We stayed for 4 nights at the hotel and utilized the continental breakfast. The check-in process was great- I let them know we would be late and got an email with very detailed instructions for how to check in. The staff was super friendly. The room was large, cleaned each day, and there was AC (which was vital given we were there during a heat wave). It was in a great location, walkable to the Metro and accessible to all of the sites we wanted to see. It felt very safe, with locked gates and doors. We hope to go back.

At the price we paid, I am amazed how spacious the studio is. So is the balcony. It’s super quiet inside. You can find tons of options for bakery, grocery or restaurants within 10 minutes of walking distance. Multiple lines of subway are just 6-8 minutes away. Communication is superb. You can contact the receptionist by WhatsApp and get a response very quickly during business hours. We have no complaints and will definitely come back next time we visit Paris.

Had issues with a lot of dust balls and a lot of hair. There's no restaurant where you can eat breakfast; they deliver breakfast to your room. The choices are nonexistent; there is no protein to choose from, and they get your order wrong 70% of the time.

We spent 5 nights here and loved the location. There are many restaurants and cafes in the area, as well as metro stations. You can easily walk to the Arc de Triumphe. There is a grocery store within a 5 minute walk as well as smaller food stores around the area.
The staff were amazing. Very friendly and accommodating.
Our room was divine, stocked with everything you need with a comfortable bed and the patio was cozy. I would recommend this place and will book again if I come back to Paris.

The Residhotel is recognized as good for long stays, and that certainly matched my experience. The room includes a small kitchen area that allows someone to have snacks or meals at the hotel. The hotel is well located. You have a short walk to one Metro station, and a slightly longer walk to other Metro stations and RER. And if you want the shuttle to Beauvais (for Ryanair) that station is a 20 min. walk.
Also, you have two laundries nearby, and a variety of small to large grocery stores.
There are plenty of options nearby for eating, coffee, drinks.
The Arc de Triomphe is an easy walk from the hotel, and the hotel location allows you to go to most of the important sites within a half hour (on foot and by Metro).
The facility itself is clean. I was very comfortable there. The staff there were very helpful to me, with the front desk people making it their job to work out any issues I had.

I'd have to agree with one of the other reviews that the facility is showing its age. There were no real problems as far as I was concerned, but some updates to furniture and appliances would make the rooms might be in order.

Check in was easy. We even got an early check in. Pierre was very helpful and available. The room was clean, spacious, and confortable with many amenities. We are very particular aboutbathrooms and this one was very hygienic. Area was safe, close to at least 2 metro stations, many restaurants, 2 laundramats and a lovely farmers market on Saturdays. Within walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. We strongly recommend.

Great place to stay for a short holiday. Location is excellent and staff are very friendly and helpful. The kitchenette is also well resourced. Rooms can use a bit of a remodeling and we had some issues entering the front gate during one of the nights but it was quickly resolved.

Perfect Paris hotel!

The hotel is in a great location for both walking to sights and the metro. It is a small cozy hotel. It is not in a quiet area so if you looking for quiet this is not your place. The breakfast was brought to us every day and it was the same each day. But we took the baguette with us and ate it on the go. It is a perfect place to go for a lovely Paris experience! The staff is very welcoming and the location is safe! Enjoy Paris at this hotel!

We were unable to take our 25th anniversary trip due to the sudden death of our 34 year old niece. The hotel initially said they wouldn’t do anything without a death certificate. One was provided several times and they have ignored us and refused to assist. No compassion. No refund. No credit to attend in the future.

Loved staying at the Residhotel. Location is good, quiet street within a 10minute walk of the Champs Elysées, and with plenty of shops and restaurants within a few minutes. The room was large, had a balcony, kitchenette, desk etc so plenty of room to spread out -- in square footage the Residhotel rooms are at least twice the size of other nearby hotels and considerably less expensive. Reception was friendly and, while we had no special requests while we stayed here, hotel staff I'm sure would have done their very best to assist. A great place to stay in Paris especially if you are looking for a self-catering option in a convenient location.

Fantastic Residential Hotel!

Residhotel is a studio-type accommodation ideal for couples & families. The room & bath were very spacious you could literally get out of bed & go straight into the kitchen for coffee! There's also a fridge & dishwasher which can be handy for those staying at least a week. The balcony is an added bonus; a quiet place to relax with a glass of wine after a busy day.

This gated property is a hidden gem in Rue Rennequin with very good access to Metro (Ternes) and plenty of buses on either side that will take you to Arch de Triomphe, Etoile, Champs-Elysees, Les Palais des Congres to name a few.

Staff are friendly & accommodating. My room got tidied up everyday & supplies topped up. I'd recommend this property to anyone visiting Paris.

The essentials were there: comfortable bed, sufficiently stocked kitchen, a good-sized room. The washroom could have been a bit cleaner, and there was a cabinet door with one hinge broken that gave the room a run-down feel. Also, the table only had two chairs but we were able to bring one in from the balcony. Overall decent value for money but could have been better.

