The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The location was very convenient. The elevator kept going out because people didn’t read the sign that said only two people at once in the elevator.

The night crew could use some improvement.

Overall, I would stay there again for the cleanness and the convenience of the location.

The hotel itself is fabulous and everyone who works there was so kind and willing to offer help with anything it was truly a lovely experience. For that reason I give them wonderful reviews but the pillows are very thin and hard and the TV had an option to cast to but didn’t work which would’ve been nice since I don’t speak French and I would’ve just watched my cast to the TV. Something with the wifi wouldn’t adapt. The bed was very hard as well and I had a hard time sleeping but the linens were very nice and fresh. So I’m torn on my review and want to be honest but also do not want to diminish anyone who works there because the staff was just wonderful in every way. It’s very close to public transportation, nice shopping, good restaurants, and super easy to get Ubers and taxis. If you like a firm bed then you’ll love it all.

The AC was nice, staff was amazing but if you’re highly sensitive with allergies I would avoid this hotel currently. The rooms smelled slightly of sawdust and the cleaning product used had a heavy floral smell. Beautiful rooms but I had to leave due to my allergies going off nonstop.

This was not a tourist area. You could tell it was a local beach spot. The neighborhood has quiet a bit of trash but the people were very friendly and we never felt uneasy. The host actually picked us up from the train. Would recommend this area if you want some down time from all the tourist areas!

Key card that works maybe half the time, so often you have to walk up 5 flights of stairs, go back down, then back up, just to get in your room. They were very unapologetic and acted as if that was normal. The area is nice, the house cleaning is terrible and the view of the window is the side of a building, there is also a terrible loud boom from the pipes nearby that gos off about every 2 minutes.

Highly recommend the Hotel Étoile Saint Ferdinand!!! Check-in with Sylvia was fantastic - a very warm and friendly welcome, and kind, helpful advice and recommendations. Hotel was smallish but beautiful, good amenities including unlimited free water, tea & coffee. Rooms beautiful and location fantastic. Breakfast buffet consisted of hot & cold items and was delicious! Don’t hesitate to book this hotel.

Outstanding, personal service from staff. Arrived exhausted from overnight flight. Check-in staff got us coffee and a plate of croissants, as well as getting room ready early. Comfy bed and nice sized bathroom. Thorough daily cleaning. Lovely, cute neighborhood with a very short walk to best subway line in Paris. Walking distance to Arc de Triomphe. Elegant breakfast. Nice hotel for a business trip

The stay was nice. The reception staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean overall. It is well located next to a nice bistro and close to a nice cocktail club.

The downsides are that the shower I got was very small in the corner of the bathroom and you have very little perks in the room (no fridge, no water or tea, no sleepers, no international plugs)

Hotel itself was fine. Would stay in this area again. Check out was a joke though. Checkout in my confirmation was 12pm. I got an angry call from downstairs at 11am disputing this with me and I said I could show them my confirmation of 12pm check out. When I did they told me to speak to Expedia and get it changed on their website rather than them having the conversation with Expedia - it was ridiculous.

On June 18, 2023, my cousin and I arrived at this hotel after an exhausting trip hoping to be well received and rest properly. After checking in the front desk, we went to the room, which was very tidy and clean, but when we turned on the air conditioning, we noticed that it was not cooling, so we called the man who was in charge of the hotel that night. The man told us that he did not guarantee the air conditioning would work. I explained to him that without air I could not sleep since I suffer from bronchial asthma. The man told me he was sorry but he couldn't help me. I asked him to change my room and he told me that the hotel was full. I checked the hotel's capacity on the web and there was one room available, but he insisted on not changing our room. So I decided to contact the Expedia company to talk to this man and convince him to help us. All this happened between 12:00 am and 1:30 am. The man was so rude that I couldn't talk to him anymore. The man never went to check if the air in the room worked and he lied to the company saying that the air did work. In the end, no agreement could be reached with the gentleman and the gentleman recommended canceling the reservation. At 1.30 am we had to pack our things and leave for another Hotel that, thanks to the Management of the Expedia representative, we were able to move at no additional cost. This gentleman's attention was horrible. A tremendous lack of education and empathy.

My sister and I loves the hotel location, near the Champs Elysees with easy access to shopping, restaurants, sightseeing buses, and Arc de Triomphe that we love. The neighborhood itself is full of restaurants. It is also close to public transfortation and other major streets and parks.
The hotel itself is very cozy. Everone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful whether in giving directions or calling a taxi, etc.
Breakfast was fabulous, with varried items that would tempt any palate. We met Alomise, in charge of breakfast, who must be the friendliest person we have ever met. She made us feel so welcome. She made sure that all our needs were met. Thank you Alomise. You are an asset to the hotel.

I was disappointed, the property need an update. There was no iron and iron board in my room. I went to ask for one and the one I got was a nasty iron board. I end up didn’t using it. The only thing I liked was mainly the breakfast. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety. I give them a 5 stars for that.

Lovely little hotel

The staff are incredibly friendly and really go the extra mile for you. i was really impressed all round with the service they provided and there attention to detail. I was visiting a friend so even when i came back late there was someone to greet me to let me in. Bathrooms are great but the bedroom seemed a bit basic even if it was incredibly comfy. If i'm back in Paris again soon i will be back. You can park near by as well in the many parking facilties but it's better to book ahead to save yourself at least 50%

Absolute perfect hotel for a long weekend in Paris!! The location is perfect, the staff are super friendly and understanding!! Me and my girlfriend had to leave after just 1 night to avoid the Covid-19 quarantine, and they only charged us for the 1 night when they could have easily charged us for the 4!! Great family holiday despite the transport strike

Good quiet location with a range of restaurants nearby. Near Metro 1 which is one of only two working metro lines during the public transport strike, making it much easier to visit the main tourist sites in the older areas of Paris. Helpful and friendly staff. Very pleasant stay.

Location was great! Arch de Triomphe was a walking distance, 3-4 mins walk. Metro stations are easily accessible. Shopping and restaurants are nearby the hotel, just a few steps away. Friendly staff and helpful. Would like to come back here again.

The location of the hotel is perfect for pleasure and work , close to metro station and surrounded by nice bars , restaurants and cafes . The staff in reception and breakfast restaurant are very nice and helpful .

Nice for a few days, a/c and elevator big plus

Small, but nice place for a few days of exploring Paris. A/C and elevator a HUGE plus! Close walk to cafes and train station. Very pleasant evening concierge, beware of the morning one with the mustache..extremely annoying car salesman type that will try to sell you tours and will waste your time talking way too much.
