All of the reception staff were friendly & courteous. The cleaning staff were also friendly & the room was cleaned daily. The location of the hotel was superb, close to all amenities, restaurants, shops & a fantastic Boulangerie situated right across the road. The location was quiet. The only thing I would say is that the rooms are fairly compact but include everything you need, especially if you are out all day & only require a base to sleep, however, the walls are quite thin & you can hear noise from the joining rooms. I didn't use the restaurant. I would definitely recommend & I would stay here again.

The hotel is clean, with great staff. A few bakery's very close to the hotel, with a grocery store and other types of stores near by. Very close to a metro station on line 1, giving easy access to all of Paris. The hotel is a little out of main tourist areas which was great for us as the area is quit and extremely safe. No pick pockets in the area and we felt very safe coming and going whenever we wanted. The staff at the hotel was friendly. The hotel is a little older which gives it character. The only thing I would change would be I would add a fridge to the room somehow. The room was small so that would be a challenge.

Very friendly welcoming receptionist. Room and bathroom quite small but not unusual in Parisian family owned hotels. Situated in a lovely area with lots of lovely shops and restaurants and very close to Metro line 1 giving access to all the main tourist sites. Room was comfy and cosy. No tea/coffee in room but available free from a machine in reception. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend if you want to avoid chain style soulless hotels.

Neuilly hotel is situated in a lovely neighbourhood with plenty of things to do and see. The Sunday market was a real treat and the cafés were awesome. The hotel is about a 7 minute walk to Les Sablons metro station, making it easy to access all the sites in Paris. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They even held our luggage the last day for no fee. The room was exactly as the pictures described and clean. We would definitely come back next time we visit Paris.

Wonderful stay, aided by very helpful staff, a 24/7 reception (I checked in at 1am) and lovely touches such as espresso machine and chocolates in the lobby. Easy of access via metro, proximity to quite a few nice patisseries and a quiet location makes me recommend a stay at this hotel, which punches well above it's weight (especially given the price)

Hotel in lovely area with close bakerys and cafes and very easy walk to the metro which will take you round Paris. Hotel happy to store our luggage.
Some decor is outdated but this kind of added to the charm. No air con in the hotel but we were provided with 2 fans and slept like babies. Would stay again

The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and super helpful. The location is fantastic, very near the metro (Line 1) and on a charming street with a fruit shop, a cheese shop, wine shops, chocolate shops, a boulangerie, a restaurant. There are a few neighborhood bar & brasseries nearby. Walking distance to the Arc du Triomphe. We didn’t take the hotel breakfasts, so can’t comment on that, but there is a nice self-serve coffee machine in the lobby with quality coffees and teas. We will use this hotel again the next time we are in Paris.

Excellent breakfast buffet and there's also complimentary tea and coffee at reception.
Shops and restaurants in the area, as well as access to underground and buses - and a short walk to the Beauvais airport shuttle.

This place was nice, but weird and very old-fashioned. The shower and toilet were in separate rooms on opposite sides of the main room. And the shower was tiny and cramped, with 8 shower heads for some reason, and a somewhat slippery floor.

Our booking is under my husband, Bryan Pham (itinerary number: 7375307173159 for Sept 23-24th). Our stay was quick but pleasant. We had enjoyed our stay with one exception, the cab. We asked the front desk to call for a call 10am to airport, specifically asking for credit card only. This is affirmed with 2 other personnel. The cab came on time; when we got in the car, he immediate asked if we had cash. We said no, he said cash only. Then he quickly drove to a nearby ATM asking us to withdraw 80€, even though we were quoted at ~50€. After we refused and asked to leave the cab (for an Uber or another cab), he drove off and said never mind. We saw he automatically set the charge to 65€ when he started driving (not charge by distance). The whole experience was so disappointing. Our friends also left on the same street, same time and were charged 46€; we quickly checked Uber and it was for 45€. Worst cab experience. Please check the cabs you call for your customers from here.

Nice small Parisian hotel

Hotel is 10 mins walk from Port Maillot and you can get the Le Bus Direct from CdG airport (19 Euro). It is in a quiet pedestrian street with shops and restaurants in the fashionable Neuilly area. Typical small Parisiian hotel, Rooms are a bit cramped and comfy, clean & quiet. Staff are friendly. There is no air-conditioning.

