The best thing about this hotel is the staff, in particular the front desk team. They are knowledgeable, helpful, super nice and eager to help make your stay perfect. The hotel has a great location, it is very clean and comfortable, would definitely recommend.

While the room was comfortable and staff extremely friendly, my first floor room was adjacent to an extremely loud street, including a nightclub not more than fifty feet away, with late night revelry going until 5am on Saturday night, making sleep 100% impossible. For this reason alone, I would hesitate to stay at this location again,

I came with my daughters and asked for a treat with happy birthday in the room as it was their birthday. Unfortunately this was not met. we also asked for an extra umbrella as it was raining and was told we could only have the one. Overall a good stay but fell short on the finer details.

I expect some noise from a hotel, but when you can hear the tune from a phone powering up from the room across the hall, it’s a bit out of the norm. In addition, the windows to our room faced a club which had some heavy bass until about 2’ish AM. Definitely not a four star hotel. I would not stay here again.

Very nice staff, super comfortable beds and a good breakfast. Very clean and well maintained, decor is neutral/on trend. But probably the worst wifi i have experienced in a European hotel. To their credit, they did find a way to fix this for a Mac user, but it took some requests and a phonecall to their IT. I do credit them for fixing it though, and their approach to making me happy was commendable - afterwhich it worked fine. Conveniently placed for everything I needed in the day, the area was perhaps a little too noisy outside in the evening (if you have a room overlooking the street). I would certainly stay here again, but will consider other options too. In all, very good value and I enjoyed it.

Terrible, I turned up at the doorstep and I was shocked because the entire hotel was under renovation. Payment had already been made and the booking was made months before. No one reached out to inform me. I had to rebook another hotel whilst standing on the sidewalk with my luggage.

Very noisy & loud…staff talking & working in the hallways. There is a nightclub directly across the street. Looks nice from the outside but found out quickly it’s sketchy. Screams, shouting, fighting & car horn honking contest til 7:00 am… Seriously, it was scary! In a great location w/good restaurants nearby but there are other places to choose from. This stay ruined our trip!

I turned up late to check in and they had charged me for the room, but decided to give it to someone else. I then had to pay for a room at another hotel due to them not having any space.

I booked rooms for the rest of my work colleagues and they screwed up each booking with utter and needless confusion.

Some of the staff there are fantastic, but some are next to useless. Shame.

Review about NH hotels

The hotel in overall seemed very dirty and old. All the doors, walls were having stains and dirt on them. Hotel needs a refurbishment. The rooms are very small as well. I didnt like the place. Receptions are good but in overall when you are entering in the hotel you can notice the lack of cleanliness.

It was our honeymoon and the hotel asked us beforehand if we were celebrating...they left a plate of chocolates and a note and banner in our room to help us celebrate...very thoughtful! We had a great stay!

Everything was perfect, the only thing was that the hair dryer was super old, and went on and off constantley, and they couldnt give me one that actually worked, cause they had the same in every room,I m sure they would change them someday, and other thing …there’s a night club across the street, and some days was a little bit noisy, but I would definitley came back again!! With my own hairdryer😀, the cleanliness , the location, the breakfast , the staff was super!!

The room was too small, I paid for a king size bed and they put us on regular size. The linen was a little worn off and the cleanliness of the carpet was not very good because me and my wife got the allergies. The best thing about the hotel is the location.

Property for an American customer was too small. Hallways are tiny.. lift is small.. took 3 trips to just get the luggage in the room. Booked 3 rooms and requested them to be on the same floor months ago but on day of check in we were informed they are all in different floors. Room was decent.

I have a terrible experience with the payment with Hotel. I settled the room rental (GBP1688.34) when check out. However, 3 days later it charged my bank account GBP1925.84. The accounting practice or front desk staff are very confusing.

Right in the middle of shopping places, eatery and triumph d'arc. High end boutiques are 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Comfortable bed. Front desk staff are very helpful and amazing. Speaks excellent english . My son and I loved staying at this hotel. The room service girls were fast and efficient. Very nice and helpful. The hotel smells very nice.
Recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to paris.

Can't beat the fantastic location, right next to the Champs Elysees, short walk to the Arc the Triomphe then the Louvre, next to the subway.

Awesome neighbourhood full of coffees, bars and dining experience.

Super clean and functional but small room.
Carpet flooring in the room itself, which is a little downside.

Helpful and welcoming staff.

Decent price.

I recommend.

There is a party club across the hotel that goes until 5am and the police came over at 5:30am to send everyone home because nobody left the street. If you don’t care for loud noises than this place will be fine for you

The room is too small, even for Parisian standards. The photos are misleading because it shows it as a luxury hotel, which is not. The worst thing was that the carpet smelled of vomit and had a clear stain. I complained and was told that I couldn't be moved to another room. Really bad experience. This is a cheap hotel marketed as luxury.

This was my second time staying in this hotel. This time I was awfully disappointed. I booked a room for two adults and a child and we barely had room for anything. The room felt extremely small for the amount of money we paid. The cleaning service was terrible. the only fixed the bed, but we never got any refill of Shampoo or essentials items that hotels normally provide. I had to go to reception each time. For $350 a night, it was mediocre to say the least. The only thing worth is location, although it can get VERY noisy at night.

It is a beautiful, comfortable hotel, but although it says it's accessible only half the rooms are accessed by a lift big enough for a wheelchair, and even though my request was for wheelchair accessible I was on the other side, so had to be out of my chair and go up separately in the tiny lift! Not easy, or always possible.

Quaint and clean Parisian hotel in great location!

Hotel is well situated. Rooms are very small but adequate for travelers who are not spending hours during the day in the room. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are modern and clean. Hot water kettle in room for tea/coffee and AC which is rare but well needed in a hot August in Paris. Cannot beat location. There is construction across the tiny street but we were up and out by 9 each day so didn’t bother us. We stayed four nights and all were so quiet EXCEPT Saturday night when the nightclub across the street emptied out at 5 in the morning and it was LOUD. I’d suggest staying during the week and avoiding weekends if you can. Their breakfast is $$$ and I suggest walking to the boulangerie next door during week and up the street to Paul’s on the weekend. Staff is great and attentive to customer needs. I’d stay here again but not on a weekend night.

The rooms were small and a bit dingy. The hallways were narrow and the carpets seemed dirty. From the restaurant staff to the front desk, I felt they didn’t appreciate my stay. There is anti American sentiment all around FYI.

When it was time to leave, I got zero help with concierge getting a taxi or Uber. I had to lug all my things as a single woman 6 blocks down and try to hail a cab. I was told they don’t like to pick up Uber riders with American profiles.

The room rate was the most appealing aspect but overall less than satisfied.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Sadly the room on arrival was not suitable. Situated in the interior of the hotel it had no windows on to the outside world and though comfortable was very dark and depressing, especially for one of us who suffers from claustrophobia at times. Staff very understandable but having arrived at 8pm all rooms had been allocated. However we were given a change of room the next morning by 11am which proved to be much better, still don’t understand why a double room should have only one comfortable chair.

Cute hotel with very loud neighbours across the street. The revellers were so loud that it felt they were in the room. The nightlife quieted down in the early hours and very soon after the rubbish collectors and construction workers started. All in all a very Expensive night of nearly zero sleep.
