At first glance everything seemed nice, but the AC was blasting hot air with no way to turn it to cooling mode. Had a very poor nights sleep as a result, and in December! The bathroom also had a bad mould damp smell, although it looked clean. Staff were pleasant.

Cleaning was an issue. When we arrived, I went to sit on the bed - and there were pubic hairs on it. We stayed in 22 hotels over our whole vacation, and this was the only one where I felt the need to check for bedbugs. Thankfully there weren't any. But the lack of cleanliness of the bed when we arrived definitely spoiled the experience. The cleaning staff seemed enthusiastic enough about cleaning elsewhere though - each day, repeated banging going on while seemingly slamming the vacuum cleaner around in neighbouring rooms or the shared entryway - very loud and annoying! Also, of the 22 hotels we stayed at, this was the only one who didn't automatically give us two keys, or a second key when we asked. Instead, saying we had to pay 20€ for a second key?!?! Ridiculous. Bathroom dated and in need of a refresh. And the Wi-Fi kept dropping out. Positives: close to Metro (Argentine) and Arc de Triomphe, and fantastic sushi restaurant next door.

This was the cutest hotel. It’s a beautiful older building that is very modern and updated. The room was very very nice. The location is very near shopping and tourist attractions. Nice and safe area. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were amazing. Highly recommend this hotel if you travel to Paris.

We arrived late night from airport, tired and the gentleman who checked us in was very kind and helpful. He told us we were home and helped with our luggage. They provided suggestions and a map. From this hotel it was walkable to everything except Notre dame and luvre but we Ubers for those. The hallways are small and narrow but that’s Paris. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Showers pretty small but no issues.

Very cute hotel just 1 block off the Champs Elysee and short 5-10 min walk to the Arc de Triomphe which is a transit hub for both buses and subways. Many restaurants in the neighborhood but not much in the way of shopping. Very comfortable beds but a note for plus size travelers, the bed is a double and the bathroom is tiny. There is an elevator but only for one person at a time. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Offers breakfast for about 18E which is basically continental breakfast. Nothing special but convenient. The only real miss was there was no fridge. Even a tiny one to keep drinks and water cold would have been great.

Beds were very comfortable and overall the room was very clean. We did notice some ants our first night there but the windows don’t have screens so it makes sense how bugs might get in. Other than that, the room was spotless. Elevator was very small, it didn’t even fit our luggage. But the location is great! Felt very safe and is close walking distance to dozens of cafes and restaurants, shopping, and tourist stops like the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. Staff is there 24/7 and is incredibly helpful.

Great property and great staff! Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The location of this property is in a quiet area and within walking distance to the Arc of Triomphe and the Metro. From the Acacias location me and my family were able to catch the Metro to the Louvre and Monmartre in a short amount of time and w/o difficulty (one train; no transfers). To the Eiffel Tower was a quick Uber ride. Just for reference, the rooms are similar to NYC rooms as far as size and the lift (elevator) is very small (one person and a roller bag at a time). However, I'm not demoting the Acacias for this; these are just details to be aware of. All-in-all, I would definitely stay there again!

The facility needs updating! The shower is dangerously small, so is the elevator, and doorways! I am 68 years old and I would never be able to stay there again as I grow a little older, even though I am fully functional. The soap dispensers in the shower don’t work and the television remote died. The front door to the hotel Broke down on my last day. I don’t know if they called an electrician, but it is an electric door! Nobody offered to help me push it open to get my luggage out for my Uber car pick up.

The area was under construction, which was the only downside. We didn’t have to store our luggage since our room was ready when we arrived! Bathroom facilities were rather cramped - extremely so, in the case of one of our rooms - but were clean with good water pressure and toiletries provided.
Breakfast was a little chaotic on our first day - but calmed down considerably over the weekend. We ate out most days as restaurants are so close by. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful - and spoke excellent English.
All in all a very pleasant stay at a very pleasant establishment.

I was greeted by Yanal, who welcomed me as if I was family. My room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was spacious with great water, pressure and hot hot water. I can’t say enough great things about this terrific hotel. Their breakfast selection was really nice from delicious sausages, scrambled eggs, hard, boiled eggs, lots of other choices, delicatessen meats, and cheeses not to mention, cereals and different types of coffees and juices. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Great walking distance to Arc de Triumph and the metro and great bistros. Make sure to try out the pizza restaurant right down the street!

This was my 3rd time to Paris. I come every year. I loved the hotel. Riom was very comfortable and the staff took very good care of us. When i return ti Paris i will definitely stay at this hotel. So close to arc de Triump and shopping and restaraunts near as well. The bed and piĺows were very comfortable .staff waz excellent and they would go above and beyond theur way ti help in y wat. The hotel is well kept and the staff are very helpful and pleasant. The rooms are well maintained and modern and the hot water pressure is good and aircon works well. The room has tea and coffee making facilities and complementary water and bathroom products.
The property is set of the main road, so is quiet, but within a few minutes walk of the metro. There is a supermarket across the street and a large number of restaurants locally.
I would stay here again.