The worst hotel I have been to in my life!

The room was super tiny. no room to place the luggage for two people. Temperature was high 80 degrees and the hotel didn't have an AC. Bathroom was like a sauna because of the heat. Lighting in the bathroom was a disaster and the bathroom door doesnt close. There was only one electric outlet available in the room. The hotel had two fans in the room. one of them was not functioning and the other one was too small and didn't do much. we had hard time sleeping in the room. The hair dryer was so old. you hold it like a vaccum hose and it burns the hands. There was no iron board, and no refrigerator. Just a disaster. i don't recommend it at all!

I have stayed at this hotel in the past, it is very conveniently located just of the Metro 1 line (Les Sablons) with easy access to La Defense and Paris centre. The rooms have varying themes of decor--they are comfortable if a bit dated. The hotel is located on a street with bakeries, shops and restaurants all close by. There is also a large outdoor market on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays just up the street (Place du Marche). Staff at the hotel is always friendly and helpful. The cost is very affordable, and there is an optional breakfast available, also at a nominal price.

I was in Paris for ICC conference, this hotel was walking distance in a very nice street among shops and restaurant. I was given a nice studio apartment room on a building next to hotel. It was a big room with own kitchenette and bathroom. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was reasonably good for a 3 star hotel. Overall very happy with this hotel.

We were in Paris for surgery at the American Hospital and had a few extra days of recovery. What a wonderful experience! Nicolas was wonderful, even letting us choose which room we wanted. Hotel rooms in Paris are typically very small (in my experience). Neuilly Park Hotel rooms are small, but larger than average. This hotel is very quaint, old, yet has modern ammenities. The beds are very comfortable. The location is close to the metro, which can get you anywhere. And again, the staff, Nicolas and Natalia went out of their way to be helpful.

Very good stay at this hotel, friendly staff, good location. The only bad thing is that it's a bit noisy sometimes, people walking on the corridors and some hydraulic system stuff. Chose this hotel because it was close to the bus stop from Beauvais Airport (on google maps it's Autobus Beauvais Airport. Tip: when you leave the station turn left and then turn the first left again and walk over the bridge; after a few blocks turn left on the street of the hotel).

This hotel is small but the location is quiet. The area has restaurants and shopping right next to the hotel or very near it. It was very close to the metro and not far from the best attractions. Fantastic hotel

This is our third stay at the hotel. We love it, the rooms are small but I hear that rooms in Paris are small but the room as sufficient, very clean, comfy bed, clean bedding and pillows. Lovely staff and in a wonderful location, lovely residential area, just up the road from Les Sablon metro, only 5-10 mins to centre of Paris. Found a lovely bistro around the corner called Chez Gerard for evening meals and it's nice being away from the real busy areas and you feel completely safe and comfortable when leaving the hotel at night. Would recommend

The main concierge was kind and very helpful--always a smile and good suggestions. Staff generally were very nice. Location was excellent; delicious boulangerie diagonally across from the hotel, great places for chocolate, and a handy grocery store at the end, with restaurants a block or two away. My friend ordered the prix fixe breakfast offered by the hotel; it was very full but a little pricey for me. I just bought mine at the grocery. Dishes left in our room were not picked up, though, although a nice feature was that staff would bring tea to the room. Our room was small, quiet, with a charming view to a courtyard below. Metro was just a few blocks walk away.

Better off sleeping at the airport

I am not a high-maintenance traveler, but I do travel a great deal for business and often rely on star ratings to provide at least a baseline of expectations. It seems every hotel in Paris is inflated in its rating by one star, but that would put the Neuilly Park at 2 stars, which it might rate on a good day.

My room featured two single cots pushed together to qualify as a double bed, topped with linens that had a thick, visible layer of dust on them. Inside the microscopic bathroom I found a dog-sized bathtub with an unmounted shower hose in it. The paper thin walls prevented me from sleeping, but in all fairness didn't seem to dampen the ardor of the couple next door.

I was booked for two nights but left after one.
