Staff were very friendly throughtout the stay.
Nice seating area downstairs,
We were facing the street so lots of noise throughtout the night, so if your sensitive to noise id suggest a room at the back of the hotel,
We booked a prestige room but it was small,
Bathroom was very small, we had the toilet in a cupboard.
Such a shame as the hotel is very nice and in a good location for sightseeing.

Had a great stay at this property, a very quiet, chic hotel close to the Arc de Triomphe. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, the area was quiet and safe easy to access from the centre of Paris. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others as staff were lovely. Would stay again!

The first room we had smelled like someone smoked inside, so we immediately requested a new room.

The televisions in the rooms offered Google chromecast capabilities. However, the chromecast was terrible. It would not connect to my iPhone, or wouldn't even start. The first gentlemen at the front desk told me he would look into fixing it. Later that day, a lady at the front desk said it got fixed. Just for me to show up to my room and for it to still not be working. I went back the next morning to tell them it still isn't working, and they said that it should work and they will look again. Later that night, a different man told me very rudely and unwelcoming that it would not support my phone. The next day, the original gentleman came into my room with me to see it not work and he offered us a different room. So we packed all of our stuff and switched rooms to where it supposedly was working. Only, for it not to work. As compensation, the hotel offered us breakfast and a bottle of wine (I rated the bottle very poor as well). The hassle of a very simple request not being met, dealing with rude employees, and switching rooms mid trip (not at all a convenience), to go along with a pitiful compensation, made this experience unpleasant. The entrecote and metro station around the corner was the highlight.

First off, this property seems to have been renovated so it is overall pretty modern looking vs typical European style. The staff speak English and are all very kind and helpful. There are snacks for free to take in the lobby (brownies, cookies, lollipops, and free hot water, cups, coffee, tea) which was awesome and was helpful for us going out during the day and needing some snacks along the way. Room was very spacious both the room and the bathroom. Our room has two small balconies which was great though they are small (Paris standard) so we didn’t use but was nice to have. Room was clean overall (def some age despite more modern looking but not a bother at all, I am quite picky about cleanliness and found this overall great!) amazing toiletries provided including slippers and bathrobes whcih were a great touch! Breakfast was also good. Not extreme amount of choices but good enough. Easy to find, safe and quiet neighbourhood and very close to train station to get to tourist sites. Would definitely come back :) not to mention can walk over to arc de triomphe!

The location is excellent, the hotel seems to be recently renovated, the staff is very friendly, the room was very clean yet quite small. We were struggling to find a place to place our luggages inside the room. The wardrobe is very small that it can barely fit few items. Also, my card was charged weeks before my arrival, then I was asked to pay again upon arrival. I had to chase many times to get my overcharged amount refunded. It happened eventually yet I don’t get the point of the free cancellation option if they want to guarantee their payment weeks in advance. Quite inconvenient!

I loved the quaintness and smallness of this hotel. Great location could walk to so many places for eating, shopping and getting to the Hop on Bus. The staff was so very friendly and helpful. It was a really clean and tidy hotel. The only fault I felt was the dim lighting in the room.

We arrived at 7 AM leaving we would have to wait until the afternoon to get a room, but we’re pleasantly surprised when they immediately allow us entry into our rooms. All employees are extremely friendly and helpful rooms are very clean and well organized. Highly recommend to triumph is about four blocks away.

A small but luxurious hotel, staff are really friendly. communicate in fluent English, making it convenient for international guests. Rooms are certainly on the smaller side, but are in a good state. There’s a local train, tram and bus station a 4 minute walk away, taking you to all major destinations in Paris.

This hotel is one of the best hotels in Paris. Hands down!. Great location. There are many restaurants are around the area that you can dine and choose from. it is Central located near all the attractions in Paris and the shopping area by train. It’s 20 minutes away from the Eiffel Tower. The arch is a 15 minute walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is amazing and friendly. The rooms are spacious. The bathrooms are a little bit tight, but it is worth every penny. The area is quiet and safe so if you visit Paris, this should be one of the hotels on your list.

My husband and I stayed at the Le 10 Bis for 2 days. Loved the location. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff was professional.
The only downside was the room was small and if the stay were more than 2 nights there was definitely not enough room for all of our clothes, luggage, shoes, toiletries, etc.

However, for our needs it was a fabulous find and I recommend the hotel for a short stay or if I were travelling alone I would not have had an issue with the space.

Amazing chic decor, staff were ever so friendly, perfect continental breakfast to get you going, the team decorated the brdroom for my husbands birthday with balloons, flowers and macaroons which was very sweet of them. We had an amazing stay, staff went the extra mile & always happy to help us, really made our trip. Helped us with booking taxis whenever we needed it & plenty of facilities. The hotel is located in a nice area which is pretty quiet but with plenty of restaurants nearby & only a 10 min walk from the Arc de Triomphe. Highly recommend the hotel.

Not child friendly. Made reservations for 2 and 1 child no crib needed. At arrival was told the child was not permitted in a deluxe room due to size of the room. options were to send me to a mediocre hotel they partner
with since they had no room available . Waited for orbitz for 45. Min and no help was given. I made the correct booking yet the hotel and orbitz do NOT have good communication. Will never return to any hotel affiliated with this chain.

After staying at the fabulous Waldorf Astoria Versailles for 3 nights, i decided to change my location to a ´hotel in Paris. This is not the place to go if you are visiting family or expect family to come by to say hi. If you are a solo traveler maybe this is for you who is a guest of the city maybe this is for you.
They treated me as a child and felt the need to call my room 2 times to ask me if my cousin who came upstairs for one of her three children to use the bathroom, was staying the night. One bed cannot fit three people!! They said other people have done this!! I am not other people! I Am a paying guest that should be treated with respect. Then they called again to say guests have to remain in the lobby. Also, they nasty white stains all over the carpets I do not know who or what those stains were but I was happy brought along my travel blankets with me. I will not return.
I will find all outlets to write a negative review. I promise.

This was a really great hotel conveniently located to the Champs Elysees. It's a boutique property with great rooms and a staff that was very friendly, spoke perfect English and was very efficient. The hotel was clean and modern. There are a number of restaurants within a five minute walk with a wide variety of food choices. This is definitely one of my favorite places to stay in Paris. We had one of the larger rooms so I can't comment on the typical room, but based on the quality of the hotel I'm sure they are quite comfortable as well. I really believe the staff was some of the nicest people that I have encountered in any of my hotel stays in Paris.

Extremely friendly staff, willing to help with everything! We weren’t completely happy with our room (just the size for group), and they didn’t dismiss us but rather happily worked to accommodate us. And they continued to be very helpful throughout our stay! Great location, close metro ride to main tourist sights and short walk to Champs-Élysées! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for others to do the same!

Stayed twice within a month, first room was a little cramped but the next was much bigger and a little nicer (not all rooms are the same) but they were both up to four stars standard, asked a few extra favors from reception which they were happy to do since they genuinely want to be helpful, will not hesitate to recommend or book again.
