Not friendly staff at the moment of checking in. We were a group of 10 people, so I suppose they don’t like big groups.
We don’t get any help with our luggage either.

Walls are very thin…also, need to update the elevators, or at least make them more responsive.

Our family of three stayed for 4 nights over Christmas. The hotel staff were very friendly and the self-serve breakfast was one of the best we have had. Our room was incredibly generous in size with loads of space and storage. Both the king sized bed and pull out couch were super comfortable. There was a separate bath tub and shower. Pressure was good. The toilet was separate from the bathroom. Special surprise - our room had a private door to the rooftop on floor 5. Highly recommend.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I love the overall vibe of the hotel! Not too big not too small. Just right. Room was spacious and loved my view of the Eiffel tower. Especially at night as it's lit up! Now some may disagree with me on this, but `i love that sites were walkable. Paris is a walking city. So I walked a lot. (People may not agree on the proximity to attractions.)
Overall I loved my stay and will definitely return.

Cons: Quite small elevators. You're likely to wait your turn if you are not familiar with the person getting on...lol If youre a couple, with luggage. Chances are you'll be meeting at your room..lol

Hotel is very comfortable and modern in an upscale neighborhood. We came here for 2 nights for the Paris marathon and it was the perfect location as it’s a 10 min walk to the Arc de Triomphe. The hotel receptionists could have shown a bit more enthusiasm though. I didn’t realize there a bar, rooftop or a gym facility until I checked out.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They had a WhatsApp number which made it easier to contact them with any questions or issues. The usb ports in our room were not working but someone came the next morning to repair. Bathroom window seals were rusty and the lighting could have been better but apart from that was a nice modern spacious bathroom. Bedroom was a good size with and balcony and high ceilings. Bed was very comfortable. Would recommend for a short city break. Good location with a short walk to arc de triomphe and Avenue des Champs-Élysées.

We had an amazing stay at the PLEY Hotel. Check in was easy and very friendly, the room itself was a great size with a huge window, amazing for Paris! They had also noted my friends birthday which was very thoughtful.

Stayed here with my daughter on her first trip to Paris and we loved it, it was a great place to stay and would highly recommend it. The staff were very attentive, polite and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day and its within walking distance to Arc De Triomphe, and easy to access the rest of the sights.

I stayed here a week for my wedding. The hotel is wonderful. We booked the suite which gave us private access to the rooftop bar and we had a very large room with a very large patio and view of the Eiffel Tower. This was our first time in Paris and we will definitely be back. The staff is very friendly the drinks at the bar are good. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay close to all the high end shops and attractions and away this is your spot.

I absolutely loved my stay at The Pley Hotel. I loved everything from the decor, the ambience, staff and cleanliness. Front desk was always helpful and answered any questions that I needed. The location was amazing close to the best shopping trains and Arc de triomphe. At check-in when they noticed on my passport, my birthday was just in a couple of days, I let them know that was my reason for being in Paris, and she made sure she gave me a room that had an Eiffel Tower view. It was amazing to see it every day from my window. Would definitely love to stay here again. Merci beaucoup for a lovely experience!

Great service at front desk super helpful. Even accommodating my write in balcony request. Only “complaint” is that the room was very warm, to the point of not being able to sleep. Though I do find this to be fairly typical for Paris. Just wish I was able to drop the room temp, even when I adjusted the thermostat in the room it didn’t do anything. Otherwise, good spot. Fairly close to transportation and there are a few good restaurants open late in a short walk away!

Pley Hotel is an absolutely stunning place to stay. It’s beautifully and interestingly styled and the room was a great size with a wonderfully comfortable bed. The staff were fantastic, friendly and so helpful. The location is perfect for everything. We could walk to lots of cafes and restaurants, local tourist attractions and metro/bus stops. We could also see La Tour Eiffel from our room, which only added to the magic of our stay. I can’t recommend Pley Hotel highly enough and we will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Paris!

Staff refused to help us with 4 luggage I had. I had to take all the luggage by myself with my 8 years old child. Also, they have the smallest elevators ever where you cannot fit two luggage with one person.

Also, there are stairs before elevators, so we I had to all carry my luggage through the stairs and I took three trip with those small elevators to get my suitcases up to the room.

Hotel never has staff and everything they advertise such as Resturants and rooftop bars is always closed for one reason or another.

