Hotel Villa des Ternes is a true gem in Paris. Its location is ideal, within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and the world-renowned Champs-Élysées. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful.

This was proven after I checked, returned to the US and I discovered I had accidentally left an expensive, priceless sentimental item in the room safe. I was frantic, but when I called, a wonderful staff member named Marie calmly took control. She explained the room was occupied but assured me my item was safe and would be retrieved the moment they had access. True to her word, I received a notification within three days that my cherished possession had been recovered and was ready for pickup.

This outstanding service has secured my loyalty, and I cannot wait to return.

We needed an additional room last minute and were not in a positon to pay the 800 plus room at a nearby tourist hotel. This popped up on Expedia and we were able to grab the last one, room was small but comfortable luxury linens and amenities. Only downfall was the faint smell of smoke and the tv was unable to connect to our phone as indicated on an information card. We must note that we did addess these issues with yhe front desk at anytime. Would definately stay here again.

I’m really disappointed with this hotel. For a four-star property, the air conditioning didn’t work, my room had only one towel, and the bathroom had mold. The location is also far from ideal. I definitely won’t be staying here again. Even worse, when I requested an extra towel, I was told they would call me in six minutes and that I’d have to go down to the lobby to pick it up myself. They never called, never followed up, and did nothing about the air conditioning. Truly unacceptable

I recently stayed at La Villa des Ternes in Paris and had a generally very good experience. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after busy days in the city. I would definitely recommend it. It's conveniently located near major public transportation hubs, making it easy to get anywhere in Paris, including direct access to the airport.

The BEST Boutique Hotel near the Eiffel Tower!

With great pleasure, I 1000% enjoyed and appreciated not only the gorgeous Hotel Villa des Ternes accommodations but also their exceptional staff. It is not only beautiful and pristine at every turn, but the staff should also be commended by name, as their attention to detail, readiness to please and professionalism to their job, set themselves apart from all others in the hotel business. They ARE the GOLD STANDARD. So, these are the people I would like to thank: Abdenour, The night receptionist, Maxime, the day receptionist, Ikram, who provides a phenomenal breakfast, and Marie, who is the best front of house manager there is. I think all of them from the bottom of my heart for a phenomenal stay! By the way, even though there are accommodation is in the 17th arrondissement, it's just a short 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower in the 8th arrondissement and the metro is one minute away a half a block away. The neighborhood is safe, clean, and easily accessible. I loved it all!

A lot of noise. I couldn’t sleep. I went out to eat something come back the door was locked and the reception wasn’t there. I was outside for more then 1 hour. 4 am i started getting scared i went to a different hotel that owned by the same property and let me know about my situation the receptionist because him self was locked outside. He had to call one of the client in a room to come down to open the door for us it’s was 5:46 am I had no sleep and when I ask for compensation as a free breakfast. The person refused. I had to pay more to change the room to the quiet side and the hotel did nothing for the trouble I had.

From the moment we arrived the hotel staff were amazing. I needed a room with shower which hadn’t been allocated, but the lady on rexeption sorted everything out for me - including additional towels for the floor to help slips on the bathroom.
Bed was super comfortable and I slept very well . Shower was a delight - great pressure and lovely and hot.

Perfect stay for couple in lovely area of Paris

Beautiful hotel situated in a lovely area of Paris, very safe with lots of restaurants. Hotel staff were excellent and room was perfectly sized for a short trip to Paris. Easy metro access to site see around Paris. The only negative thing to note, which did not affect us massively, was that the street was very busy with cars so was quite loud at night to sleep. Otherwise, hotel is lovely and if you want a lovely hotel we would definitely recommend!!

We had a lovely stay in Paris, the hotel was great, it was small but very clean and the bed was super comfy! It was about 30 mins by metro to the city centre (apart from the arc de triomphe which was only 10 min walk away). The service was great as well, we were able to leave our bags with reception before check in and after check out.