Five stars is really not enough for this exceptional property. For less than the price of a hotel room, we got an apartment that was twice the size, with a nice balcony that we ate breakfast on every morning. Carrefour is less than a 5-minute walk, as is a wonderful bakery. We were greeted and shown to our room personally by a wonderful lady, and all of the other staff we met were just as nice, and they all spoke great English--a necessity for this non-bilingual American! The room has a hot water pot and a Nespresso machine as well as a full kitchen. When I told them the frying pan was not in good shape, it was immediately replaced with a new one. This will become my permanent vacation home in Paris. It is walking distance to Parc Monceau, the Arc de Triumph, and the Champs-Élysées, and there are some good restaurants in the area. Visiting other parts of Paris will require a tube or Uber ride, but knowing you will be returning to such a nice accommodation after a busy day of sightseeing makes not being right in the middle of everything no problem at all. Again, I can't say enough good things about the staff here. And the bed was comfortable too.

We made a booking online. Received a confirmation of the booking.
We announced we come late.
We came 21.35 and noone opened a door/ came to give a key.
We called and gave a reservation-number. They asked to call again.we called and then nobody didn't answer the phone- anymore. We were in Paris at night with a child without a place to go. Horrible service!

I love this Paris studio apartment complex and always stay here. Unfortunately there are some obvious signs of 'wear and tear' and I hope the hotel continues to make sure its rooms are well maintained. The cancellation of the buffet breakfast which is replaced by a breakfast to the room is disappointing and not worth the money.

We loved having our own space with kitchenette. The best part however was having a balcony so we could have our breakfast (which was delivered directly to our room) and enjoy Paris's lovely climate. The staff was friendly and helpful. One day we requested two breakfasts as we would have missed breakfast for an excursion the next day, and they happily provided it so we could bring it with us. A Gem in Paris!

The hotel was in a good area and close to the Metro. The hotel room was very large, by European standards. The bathroom was full sized with a full sized tub/shower. The staff was great. There was a coffeemaker, espresso maker, refrigerator and microwave in the kitchen. Very large and very comfortable. There was a Monoprix(grocery store) a block and a half away. You can get to anywhere in Paris in 10-15 mins on the Metro, which is very close. There are several restaurants nearby. It was a spacious sanctuary to come home to after a long day of sight seeing.

Nice Hotel Close to Everything

The Staff went over and above their duties. We arrived really early after a long flight from Canada. They allowed us to leave our luggage and let us know a great place to eat close by. After eating we returned to the hotel and they had our room ready. They gave us a map and explained how to get around, even arranged transportation back to the airport for us at a really good rate. This hotel was walking distance to a lot of attractions, a market just down the street, and lots of places to eat. It was great to have a kitchen, although we didn't cook, the coffee pot, microwave, and fridge for snacks was well used.

Great Stay at Residhotel Impérial Rennequin

We stayed at Residhotel Impérial Rennequin for 10 nights as the hub for our Paris vacation. The hotel totally met our needs. The price was modest. The room was comfortable. Our room had a king bed, which was firm but not hard. The area was bustling, but the traffic quieted down at night, and we also used the metal sound/light screen, which proved helpful. We also made use of our balcony.

The kitchenette added great convenience. We sometimes ate in, keeping wine, beer, cheeses, pate and other meats in our fridge. We even cooked a couple of times.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.They made us feel welcome even though we spoke little French.

The breakfast, which was included in the price, was substantial : bread, cheeses, meats, yogurt, muesli, hard boiled eggs, croissants, juice. After breakfast, we felt ready for a full day of activities.

The location was good. We walked to lots of attractions, averaging 7 miles a day. Arc de Triomphe, Louvre, d'Orsay, Notre Dame, Sacre Coeur, Eiffel Tower, etc. It's also close to two metro stations, which we used for trips to Versailles, and Vincennes. We also used the metro a couple of times, to kick start our mornings or to quick return from some destinations.

The location also gave us easy access to the Monoprix supermarket, about 5 blocks away and a good Boulangerie (bakery - pastry shop) a couple of short blocks away.

We definitely would return to this hotel if we travel to Paris in the future.

I arrived at the place at 2:50pm and waited till 3:00pm the house the office was supposed to open. I waited 10 more minutes and the office was still closed for check in. I called the main office and told them my situation. Finally, someone open the door and I was able to check in. Then the lady told me that they do not accept dogs, I said that dogs are accepted as per Hotel.com. Then she told me that they have to charge me for the dog, I said, as per Hotel.com dogs can stay for free. Same issue at check out. I hope that they did not charge my credit card after my departure. concerning the room, it was just okay, few things were not working properly especially the dishwasher I could not use.

Great hotel in Paris

The location of the hotel is in a nice quiet area of Paris. It is far from central Paris where thEirik train station is located but only a 12 minute light rail ride and a 15 minute walk away from it. The best thing to do is to use uber or a taxi to get to the hotel. The downfall of this location. Is the times the front desk is open but if you communicate with them in advance they can arrange things in advance if you arrive after their front desk is closed down for the day. Make sure to check the hours and take advantage of their free small cold breakfast. The surrounding area for Food can be pricey but my advice would be to use yelp to check food locations. The hotel is only a 15 to 20 minutes walk to a underground subway station which isn't so bad. The hope on and hope off bus is great to use and well worth the cost which is located near the subway station. Google maps is what I used to find locations and to travel to Disney Paris it's only a 45 minute train ride from that area.
