This was my second stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, but the staff, especially those in the breakfast area, were not as friendly or welcoming as we expected.
My main complaint is that the air conditioning in our room didn’t work at all. When we arrived, the room was very warm, so we tried to switch it on — but nothing happened. I called reception and was told to wait 20–30 minutes for it to start working. Still nothing. After another call, they apologised and said there was nothing they could do except provide a fan. Really? A €250-per-night room with no working A/C?
They assured us it would be fixed the next day, but guess what — it wasn’t. Overall, the location is the only real highlight. There was no genuine effort from the staff to make guests feel welcome or comfortable..

The staff was friendly, and the location was okay—it’s a bit farther from the Arc than it seems, but there is a Metro station nearby, which is convenient.

Unfortunately, the hotel itself was not very clean. There appeared to be mold on the walls near the AC vents and in the bathroom. The room was also much smaller than the photos suggested. We were three people traveling together, and I would not recommend the room we booked for that many guests.

We added the breakfast buffet option, but it was not worth the daily cost. On top of that, the nightly rate was very expensive for what we received.

Overall, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to family or friends.

Perfect location and clean accommodations

Perfect accommodations. Great location for walking. Clean rooms, bedding, bathroom. Plenty of room, considering European room sizes. If they raised beds a bit, luggage could fit underneath and really make more space in room - but that’s only a suggestion. Other than that it was a great experience. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

I was expecting a little more from what the pictures showed specially the size of the room. We had the quadruple room, and it was tiny. Not much room for all our things but we made it work. Staff were all very nice. The breakfast options were decent for the price. Location was great. Close to everything. Shopping, restaurants, and transportations.

Good location but very basic.

The hotel is in an excellent location but has very few facilities, therefore little more than a B&B.
There is a small seating area but no bar (despite a bar being advertised) and despite the rooms having a basic mini bar, if you want to relax over a few drinks you will have to go out.
The room was clean, but small and stuffy - the air conditioning didn't work well therefore difficult to sleep.

The hotel is situated on a popular road with plenty of shopping and restaurants and is also less than 10 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe. We were a family of 4, so we had a quadruple room, which was spacious and clean. Breakfast in the basement was quick and easy allowing us to start our day without having to scour the local area.

Good location

I was offered a room at the second level but they were able to make arrangements and moved me to a higher room without view. I appreciate the effort to accommodate my family’s need.
I would had appreciate a reminder that we had paid for breakfast because after so many cities and hotels we lost track and missed our opportunity to take advantage of our paid breakfast.

The hotel is in need of an update. The rooms although clean were small, outdated and very tired. The mini bar fridge was hotter than the temperature in the room so really pointless and the hairdryer was out of the 60s. The hotel staff were just ok and we didn’t experience a warm welcome. The location was good and in a great area.

Expected small room but I was glad I ended up alone.…would have been no place to open another suitcase. Staff very friendly and patient with my inability to speak french. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet each day. Rate was reasonable.
Room was clean. The location was safe and very convenient. I will come again!

Perfect location in Paris for families

Excellent location and nicely sized room for a family of 4. We appreciated the twin beds for the kids, rather than a pull out sofa, like in so many other hotels. Room was clean and air conditioned. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of options. Only drawback was early morning construction noise, but that may not have been at this hotel.

Unfortunately our stay got off to a bad start as the hotel had cancelled our room! The receptionist spent an hour sorting us out and eventually got us a room but the following night a spring was sticking up through my mattress when I went to bed! Having stayed four other times in this hotel I was very disappointed !

The staff were very helpful on arrival and throughout our stay. It was a very clean hotel in a fabulous location. Continental breakfast was good but got busy as you would expect as a small hotel.
The bed (mattress) was slightly uncomfortable but otherwise a great stay. Would recommend and revisit.

Not correspond any photo showed on the app Expedia, there’s not a terrace on the top of the hotel even on the habitation.
Also the photos of the lobby and common areas not belong to the hotel!
In general very disappointed, you sold it like one of the best hotel in the area for the view of the arc of the triumph! It’s not true!

The front desk staff were great. Those guys were helpful in their (French way) and answered questions & offered solutions. There were ants in the beds, the pipes in the shower were noisy 24/7 and we had to hand in our hotel key every time we went out. This hotel is old but overall, charming.

We have visited Paris several times through the years, and the Elysées Céramic is our favorite hotel. The building was originally a mansion built in 1904. The location is great, a short walk from Etoile (the Arc de Trumphe) and Champs Elysées. The hotel lies between two metro stops—Etoile and Ternes. It is a solid, safe, clean neighborhood with upscale shops and restaurants. If you love good food, check out Le Général and Etoile 1903. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The desk staff were fluent in English and eager to answer questions and make recommendations. The bottom line here is convenience and value. We’ll definitely be staying here again when we return to Paris.

This is a charming old hotel in a very central location. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the building is old & showing its age - I think the property is well cared for but some things appear to be breaking down - tiles in the bathroom, carpets & curtains feel a bit dusty/aging, beds not that comfortable. However, its half a block from the arc de triomphe which was awesome, a 30-40 min walk to the Eiffel Tower, ~40 min walk down the Champs-Elysées to the Tuileries, etc & easy metro access to all of the above. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

The room was very small as was the bathroom but not a major problem as we were busy sightseeing. Very comfortable bed. Quiet room. Wasn't hoovered over our 3 night stay so I'd say room attendants could do better but overall a nice stay and fab location. Free use of safe was a bonus. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on food. Lovely and warm.

The check-in staff was welcoming, however upon check-out the staff was really rude and offensive. Regarding condition of hotel, the hotel has a very strong painting/furnishing smell and the conditions of furniture and utilities (including desk, chair, toilet, closet, etc) are very worn out and chipped. This hotel does not deserve its rating and class.

I had booked 1 night in the hotelm. I enjoyed stay. Great location, very close to Arch de Triumphe. Underground to Luvre part it is 5 stops only, around 10-15min, close to Porte Maillot station when you can get buses to airports. Hotel's receptionist was very nice and proffessional. Room clean enough and big for 4 persons. Breakfast also no issues, maybe more vegetables could be offered, but for 1 night stay perfect. I would be back there.
