The breakfast was healthy with lots of choices of fruit, whole grain bread and 100% juices.
The selection of breakfast items was excellent. Eggs were cooked two different ways, if you asked the attendant for a specific cooked egg, she would cook it for you.

Me and my wife came from the U.S and stayed at this hotel throughout our entire vacation in Paris, France. This hotel was extremely generous, respectful, courteous and English-friendly. The room we got was a bit smaller than anticipated but still perfect for our needs. Does not have a clothes Iron in some units, you will need to go down to the lobby to iron any clothes.

The stay was good, the room was comfortable and had a decent size for Paris standards. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Small plastic water bottles in rooms was unfortunately unsustainable. The room also did not have a water boiler for coffee/tea or a fridge, which would have been great.

David at the front desk was pleasant and hospitable! The room was exactly what I needed for my layover in Paris! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was up-to-date!!

The location was a bit out of the way from most attractions but walkable ( 21 mins) to the Arc de Triomphe!

There were also plenty of cafes in the area!

Lovely location and a most wonderful staff. The only downside was the size of the room - a bit small for 2 people to navigate at times. But based on the service, the location, the price, and the fact that I slept very comfortably (and I normally don't at hotels), I would definitely consider this hotel on my next trip to Paris!

Our stay was fantastic. The metro is right across the street so easy access to all the sights. The front desk was amazing. My daughter left her passport in our Uber when we arrived and the front desk attendant was able to get it returned to us. So thankful!

Rooms are small, but clean and we found them quiet.

Very well situated hotel. The area has many restaurants and amenities. The Metro is down the street. It takes you everywhere. This is our second visit and we will return. Rooms are not large but it is comfortable and the air conditioning works well and is quiet Very well received after a 33 degree day in Paris!

For a family of three, the room was cramped, but that is par for the course for the price-point. The third bed is kind of 3/4 size, so just factor it in. The hotel is close to Metro stations. I would suggest that you might want to walk down the road to the second-closest Metro station versus walking up the road to the closest one. You'll end up at the second-closest anyway.

Perfect Paris off the beaten path

This is the perfect location! Steps away from Champerette station. Lots of restaurants and grocery w/in walking distance. The hotel front desk (day shift) was extremely helpful. David especially helped us navigate our way around Paris. Would recommend and return.

Good overall experience in this hotel , not a large room for a young family though, can be perfect for couples:)
Very clean and in a quite area of Paris. You can use easy bus or metro access to reach most of attractive Paris destinations like Eiffel Tower or Arc de Triumph and the Metro and bus station is located just outside this hotel.Will recommend!

I just got back from a 3 night stay here with a friend and I was very pleasantly surprised how good this hotel was for a 3*. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and had a good shower facility. We book a standard twin room and the beds were bigger than we were expecting which was great for a comfortable nights sleep. The location was great as it is right opposite a metro station which is handy for getting around Paris. The staff were super polite and friendly and very accommodating. The area felt safe and had a lot of good cafes, local shops and restaurants around. Overall I am extremely happy with my stay here and would definitely recommend it.

the room is still not neat and the housekeeper didnt even refill the liquid soap during our 5 day stay and it was almost empty when we first check in. I also paid for the airport shuttle on the front desk but the receptionist wrote on the receipt total of amount and I still need to pay the driver, when I asked her why did she write it that way, she told me not to worry that its only written on the receipt and they will pay the driver , when the driver dropped me off, he told me that I still need to pay for my shuttle bec the hotel still owes him and when I called the hotel, the manager wants me to pay again and told me just to complain bec they cant hold of the receptionist that took my money. I paid in cash so theres no traced bec the receptionist told me from the start they dont accept any credit/debit cards for the airport shuttle. I told them to check the security camera that I paid the airport shuttle in full amount but the manager said just to pay and complain. Lesson learned, shldnt be too trusting on friendly receptionists

Close to Arch de Triomphe and Avenue Champ- Elysees. , a short bus ride to Eiffel Tower..Very close to Metro station and very accessible to public transport. Will definitely stay here again if returning to Paris.

A few steps away from the Metro

We went to Lourdes first prior to staying at this hotel in Paris. I have to say that this is a good size hotel with excellent customer service. David was the best. Since this is our first time in Paris, we were not familiar with the Metro but David always guided us on which Metro to take where to get off and would also suggest a bus route so you can see the view of Paris. Please note that David does not work on weekends and the other folks are not as knowledgeable as David.

The hotel was located in place where the neighborhood felt safe and lots of restaurants that you can walk to. The hotel is close enough to shopping areas also but I wouldn't consider it walking distance unless you're okay walking 20 to 30 minutes. It's cheap enough to take a taxi though.

Loved the location, customer service and the fact that there's quite a bit of places to eat nearby.

The hotel was clean and nice and in a fantastic location, close to lots of bars and restaurants, however, the key part where it lacked is they dont offer normal tea and coffee facilities in the room. I don't think I have ever been to a hotel where it was not offered. Also, only one small bottle of water was provided in each room even though 2 people are staying there. The water coming out of the taps is not suitable to drink at all either so you either have to buy your own or go without. It's a shame because basic amenities like that would have made it a great stay.

A great little hotel in one of the nicer and safest neighbourhoods of Paris with the metro a few steps away. Staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The room, was clean, very comfortable with a lovely shower and good quality amenities.

The continental breakfast was very nice, with a nice balance and choice of options.

Will definitely be staying here again in the future be it for business or leisure.

Hotel location is good for exploring Paris - very close to metro stations and really walkable to the centre.

Rooms are dated though and walls very thin. Can hear neighbours going to the bathroom even. Breakfast is basic and often ran out of things.

We just returned home from Paris yesterday. We stayed at this hotel for five nights and really enjoyed ourselves. It's close to the metro, shops and restaurants. The breakfast in the morning is great and the room was very clean. The walls are a tad thin ( occasionally can hear other guests in their rooms) and it does get warm in the small room - we had to open our window a couple of times. Those are very small inconveniences for the value. I would recommend this hotel to a friend and would certainly stay there again.

Perfect holiday hotel

We stayed three days on a short holiday visit to Paris. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived hours before scheduled check in, but were accommodated within half an hour. I'm sure that was due to it still being off season for tourism. They also helped us with travel plans throughout our stay. The room was perfect for our purposes and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast room. The hotel is right across the street from line 3 on the Paris metro and one block from the RER C stop making travel very convenient. It is perfect for holiday visits or stays where you only need a place to sleep and launch from. The rooms are small and designed for the tourist in mind.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very outdated and the breakfast wasn't the greatest, but the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and it is in a good location.
