First it’s misleading. They show picture of the lobby area very nice than when you go to your room. It’s very small stuffy very old they move us to room 17 it was better. Understand if they charge cheaper rates but they charge like five stars hotels.
I do not recommend it to anyone

I had such a wonderful stay! The hotel was spotless, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated how well they spoke English — it made everything so easy. The hotel was perfectly quiet at night, so I slept like a baby. I absolutely loved that all the bathroom amenities were L’Occitane products — such a luxurious touch! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Horrible hotel smoke/fire smell

Worst hotel ever! They had a fire the night before we arrived in the basement. Fire debris blocked the road in front of hotel for 2 days, and throughout our stay the hotel was stinking with char/fire/smoke smell. We complained many times and asked for the manager but nobody cares and the manager was nowhere to be seen! They gave us the Managers email to complain… instead of having the manager contact us and sort the mess!

We loved this hotel ! The front desk staff is so friendly and extremely helpful and spoke great English. The hotel decor is really cool and stylish and the rooms were really nice and super clean. If I were back in Paris I would definitely stay there again. Also, the buffet in the morning is amazing. The spa is also great. Overall they do a great job at this hotel
And treat guests exceptionally.

. Walking distance to metro. Breakfast was excellent and very high quality. My only negative was the shower was not separate in our room but my parents did have a separate shower. Photos didn’t show our room and I would have asked for a room with a separate shower. Rooms were nice and clean.

As an advent traveller the hotel was perfect for my needs. Yes the room was a bit small but we are in Paris so it’s expected. The front desk staff were exceptional and very friendly. They made our stay more enjoyable. The cleaners did a thorough job and the upkeep of all amenities were exceptional. We were walking distance to many restaurants and grocery stores. I highly recommend.

Spent 3 nights, hotel was well maintained, room was great with large walk in shower, balcony was nice to sit out on, only downside was the cigarette smoke rising up from outdoor garden area, only ate breakfast at hotel, good choice and staff attentive. The young lady at the reception was extremely helpful, pleasant and happy to assist ( sorry name alludes me) we enjoyed our stay, thank you very much.

Brilliant location, lovely rooms, staff very attentive and friendly. I emailed pre arrival asking for terrace and the terrace was accommodated to us which was lovely.
The hotel is clean, cozy, has boutique style and feel and I would stay there again.
No 1 of what this hotel makes people come back I believe is the attentiveness and good quality service the receptionist, cleaners overnight receptionists they are all very helpful and would do all that takes to make your stay comfortable. The manager was alos very friendly and polite?
Thanks to all at Les Jrdines dela Villa my sister and I very much enjoyed our three days stay .

Very charming hotel, small but well maintained, specially the front desk area and the lounge areas. Rooms are what you can expect for Paris, small but comfortable. The bathrooms were very spacious, including a bath tub, something I had never seen in a hotel room in Paris. Also the hotel is not loud, very quiet as well as the outside of the street. The best part is the treatment we received from the people at the front desk who were very nice and helpful, gave me valuable informaton and programed taxis us. Would highly recomend this hotel and would most likely stay here again.

Beautiful, boutique hotel. Wonderful welcome by Mario and a free upgrade. The bed and pillows were heavenly. A gorgeous quiet room with a huge bathroom. Coffee making facilities and bathrobe made it feel luxurious. Breakfast was ample and varied.

The late night fire alarm and the front door malfunctioning was unfortunate. The female receptionist who checked us in was lovely, unfortunately we didn't note her name (but she loved our disneyland characters). The room was clean and well maintained. The sauna and steam room were ok, perhaps a little maintenance required. It was conveniently located near an RER and Metro. We opted not to have breakfast at the hotel as we found eating in Paris pricey and €20 each per day was a bit too expensive. The hotel was small but was nicely decorated and was comfortable for our stay.

Great stay and accomodation. Cot was received for my son. Overall big room and impressed with water pressure and rain shower head. Air conditioning in room is perfect and not just a fan so very comfortable. Breakfast was plenty. Did see a mouldy cake but was removed straight away. Overall happy and wife is too.

WOW - this place was AMAZING!

The check in process was top of notch and they showed us to our room personally which felt amazing. Beyond that, the room was thoughtfully laid out and felt spa-like even in the room (vs going to the spa features).

We did lose hot water on the morning of our departure, but left so early we weren't able to talk to the front desk about it, so I was hesitant even to include it here since we didn't give them an opportunity to fix the issue (leaving at 7am has its drawbacks).

We did not get breakfast here, and it was a bit of a walk to the sites, but overall, it was well worth it for the pleasant stay.

I stayed here for the first time in 3.5 years and was very happy that the hotel still offers the same great service, comfortable room and lovely reception staff as previously. I travelled alone and stayed in a single room on the fifth floor- very quiet and I had the 2 best nights sleep I think I've ever had in Paris!. Comfortable and clean, this hotel feels very calm after the hustle and bustle of the city.... I would love to be back on the near future.
No VIP Gold Member upgrade for me but hopefully next time . Thanks to all of the staff for a lovely stay

This property was absolutely misleading. There were no gold member extras. The beverage was a plastic bottle of water. I actually gave it back to them because the business appears to be hurting for money. The suite we reserved was tiny and made even smaller by the rooftop slanted ceilings. The mold in the bathroom was disgusting!

Worst hotel experience, hotel refused to let us in because we have 5 year old child and 1 year old child. Apparently the 5 year is not considered a child..
Any how, we asked for a bigger room or connecting rooms but they refused as well..
Hotel manager lacks the basics of hospitality, I’m not sure how come he work in this industry.. long story short he refused to refund our money

This is a clean and adequate property, relatively quiet, and with the best shower pressure in France from over thirty years of visits. Beyond the amazing shower temperature and force, nothing exceptional, but a solid choice set in a rather boring location. It is also a place with no warmth, or personal exchanges. A nice touch in a letter from the manager that greets you, but zero human hospitality. This is also OK for most travelers. Expedia VIP was not offered, and only when we later brought it up, two free drinks were mentioned. Not sure why Expedia keeps this type of offer as a VIP option, it is truly a worthless \"perk\".

Ripped bed sheets, noisy room next to the elevator, poor customer service - their card machine did not work and they made me wait 15 minutes to try to get it working, embarrassing in front of other customers. The “director” refused to accept responsibility and would not even apologise. Very poor experience.

The hotel website does not precise that the ( off site) parking that the hotel relates to on its website has difficult access ie no elevator which means bringing heavy luggages ( 3 stairs to climb!) to the hotel entrance is quite exhausting.
The mattress is too hard and pillows are too shallow which means sleeping is not comfortable.
