Everything was great! The staff was very helpful, the housekeeping keep the room cleaned and filled the water bottle up for us. The private pool and sauna was my favorite, very nice!

An excellent hotel except for the design of the bathroom, where the actual toilet was crammed into a small corner.I am of average build, and I had to contort myself whilst on the toilet seat.A well built male or female would have immense difficulty in doing so.(To be fair, this may only be true of the room I was in).
Also, the sugar served at breakfast, apart from the brown sugar, was caster sugar, which is used in baking, not for putting on cereals..The coffee was poured from a jug, which was a welcome change from getting it from a machine. I liked the hotel, but I'd need to inspect my room's toilet facilities before I went back.

Hotel was in a quiet location a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe. Lots of cafés in easy reach for breakfast, also restaurants in walking distance. Metro stations also within a short walk. Hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was the lack of a proper bar for evening drinks.

Comfortable clean room with full amenities, bed on which we slept well, fully functional air conditioning. Clean bathroom, towels changed daily. Simply maximum satisfaction with the hotel and its excellent location and price.

The property has the regular things you would expect from a hotel, towels, clean bedroom, shower, and an elevator. The staff is very friendly and kind. There is also a laundromat next door in case you need faster assistance than the onsite laundry service. The elevator on the property is very small and sometimes has some issues closing the door. You can certainly hear your neighbors through the night and the in room heating/ air conditioning is a little weak. But the hotel is in a great location and is overall clean.

Pleasantly surprised - the photos make the hotel look very dated, but that's not the case at all! We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that, but comfortable room/bed, good soundproofing, blackout shutters worked well. Spa facilities are a lovely extra touch, but you must book a slot.

Always nice and warm in the hotel. Excellent area with plenty of Restaurants, shops and a 10 minute walk from Arc de Triomphe. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. A good buffet breakfast at €16 but also there is a great boulangerie Chez Meunier on the corner of the street which does great filled baguettes for only €2.50 😳

Went from England, and booked this hotel as I took my mom for a pre-Xmas walk and dine-out on the Champs-Élysées and it seemed really close. It is, indeed, just 10 mins walk. The staff (only encountered the desk personnel) is really cool, cheery and professional. The room was in prestine condition and the shower was working perfectly, even spacious. I'll probably stay again if I'm in the neighborhood. Well worth the modest money.

The AC was broken in both rooms that we had and we found the rooms to be a bit warm in July.

The staff was excellent and helpful.

Good location, competitive price, small rooms but that is normal for Paris and not particular to the hotel. Pool is tiny but helps the property stand out in a competitive market. Nice showers in rooms and pool. In room safe was tiny and wasn't even big enough to fit my ipad. The hotel was taking photocopies of all guests passports, wasn't clear if this was hotel specific, not something I've experienced on trips to Paris in the past

Had to be very strong to get through the door of the room. There was a fire alarm after we were ready for bed, so we went into the hall to find that they had closed the fire doors and we were unable to leave the area on the 4th floor. No way to escape if the place would have burned down. Our tv was terrible, couldn't see most of the channels or hear them properly either. Asked for them to do something about it, twice, but no action was taken. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety.

Really enjoyable stay, easy check-in at Reception, knew we were coming and gave helpful advice on the local restaurants. Rooms were clean and tidy, everything there that was needed. Free WiFi. Took us a while to find the shutter on the window as the illuminated Hotel sign was right outside, but after that a great night's sleep in comfortable bed. Service in the bar/lounge was good and checkout was efficient and very pleasant. Got the 92 bus from Arc de Triomphe - 2 euros each, then short walk. Same price back to Pont de L'Alma for Bateaux-Mouches.

The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean but quite small. All of the hotel staff were very friendly, but the women at the front desk during the day was excellent. I believe her name was Alima. She was very helpful and pleasant, giving us suggestions and directions to excellent restaurants, shopping, transportation etc. Although all of the staff were very friendly, she stood out above and beyond for professionalism and helpfulness.

Great hotel for 4* value within Paris

Stayed at the hotel for our 25th wedding anniversary. Hotel is mid sized, but huge on service and value for money. Room, facilities and breakfast should meet anyones needs. Particular thanks to the reception staff who where extremely polite and helpful and could not do enough for us. Location is approx 10-15 mins walk from Arc de Triompe , with decent local bars / restaurants close by. Two metro stations approx 7 mins walk, so access across Paris is easy. ..... Would certainly stay again.

This was my first time in Paris and my girlfriend's second ( she went when she was too young to remember) and I can honestly say it was fabolous, the rooms are smaller than some hotel chains, but nevertheless cosy, the hotel staff are very friendly especially John the porter and Maddi/ Meddi the night manager, two very friendly guys full of wit and conversation. The photos are a true reflection of this lovely hotel. It is within easy walking distance to the Arc de Triomph, we just checked out a route before we left. The hotel provides courtesy umbrellas, which we greatly appreciated. We would also recommend using the Batobus as it takes around 2hrs and has 9 stops. It is a welcome rest opportunity and runs regularly. All in all, a very memorable trip.
