We called this property literally \"the Hidden Hotel\". It's location is hard to get on GPS, Maps, other apps Even Taxi Drivers couldn't find it. Directions would lead us down one way streets the wrong way. When we arrived, we found we had a room with a King Bed. I had reserved a twin bed room for my partner and myself. It was close to the Paris Metro but continually we would get lost in our comings and goings from this hotel property. The added area reconstruction did not help matters any at all.

The hotel was very clean, quiet, and the breakfast had many options. However the french pastries were never fresh. We didn't have any conditionner in the room, no shower cap or make up removal wipes, which is a bit disappointing for a four star hotel. The metro was a 10 minute walk away which was nice. I wouldn't recommend taking the bus or a car around the area during pick hours as you could get stuck in the same vicinity for 15 minutes because of traffic and constructions.

Updated, modern decor. Good value for a nice Parisian hotel; I chose it for that reason (as a solo traveler) and to earn Marriott Bonvoy points. Best part is that it's only a 3-5 minute walk to the Port Maillot metro station which makes it convenient to easily go anywhere you want to in Paris.

It’s a very basic hotel and one can find much better hotels at this price. Hyatt regency and Le meridian close by offer much better amenities and comfort at same or lesser price. The hotel doesn’t even have a restaurant. The staff is helpful and cooperative. The breakfast buffet is nothing to talk home about. I will avoid.

Bad housekeeping!

Staff at the front desk were friendly, however housekeeping was very bad. Bedsheets and pillow sheets were not changed even though there were visible stains. Dirty cups were not changed or even washed!. Even after we made a complaint in the front desk, nothing changed except the last day, where they came up and collected all the dirty cups that had accumulated. Dirty tissues were still on the floor after housekeeping finished. All housekeeping did was change towels and make bed, nothing else.

Stayed here 2 nights. Had a suite which is much bigger than standard rooms in Paris.
The breakfast buffet was very good as it had a lot of variety.
Sound proof rooms. Didnt try their gym. The customet service received was super. Free wifi.

Not very pleasant stay... not recommended

Our trip/stay in hotel started on bad note. We checked in and NO water in hotel (unimaginable for American tourist). We changed and went out in local area came back on planned time. To extend misery they were not able to fix water per plan. At this time, to piss-off further.. we were offered 1 water bottle :(
Finally water was fixed ~3 hours later than planned... overall 8+ hours of water outage. This ruined our first day plan in Paris. Hotel didn't offer any apology or credit. I pushed hotels.com customer service, which some how got me $60 credit... ok... but not happy.
Our stay have another issues with bathroom blocked, but it was quickly fixed (but overall clean-up took) 2+ hours... again no apology. May be American tourists are spoiled (expecting apology for bad behavior).
After these 2 incidents, my request for 2 hours late check out was declined. So not sure how to rate service.
Other that than... it is average hotel.

Our first night went off without any issues, likely because we were so exhausted from the traveling. All of the front desk team provided excellent customer service. Jean (if I am spelling her name correctly deserves to be commended for her outstanding customer services during our stay. The cons of this stay had to do with the EXTREMELY HOT ROOM!! We asked the hotel staff but were informed that the hotel had not switched over to air. Despite it was a very warm April. Secondly, out shower flooded the last two nights of our stay. The first night we were told the maintence people would address the issue the next day but once again the following evening it flooded again. Last, two of us had to share a face towel the first night, the second night we had no towels and were told the housekeeping staff were not 24 hours and that no extra towels were available. Therefore we had to wet heavy Bath towels to clean our faces, so along with the flooding of the bathroom shower. Needless to say our second night was a disaster. To add insult to injury we were so hot that we had to open a window in order to sleep comfortably.

This is not the cutest area of Paris, but the hotel is amazing. I have never had a quieter room - We were on the first floor, right above the restaurant and right next to the elevator, and heard literally nothing (I am the world's lightest sleeper). Makes you realize that soundproofing IS possible and wish every hotel would do it! Staff was friendly and helpful. Room very clean and bed very comfortable. Five minute walk to the convention center. Small gym but everything you'd need (and you can see the Eiffel Tower from the treadmill...).

Made my 1st Visit to Paris wonderful!

This was my first visit to Paris and the hotel made it most memorable. I do not speak much French, and the hotel staff immediately welcomed me and even offered to practice speaking French with me. I felt comfortable right away. My suite was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was also quiet. My experience with the food (room service) and hospitality of the bar area was also very good. Fred, the bartender, was so friendly and even said that this hotel was my new home away from home. When I checked out, the gentleman at the front desk was also helpful and invited me to come back in a sincere way. I will definitely be back!

Fantastic City Hotel

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Upon check in we were greeted by an extremely polite and helpful member of staff, who couldn't have been more welcoming. He even helped us into the lift and pressed the button for us! We stayed in the Parisian Suite and had amazing views of the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur. The room was absolutely spotless and was very spacious with excellent amenities. The hotel location was great, with the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower both within half an hour's walk away. The Metro was within 5-10 minutes walk as well, so it is very easy to get around the city. The rooms are triple glazed, so there is virtually no outside noise, which is a real bonus. Our only criticism would be that the hotel was so quiet that the restaurant wasn't providing a full service - instead only salads and offers to order in takeaways. Other than that, we cannot fault this hotel. I have stayed in lots of high quality hotels for business over the past few years and I can honestly say that this hotel is possibly the best I have ever stayed in. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay such an enjoyable and comfortable time.

Can't fault much about the place. Friendly, professional hotel with a nice room. Large windows in room, although the view was not the best but not terrible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Provided use of a computer and printer to print some tickets out. Metro station a short walk away. Unfortunately they were Only able to provide salad from the restaurant due to no chef, possibly due to being there in august. Some nice restaurants nearby
though.

Your laundry price is out of the roof, I paid over hundred Euros $160. 00 for very little will have cost me at
my corner lady $8 max + dry cleaning 1 pair of Pants and 1 shirt $10.
Very far from that amount, bags and price list were not in the room, the lady bring some bags a no price list.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms are super clean and I I know clean it (OCD here). Even the most hidden corner was spotless. If I ever go back in Paris, this would be my first choice.
5-10 minutes walking distance to the closest subway station, about a mile away from Arc De Triomphe and 2 miles from Louvre Museum.
The 22euros buffet breakfast is worth a try. Amazing food without the \"American\" fried ham/sausage/bacon smell.
