at night. This is a good location. There isn't a view of the Arc but in Paris the idea is to be outside!
They keep the door locked but someone is always on duty and opens the door promptly.
I would stay there again and I do business in Paris a lot.

Excellent hotel (specifically if you considering European standards):
- Room are spacious (we had room for three, but still spacious compare to other hotels in Paris) and has AC,
- Hotel is on quiet street with no traffic,
- Hotel is two minutes walking distance from Arc De Triomphe where three or four subway lines connected, so you easily can get anywhere in city,
- Reasonable price,
- Good breakfast: ham, salami, cheese, eggs, yogurt, etc.,
- Staff is extremely polite, welcoming, and ready to help (Nadezh is just wonderful!)

We had a great overall experience!

A small hotel with all the basics

At first, I thought: What a small hotel. Then, I realized I wanted to stay in a small French run hotel, not the larger chains I am used to. The room for 3 was clean, with French Windows, a walk away to the Arc de Triomphe. The breakfast was good; room service was available; laundry and dry cleaners as well; taxis were at the door soon after requesting one and the staff were always ready to lend a hand. The hotel is not luxurious. It's small, perfect for our short stay.

The hotel was easy to find - situated just a couple of blocks from the charles de gaule etoile metro stop. Nice and calm neighbourhood even though really close to Champs Elysees, with lots of cozy cafes nearby. Felt safe.
Helpfull staff. Modern and clean hotel with a surprisingly large room for a standard room. Overall, great value for money and I would recommend this place.

The hotel is near Triomphe and the Air France Airport Bus Station (2 minutes walk). Yet, the ReR-B Train Station near by was closed during our stay and we had to go to M1-Argentine Station (around 8 to 10 minutes walk).

Don't stay here if the weather is warm...

We moved to this hotel after already spending one restless night in Paris without AC. The AC appeared to work when we checked in but after a long and hot day of walking around Paris we came back to a room which felt like a sauna. I finally went down to reception around 2am and told the person on duty. He reset something which didn't work and finally came up to the room to inspect. He said the AC was working probably and it wasn't blowing cold because it was too hot. Really? That's the point of an AC; to work when it's HOT. We checked out first thing in the morning and checked into a better hotel around the corner. I will never stay here again.

Planning this to be a three person rooming?

If you are planning on getting an extra single person bed, i do not recommend this hotel. The bed is uncomfortable and no bed sheets are provided and the blankets provided with it is very shabby. Other than that, it was an overall satisfying experience.

Well kept but extremely small hotel. We chose a triple room and it was wholly inadequate in terms of space and quality. Breakfast was reasonable in terms of options but the food quality poor. Fantastic location - 5mins to metro and 15mins to Effiel or Louvre. Wi-Fi broke down and nothing the staff could do about it. In this day and age Wifi is as essential as hot water, so very disappointing. Overallm poor value for money but excellent location if money is no option.

A small hotel in a convenient location

A small hotel in a convenient location, on a quiet side street not far from the Arc de Triumph. Pleasant staff on-duty 24 hours per day. A good-sized, fairly plain room, with free wi-fi and an en-suite bathroom (shower but no bath). A small lift (space for only one person if they have bags) but the staircase was fine for our first floor room. Convenient public underground parking on Avenue Ternes (a good rate for 72 hours parking, booked in advance via the internet). Plenty of options for eating locally and, as ever, a beautiful and fascinating city to explore. Just remember to take comfortable walking shoes!

We stayed at another hotel the night before and were disappointed so when we decided to stay another night, we went here and thought it was much better (despite a lower star rating on yelp). The staff was more friendly and the amenities were similar. The location is good and we found a nice neighborhood restaurant nearby.

I was very pleased with the hotel. We just needed one night, since we were on a river cruise for a week before we stayed one last night in Paris. The hotel was spotless and had a brand new bathroom. The room was very small but it was adequate for our needs. The bed was comfortable and the hotel staff was very helpful.

First impressions weren't great as the lift was only just big enough for myself and 1 suitcase, my wife had to wait for the lift to come back down. However this would be my only gripe. Room was very decent size for the centre of Paris, and the hotel was only a 1 minute walk from Arc de Triomphe, and therefore very easily accessible for Champs-Élysées
and public transport. Difficult walk from the metro station with heavy suitcases (mainly because of the rain) but otherwise a very comfortable and economical choice for the centre of Paris!

Room is plain -- we had top floor, which may have been a little nicer. Beds comfortable. Elevator small. Sign in bathroom says \"towels to have washed, hang up, towels you will reuse, throw on floor\". Great location ! Todo el staff es muy amigable, pero en especial la chica recepcionista es muy atenta y gentil!
El hotel queda muy cerca del arco del triunfo y tine una estación de metro de menos de 5 minutos caminando.

El lugar es muy acogedor, el personal es súper amable. Si buscas un hospedaje para pasar tus noches descansada y con una excelente ubicación sin lugar a dudas esta es una muy buena opción. El desayuno es muy completo. No está incluido pero vale totalmente su precio. Hay pan, fruta, huevitos, salchicha, jugos, cereal etc. lo igual para comenzar tu día. Los cuartos son cómodos y limpios. Tienes a dos cuadras el arco de triunfo y una estación de tren y autobús. El lugar se siente seguro! Muy recomendable.

Pulizia delle stanze ottima. Personale estremamenre gentile e a disposizione per eventuali necessità.

Bruyant, sombre, mauvais rapport qualité/prix

Bruyant et sombre! Nous avions demandé une chambre au calme lors de la réservation des mois plus tôt, et nous avons eu la chambre au rez de chaussée, derrière la réception et devant l'escalier qui va au petit-déjeuner. Conclusion, la nuit (à minuit puis à1H du matin) nous avions les voix des arrivants à la réception et le matin les personnes qui allaient déjeuner dès 6H30 le dimanche. Insupportable. Et la chambre était sombre, sans vue et sans lumière alors même que les appartements des étages supérieurs ont eux un vis-à-vis plongeant dans votre chambre... bref je déconseille fortement cet hotel surtout pour le prix, 650 euros pour 2 nuits!
