Decent breakfast. Wifi did not always reach to thr upper floors of the hotel. Front Desk staff all spoke English, but seemed annoyed anytime a question was asked. They will hold your luggage, but if the secure area is full, overflow goes to their breakfast area and was not secure. Air Conditioning was a plus. The elevators kept breaking while we were there.

The reception staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for us. I would highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was basic but free and had lots of choices. The location is perfect to see central Paris and right near a metro. The room was simple but had everything we needed. Great hotel.

The staff were very welcoming and kind. They let us keep our bags in a locked room before our check in time so we could explore the city and come back later to check in. The staff were very friendly. The TV channels were inaccessible. The room was truly odd - the bed occupied nearly all of the bedroom “wing”, while the bathroom wing was enormous (thank goodness as it meant there was somewhere to open the luggage). The tiny opening to the roof was most welcome. The hotel was convenient to metro and the sights around the Arc de Triomphe. Breakfast was plentiful.

Very friendly receptionist who took our suitcases until room ready at 2pm. Room was lovely beds slightly small and very warm. Would have been nice to get complimentary water but would have had to pay in mini bar. No breakfast as had to leave early. Great location for where we needed to be. Would def recommend

Clean and modern look. Offered an in room safe and luggage drop off. Bathroom floor was cold, but towel warmer was a nice feature. Breakfast spread was large and varied. Breakfast area was small. Free coffee/tea/water avaliable at all tines. Short walk to Arc de Triumph, public transportation, and main shopping street. Staff was very helpful and answered our questions regarding directions to tourist attractions.

PS: Your kids are always under 18 to avoid the city tax.

The hotel was very clean and tidy with helpful staff. Excellent location close to the Arc de Triumph. Some nice bars/cafes close by. Room was very tidy and good quality. We enjoyed the long breakfast which was available to 10.30am although some products were not fully replenished if you came late. That however is a small point because I have really enjoyed my Paris break. The staff appreciated my attempts at French which is good enough to order at a restaurant or get directions. Lovely break in a nice hotel - but obviously we have been here for Paris not this specific hotel but it was lovely nonetheless. Merci bien.

Great budget hotel near the Arc de Triumph.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights as part of a longer tour of Europe and pound for pound this was the best hotel we stayed in considering the cost. The room was clean, modern and comfortable with good services. The breakfast was good. The location was perfect for us. Would definitely recommend it.

First impressions are always remembered.
We reached there late evening. Person at the counter yelled at my husband for booking only one room for 5 people.
My husband apologized and asked to get another room.
He smirked and said you are in Paris everything is smaller not like America.
I was shocked.
Next morning my husband and I went to eat breakfast (delicious) only good thing about this place.

I loved the breakfast so much we convinced the kids to get up early to eat breakfast.
We walked the kids to get breakfast. Older lady came up to me and yelled that we ate already why we were sitting in there. My husband said we were only there to sit not eat.
After breakfast I had coffee in my hand and the lady from the front desk yelled out why I was taking the coffee cup. I told her I will bring it back. She was so upset and asked for my room number so she could charge me for that cup. Omg 😳
Wanted to leave the hotel but we were on a tight schedule.
Last day my husband and daughter were waiting in the lobby.
The lady from the front desk told my daughter that she touched the coffee beans and she better not do it again. They were watching her on the camera. What the heck.
We are grown adults. There was an Indian guy who also yelled
Who is she to say anything to my kids.
My husband didn't tell me anything about it until after we checked out.
Moral of the story is that the customer service was horrible.
Only thing that was really good was the breakfast.

Breakfast was amazing. Room was comfortable - small but that is expected. Bed was very comfortable. Windows were good at shutting out noise of nightlife. A/C was good. Shower was good. Location was amazing, 5 mins from Arc de T, from at least 2 metros, many mnay restaurants and food shops.

The breakfast was wonderful as was the staff who provided it. The rooms were cleaned well each day. Location was convenient to Metro. My only criticism is that they were reluctant to give us 2 keys for the room so my daughter could come and go on a different schedule from my own. Front staff were not the most friendly people.

It is a hotel with low standards of cleanliness

when i got to the room i found a dirty towel full of snot (nose mucus).
The bathroom was dirty and was never cleaned properly during my stay.
I have a twin room, it adjoined the street so it was very NOISY

After reading more reviews after I first booked this hotel I was a little worried, the reviews seemed all over the place. Our experience was overall positive. The room is small, but it’s Europe so that’s to be expected.
Our one issue we had was that the front desk decides if it is hot enough for the air conditioning to be turned on. Guests can control it in their room but the front desk also has control over it. We asked why our AC would only set to fan and they said it wasn’t hot enough. It wasn’t a particularly hot day but the room was rather warm, way too warm for the think blankets they provide. The rest of the week the AC was on, the weather wasn’t really any different, so I don’t know if enough people complained or what. The location was great and the front desk people were all very nice. If you want a bunch of amenities and huge rooms go somewhere else. If you’re like me and are looking for a clean, comfortable place to sleep after spending the day running around then you could do a lot worse.

Friendly welcome at the hotel. Rooms as expected were small. Unfortunately even though it was January the rooms were uncomfortably warm. Put air-con on with little effect. Breakfast was great, enough choice for everyone. Location was excellent, plenty of bars/restaurants around, and easy to get to the sites and transport. Would stay again, thank you

Rooms are updated but very small. TV had a large scratch on the screen. If you have more than one bag of luggage, you will struggle with space. Not allowed to bring food to the room... I got yelled at by the staff because I was bringing my sick girlfriend breakfast. Great location, but I would not go back.

We were charged for a bottle of water despite telling we did not use it.staff didn't wish us when we checked out .They were more concerned about 2.50 euros.Also staff was irritated when I requested bread which ran out at 9 am although breakfast was till 10 and couldn't understand why this unfriendly attitude.