Overall we had a very enjoyable stay at the Pley Hotel. The room was spacious and in good condition, as well as being very clean indeed. The staff were universally friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English which was helpful when our French language skills ran out! It's also in a convenient location for exploring all that Paris has to offer, with many places within walking distance, or accessible via the RER and/or Metro. We visited Disneyland for a day and it was less than an hour 'door to door'.

The only slight disappointment was that there was an event going on in the bar on the evening of our arrival, with loud music until just after 23:30. With our room being just above the bar area, it was pretty loud and I suspect we would've been unable to sleep had we gone to bed earlier. I understand that hotels do often have events on, but it would have been nice to know this in advance, and maybe also what time the music was due to stop.

The positives far outweigh this, however, and I wouldn't hesitate to book the Pley Hotel again.

It's an older hotel that they have done a good job painting and cleaning up. However walls were thin and I could hear the person next to me talking loudly pretty clearly in my room and smell cigarette smoke in the room from them smoking.

My mistake but no help on hotels end.

To clarify, I messed up the reservation booking 2 rooms and not specifying the number of adults and kids per room. In our room we were 2 adults and my 3 year old, and the other room 2 adults and a 10 year old. The hotel made us purchase another room for 3 nights. They stated the rooms were too small for cots, while 2 of the rooms where quite large. I wouldn’t have minded paying for additional cot fee for both rooms but having to buy a additional room that we didn’t use for a 10 year old and a 3 year old doesn’t make sense to me. They could have figured out a better way to accommodate us and in a nicer way.

It was the worst hotel for me.
Someone stole my bag INSIDE of hotel and it was all stamped on the cctv camera and i also went the police office and got the police report, but they didn't compensate me anything and didn't care at all.
I've been to so many hotels, but I've never seen irresponsible 4 stars hotel like them.

We had such an enjoyable stay at Pley Hotel back in August. We enjoyed the ambiance of this boutique hotel along with a very good complementary breakfast each morning. We loved our room with operable windows and a view. Clean and charming, with friendly and helpful staff! Walking distance to Arc of Triomphe, restaurants and grocery stores. Lovely lounge area, wish we had known there was a whole ever lounge level and a rooftop! We discovered it on our last day. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

The property was good with super comfortable beds. I do regret choosing the cheapest room as it felt very cramped in terms of space and the room looked more plain than the other advertised room -- which is why I booked it, for the aesthetic and feel. The elevator is unbearably tiny, only being able to fit one person and their suitcase and maybe two or three people without luggage. The breakfast is good and the lobby area is really lovely to hang out in.

We booked the Pley Hotel because we travelled as a family of 5 and it offered a really good family option. It is also in a good central location and not on a main road. The hotel is very modern and stylish with really comfy beds. It has a great restaurant (minimal options but ok for lunch and snacks) and rooftop bar. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only downside was the guests upstairs were noisy until very late!

We had family room which is essentially two joined rooms with three separate twin beds in one room and a queen bed in the other. Each room had its own bath. The hotel has a great radio/music history theme. It appears newly renovated. Comfortable and clean with dpapcious rooms. The area is safe with great bakeries, a small grocery store, and several restaurants near by. The metro is about an 8 minute walk from the hotel. The staff is very helpful. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again.

The location of this property could not be any better! It is a short walk to the Champs Elysee. There are plenty of cafes in the area as well as a grocery store and pharmacy right on the block. It is a short walking distance to Metro 2,9 and 1. We were there during Bastille Day and had a beautiful view of the fireworks from our room. We are a family of five and had two rooms joined together. It was perfect for us. The radio theme and vibe was loved by both us and our children. The lift is a bit small but gets the job done if you are on floor 6 or 7.

Hotel was great, service was great. Location was great. Close enough to your dust attractions, but far enough away to avoid foot traffic. Room was small, especially the bathroom, but that’s Paris. The bed was amazing! Best sleep I’ve had in a long time.

My only complaint was the noise at night. I could hear my “neighbors” word-for-word having a regular conversation. Also, there was a lot of noise in the hallway at night.

And still, I would stay here again.

Please note air conditioning is only turned on in the summer. My room was hot and not able to open window. To get to elevator, there are 2 large steps to beware with heavy luggage. Elevators are very small. I was alone with 1 large luggage and the small carry-on barely fit with me.
