The only downside of my stay was as I was checking out and they asked me to pay €28 for 2 days of breakfast. I did not have breakfast during my stay. So I contested it and the clerk at the desk said that the person on shift saw me have breakfast yesterday. I asked him to call the person on shift and confirm because it definitely wasn’t me. I asked how they keep records because surely it can’t be a case of a staff member just spotting someone and saying ‘room 4 had breakfast’ - turns out, that’s exactly how they keep records. They think they spot you and they mark it on their computer which is what leads to errors. I kept asking them to see the cameras or even speak to the person who thought they saw me. After some time, they agreed to waive the fee. The staff are nice but that was a very disappointing end to the trip. Other than that, the rooms are clean and simple.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. We had a bright top floor corner room overlooking the street. The hotel is right across the street from Metro station, very convenient! Staff was courteous. The breakfast was simple but always fresh.We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Paris. Highly recommended.

Although the room was quite small and had an unusual, slightly awkward layout, it was clean and well maintained. The space was definitely compact, but having the toilet and shower in separate areas was actually a nice and practical touch. The only downside was that the separate toilet did not have a sink, which was a little inconvenient. Everything was otherwise functional and thoughtfully arranged given the size, and it suited a short stay perfectly. A good option if you’re mainly looking for a clean, central place to sleep.

Comfortable hotel feels like home. This hotel is clean and comfortable in an amazing neighborhood of Paris that is close to everything (easy walk to the Champs Élysées and arc de triomphe) without feeling like you’re in the middle of a major city. The hotel is literally across the street from a subway (metro) station, tramway, and an amazing and overlooked bus line (92) that goes passed so many major tourist sites. The rooms themselves are tastefully decorated (a bit sparse but in a pleasant modern way). There so many great neighborhood restaurants just outside the front door. This is the real Paris. Not the tourist Paris.

I believe this hotel should be a 5 star hotel, not only is it environmentally friendly, but staff are amazing, kind and welcoming. They are available to answer any questions you may have. Breakfast buffet is lovely. This hotel is suitable if you want to drop your things off and explore Paris. The hotel is only a 20 minute walk from the Arc Du Triumph which was great for its price. This hotel was very accessible friendly. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. I hope to visit this hotel again soon!!!!

Unfortunately, the booking company misrepresented some of the amenities that the hotel provides, such as laundry facilities. Since we had been traveling for several weeks when we arrived in Paris, it was an important amenity that we were looking for when we made the reservation.