Room was smaller than I expected, but clean and comfortable. I was really happy that I got a room with a bath tub, which I used after the long flight. The folks at the front desk were helpful and kind. Was great to stay in a place where you didn't have to go through long hallways and a large lobby just to reach your room. I wish there was room service, but there are plenty of food places in the immediate area. If I needed to be in this area again for work, I'd definitely stay again.

There are so many hotels in Paris - if you are like me, I was lost with all the choices - some with good reviews and some bad. Look no further! This hotel is a solid choice if you’re just looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay. Not a lot of frills but let’s be honest, you’re not in Paris to spend all your time at the hotel.

Great location; clean and structured classical elegant property; Very professional and kind staff--I have to particularly praise the lady at reception who handled my check-out: She went out of her way to give me accurate information (printing maps) about Direct Bus to Orly; I owe her my making on time to the airport! Highly recommended for any type of stay in Paris.

Rooms were not soundproof at all, you could hear music and people taking phone calls very easily. First night we arrived, there was loud music and people smoking in their rooms at 23:30. Second night someone was shouting on his phone for more than an hour at 3:00 am.
Solution offered was a free breakfast, ie, not a solution.

Very disappointing if you look at the star rating of the hotel and price paid. I would recommend other alternatives if you are looking for a room to rest from visiting Paris.

Le problème c’est le bruit dans les chambres côté avenue des ternes. Impossible de dormir le matin . Éviter de prendre une chambre au premier étage de ce côté si vous voulez vous reposer

Smaller hotels like this in Paris are either old fashioned, small rooms or noisy. This is none of these. The hotel is 7 mins walk from the Metro, close to Neuilly district and the rooms are modern, quiet and decent size. Breakfast is also good. In the immediate area are plenty of restaurants. Would recommend for business or a short stay in Paris

This is a very cute and clean property! It is located in a fairly busy area with lots of shops and restaurants all around which is a plus. It is a close walk to the Arc de Triomphe. We booked a standard room and when we checked in, we got upgraded to the next level, which was very nice! Not only that, but we were given two free tickets to the Arc de Triomphe, which we used in the evening. It was so beautiful to climb up and see the city lights and the Eiffel Tower from a distance!! We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay there longer if our time allowed us to. We definitely recommend this to anyone!!

Fantastic Stay

We had a very pleasant stay at La Villa des Ternes Hôtel. The hotel itself is about a 5 minute walk from the Metro (line 1) and the RER C (Which can take you directly to The Eiffel Tower). As well as this, it is about a 15 minute walk to The Arc de Triomphe. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, we requested a couple of glasses and iron/ ironing board and it was brought to us very quickly. We didn’t eat here, so I can’t comment on the food. The room itself was very comfortable and clean with a nice bathroom. Would recommend anybody to this hotel!

Nice & clean hotel with good customer service! Check in was a breeze and the concierge was very accommodating. The room was really small as most Parisian hotels but it was just fine for our short stay. The air conditioner wasn’t the best, we slept with the window open. The neighborhood was quiet just outside the city center. Seemed like more of a residential area however the subway station was a short walk away giving us easy access to the city. Restaurants and and convenience stores neighbor the hotel which was convenient. Overall no complaints, would stay here again.

I dont think I've ever left a review before but this hotel needs raving about ! I can't believe that i was able to stay at this hotel for the price i paid. The location is excellent it only took about 15 mins via train to reach from gare de nourd and it only costs €6 from trocadero (the best view of the Eiffel tower) the hotel itself is stunning it's very modern and extremely stylish the decor in the reception and bedroom/bathroom is that of a 5* hotel the smart phone they give you is such an amazing added bonus it let's you connect to its wifi while out and about saving my data and also make free calls to the uk and other countries you can also cast Netflix from it to the tv .. the staff are amazing and couldn't help enough the lady on reception was so polite and friendly and always welcomed us with a smile theres a shopping mall around the corner with a sephora and various other shops theres also a little shwarma place at the top of the road opposite the exhibition center that is amazing and budget friendly its also halal. We didn't have the breakfast as there is a McDonald's at the top of the road and it was much cheaper. This is now my 1st choice of hotel for paris and i will be returning ! I loved it !
