The hotel has easy access and is walkable to many attractions. It’s about a 15-minute drive to the Eiffel Tower and a 10 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe. There’s also a pharmacy and a grocery store right downstairs, which was very convenient. Overall, it worked out well except for the living space and beds. The room is really only suitable for two people .it felt too tight for three. We stayed in a triple deluxe room, but the beds were just joined together, causing a gap that made it uncomfortable for a couple to sleep. The bathroom is also very small.

We loved staying at the Hotel le Friedland. It was close to the Arc de Triomphe and a walkable to the Eiffel Tower. The staff was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. The room was sizeable for Paris and very clean. We would stay here again on our next trip!

Location is great for shopping and is near walking distance to Arc de Triomphe. Unfortunately, the noise isolation is absolutely terrible. You hear everything from the elevator, the stairs and the people talking in the hall. Also the bathroom had a very faint, but definitely present, smell of pee.

The staff are helpful and friendly. There is a lift (not all hotels have one). We were upgraded, but the room was in the loft, so if you’re tall you risk hitting your head when you get out of bed.
Close to all tourist hot spots, but a very, very expensive area. All top shelf brands shops at full retail price. Extremely busy, even off season.

The receptionist was sooo nice and great. (Selene I believe her name was) she was so accommodating and helpful. Everything was nearby, champ Élysée wasn’t far and the arc de triomphe was a 5 min walk.
The only thing that bothered us was we were able to hear people walking upstairs and outside.
I can’t wait to return to Paris and stay here again!

Great bang for the buck!

Great staff, very accommodating. Perfect location for us. The only issue we had was I chose the hotel for it access to Wi-Fi and we had problems even with the pocket Wi-fi. They let us drop our bags off early and created an earlier check-in as well as letting us leave our bags locked up after check out most of the day.

Girls week in Paris! Just spent 5 nights in this beautiful hotel. Great area, just 10 minutes walk to the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs Elysees, Hop On/Off bus and great restaurants. . The rooms were comfortable, spotlessly clean. Staff were exceptionally helpful and vey friendly/polite. The list goes on...this is a great hotel...loved everything about it. I would highly recommend to anyone looking!!

Stayed for a few nights and it was excellent from start to finish. The staff were wonderful from the moment we checked in and continued to deliver an excellent service. The room was good and it was regularly cleaned. The location is perfect - you could see Arc De Triomphe from our window and it was about two minutes walk away. I would definitely come back here.

Nice hotel near the Arc and the beautiful stores.

Very nice hotel in a perfect location, 5 minutes walk to the Arc. We were welcome with the delicious macaroons. The room was very spacious and beautiful with a nice view. Djamel was very nice, I think that was his name. He was very helpful, hotel provides umbrellas, it was raining the day that we arrived. I am planning to come back to Paris maybe next year and I definitely will come back to this hotel.

Charming Paris hotel with AAA Service

We hadn't been to Paris before and really didn't know anyone who has so we picked our hotel on location and reviews. We made an excellent choice. The Hotel Friedland is about 4 blocks from the Champs Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe. The clerks speak English and provide service with a smile. The hotel is small - there were only seven rooms on our floor (5th floor). The clerks helped us with directions to wherever we wanted to go. On occasion even stepping outside the hotel and pointing out to us the direction to go. We forgot our electric adapter at home and when we asked the clerk where could we buy one, she reached under the desk and said here, you can use this one. They have a small restaurant that serves breakfast. No ice machine but if you ask the clerk for ice they will get you enough for about 4 glasses. Just a small charming Paris hotel with great service in a great location with a real friendly staff.

Mid price room very spacious, well proportioned and spotlessly clean. Slight downside was that I did not book a disabled room so shower above the bath, not a problem if you are mobile.
Good variety for buffet breakfast and some complementary drinks available in room and reception area. Small lift very useful. All staff very friendly and accommodating, they went out of their way to help on all occasions especially to our elderly traveller. Thoroughly recommend.

Love the Frieland Hotel!

The entire staff from the manager, Fredeick, to all of the staff were quite friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - easy walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the Chanps-Elysees. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to our dearest friends.

Reasonable Hotel in a Central location

I have no major complaints about the same here, I stayed for one night with my husband.
The room was small but comfortable, as was the shower/washroom.
The staff was lovely and very helpful - they helped me with directions and making reservations. We did not have breakfast or any of the coffee/tea/treats.

It's about a 8 minute walk to the metro.

Our nice stay in Paris

We were there just for one day, the location of the Hotel was perfect, just a few minutes from the Champs-Elysées, the staff was very courteous and so helpful. Our breakfast was even ready half and hour earlier which was fantastic as we had to leave early for the airport. I do recommend this hotel...it is clean, well located and good service.

Typical central Paris rip off

Room cost was reasonable, by which I mean not a \"big chain rate\". However, any \"saving\" I might have made was outweighed by the immense rip off of room service cost. Putting aside that for a moment; mattress rock hard and no choice of weight of pillow - limp or limp. No choice on bedcover - thick or thick, so too hot. Hard mattress + limp pillow + too hot = very bad night's sleep. (I normally sleep like a log!)

LOVED this spot. So glad we went with it for our honeymoon stay. The staff goes out of their way for you. Gorgeous room also. Exactly like the photos! Did not disappoint. We requested a balcony room and they gave us one! So special.
