This is a lovely hotel very clean and staff so helpful we didn’t have breakfast we preferred to try the local eateries and found some amazing places locally I would definately recommend this hotel and would come here next time thank you to the great staff who very kind and helpful just perfect thank you !

My room was supposed to have a balcony, and they misrepresented it online and in the booking. There are only two rooms with a balcony, even though they appear in all of the deluxe room photos. I specifically chose this hotel for the balcony, only for them not to have a room available.

A quiet well-designed stay in the heart of Neuilly

Reasonable and quaint, the hotel is well-suited for the business or holiday traveller. The view from our 6th floor room as just breathtaking. The bed was very comfy and the amenities, bathroom, lighting etc were all great!

I had an excellent stay at this property. The cleanliness was top-notch—the room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, even offering me an umbrella when it started raining. They also provided high-quality Ritual brand personal care products, which was a nice touch.

The location was ideal—safe, quiet, and very convenient. It was easy to get around, with dining options and transportation readily available within walking distance. The property looked exactly as pictured in the listing, and the overall experience was fantastic.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located place to stay!

Overall a good place to stay. 15 min walking distance from the arc of triomphe ... There´s a bus stop at the door that leves you right in front of the eiffel tower in 20-30 mins (depending on traffic)..and it´s more or less ten min walk to the metro station. The only downside is that for a 4 star hotel (and the price you pay) the room and wc are relatively small.

Hotel was in a fantastic location for walking to the many sites of Paris! There were good dining options near to the hotel as well and it was also well located for the Metro.
The room was light, spacious and was very clean, if you choose to have breakfast there were good options available for a reasonable price! Overall highly recommend!

My Go-To Hotel When In Paris - Unprecedented

Hotel 37 Bis is perfect in everyday. While it may seem a bit \"out\" from city center, this is an additional plus for this fine property as it is just steps away from the Metro 1 line and there is bus access just outside the door of the hotel. The hotel is refined, has A/C for summer, and is beautifully appointed. The staff could not be more accommodating - they greet you as if you are old friends and are eager to help with any questions. The quality of everything in the hotel is exceptional, the beds are very comfortable and one is greeted with a fresh bottle of purified water each day. To add to this perfect stay, there is a pharmacy, a grocer, and an award winning patisserie/boulanger just down the street along with a host of charming shops, and a typical French market just steps. This is my go-to hotel when in Paris and I give it my GO GO GO GO GO rating. Merci Hotel 37 Bis for always meeting my expectations.

This was a random pick for my trip based on location and what a stroke of luck it was! The hotel was super clean and roomy for me, but what made it even better was the awesome staff. From the ladies at checkin to the very kind night manager (I wish I wrote their names down), they were so helpful and friendly. I’m not sure when I will get back to Paris but I will for sure make this hotel the place I stay!

Excellent customer service. I was sent an email questionnaire a few days before my trip asking if I needed anything. After selecting transportation- they set up everything for me with a driver.

When I arrived at the hotel I was offered a complimentary drink. I was early for check in but they worked hard to get a room ready for me so that I could shower and nap after my red eye flight. I’m very grateful for this.

The hotel is well appointed. The rooms have a beautiful scent and come with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom and also a fully stocked mini bar. (There is a fee schedule for the mini bar)

The bed and pillows are so comfy and I appreciate the black-out blinds. There is a Nespresso coffee machine with a few complimentary pods and a free bottle of water on arrival.

They really treat you so well here. This will forever be the hotel I stay at when I visit Paris.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean. I was welcomed with a birthday note on my bed and champagne by the balcony. The bathroom floors are heated and a towel warmer by the sink. The room has a stocked mini bar, iron, robe, and tea/ coffee machine. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The stay was perfect for my solo travel. I will definitely book again.
