I went in August which is the best time to go to Paris IMO. The hotel staff are super lovely, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is clean and well looked after. Bed and pillows are comfortable and the toilet and showers are all in great working condition.

Facilities are basic but there are no points off of that. One point is off for the lift as it’s very old and takes forever to arrive.

Overall a very pleasant stay and if I were to come back to Paris I’d stay there again.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. All members of the staff were friendly and professional. A very special thank-you to Christoph for his kind welcome and willingness to allow me to practice my French, and provided great recommendations for nearby recommendations. My room was clean and comfortable, and had a nice min-fridge which was helpful to store some snacks from the nearby grocery store. There was nearby construction during the day, but I did not hear it unless I opened the window, so it is a testament to how the windows do a great job of blocking out sounds from outside. Also, the lobby and the open air dining area was inviting and great introduction to the hotel. I greatly appreciated that this property is walkable from the Ternes Metro stop (blue line). Once you exit and walk toward Avenue de Wagram, and once you get to Le Poncelet Bistro which intersects with Rue Rennequin you will see the sign about two blocks in the distance on Rue Rennequin. The neighborhood felt safe and as the area is near a school, shops, and restaurants, there is usually a good amount of people out during various times of the day. Overall, an excellent choice.

The hotel was quiet, calm and comfortable, not at all what we were expecting since we used to live not a block away in the 17th. The windows were double paned, the room clean with very modern utilities and even a telephone, We felt secure and in good hands. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, speaking either in French or English. Breakfast was included in the booking price. We'd go back again in an instant. Better than typical big city three star hotels. It was a hidden gem during our stay in Paris.

We walked up the dark stairs to our room. NO lights. We had to use our phone torch. Then the keycard didn’t work So I had to go back down. After getting another- we walked in to a room with people’s belongings in it!!! We eventually got checked in to a Room that was most definitely not a super delux. It was small and the shower flooded. The internet did not work the whole time we were there and were told they were waiting on a new router. Not helpful when you are away and need Wi-Fi. The coffee machine was also intermittent. When we woke up Monday morning we found we had not been topped up with tea and milk in our room. Would definitely not recommend this hotel and a refund is required of some sort!

The only thing positive was the amazing staff. Other than that, unfortunately my room was very disappointing. Upon check in I noticed the shower wall was dirty with brown spots (which came off with a simple towel so it obviously was not cleaned), stains on the carpet, black dirt stain on my pillow case and stains on the wall. With cleanliness so important in these times, this was shocking to me. Total lack of important basic details. I’m sure I’ll get a standard “we’ll pass it along to our staff” response but hopefully it actually gets addressed for future guests.

Its my second stay in this hotel and it doesn't disappoint me. Room is a bit small - but in good size for Paris. The bed is super comfortable and shower has great water pressure. There are good walkable options to eat and very good location for sightseeing as well. Would definitely recommend!

A good location in walking distance to Ternes metro station but on a side street so quiet at night. A few bars and restaurants close by also. Close to Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Elysées. Hotel is very clean and modern and was ideal for our 2 night stay. Would definitely stay again.

Very good hotel in Paris

I've stayed in this hotel twice and have enjoyed both stays. Our room was for 3 people and it was very spacious - the bed was super comfortable, good water pressure on the shower and excellent quality on bed linen and towels. In the morning I would smell coffee inside the room, likely because we were right on top of the kitchen - it didn't disturb us though. Breakfast was good and, in my view for Paris, worth the price asked. Location is convenient, with subway close by, around 20 min walk to the Arc and several restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel Elysées Flaubert - excellent location!!

It was an excellent stay for me at Hotel Elysées Flaubert. I anticipated a small room upon check-in, as most of hotel rooms are in Paris - but to my suprise it was larger than expected. I brought a massive massive luggage with me and still had plenty of space to move around in the room.

The room was also clean and had a Parisian character to it which I loved. I was travelling solo to Paris after my business trip in Germany and had a large and comfortable bed all to myself. :) There was a simple kettle as well as cups in the room if you wish to make instant coffee or tea which was also provided. What's perfect is the location of the hotel which is 10-15 minutes walk to Arc De Triomphe and shopping strip, Champs de Elysees.

You have the option to have breakfast in the hotel, which is a fairly small eating area. Otherwise I recommend to go to any of the cafes along the hotel - there are so many to choose from. For the ladies, you can get your mani and pedi done at a small lovely spa situated a couple of doors down from the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a basic boutique hotel, yet easily accessible to touristic attractions. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

It was so strong that we had to leave the windows open and the cigarette smell from outside was better than what our room smelled like. For the price , it was definitely not worth it. But if smell and noise is not a problem to you then the location of the hotel is great.

The hotel is small, but it is pretty close to 2 different metro stops and the staff is very friendly. We had a great experience even though the rooms are petite. The beds are comfortable and pretty large, but let's face it, you're not going to be spending the majority of your time in a hotel room anyways! Great for the cost!

I paid extra for free wifi and the night guy said there is no free wifi. I had to show him my conformation before he believed me. Rooms are tipically small for and the beds are hard. There was an overwhelming perfume small that was so over powering that I need to leave the room for a bit. I unplugged the air freshened before I left to see if that would help. I was there for only one night and if the smell would have been stayed I would have moved rooms.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. We didnt get to check in early but they do hold your luggage in a closet in the lobby. They require that you leave behind the room key everytime you go out. The short interactions we had with several staff when doing this were pleasant. Very clean and comfortable bedroom. The tiny elevator was kind of a pain but Im glad they had one at all :) Liked that it was less than 10mns walking to the Arc De Triomphe to meet up with our Hop On Hop Off. It was so nice out during our stay that we actually walked a good 35-40mns to the Eiffel Tower. We didnt get to try the breakfast here, we ate out instead. We were up late one night and tried the sushi place right down the street which was delicious! the schwarma place near that was so-so. Will definitely consider staying here again and would recommend to our friends!

this hotel do not match the pictures online,neither the 3 stars that was giving to this building. the rooms were extremely small and dirty. elevator was broken, the steps were tiny,no where to park a car, no valet,no lounge. I could not stay in this place. that was not enjoyable.
