The check in experience was terrible. Thankfully the room was a very nice size and in great condition. The amenities were exceptional. We passed on the breakfast due to the exorbitant price. The location is excellent, and you will feel safe day or night to walk around the neighborhood.

the hotel didn’t acknowledge the VIP package. i didn’t press it either.
i don’t think the management understands how to operate these types of promotions.
i believe this is a US type of promotions and actions. The french look at these times of things and probably roll their eyes when they see it calling it useless. the hotel is crowded with wealthy middle easterns who biped their noses with douro bills. the hotel does not need any promotions to get people in. so i think expedia should reconsider these types of promotions as the french truly don’t care.

The front desk staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They went above and beyond to communicate with you and make sure you had everything you needed. The service was exceptional. Also, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the hotel itself was beautiful. Very modern, spacious, and well designed rooms . Also, you cannot beat having free laundry on the premises! I highly recommend this hotel.

The room space was excellent compared to other hotels within the same price range. Some things could be updated (i.e. carpet, furniture), but overall it was a wonderful stay. Again, the staff were excellent and helped make our stay in Paris one to remember.

Our suite was perfect for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable. However, the shower was weak… very low water pressure. Best of all was the location. Right on the Champs Elysee (not on a side street like some of the other options). We literally walked everywhere. If I come back to Paris, I would stay here again!

I liked it because it was very convenient for many things we did around the city. However, it’s at the same time inconvenient to book a hotel on Champs Elysses; there was a super chaotic and heavy parade of people all day. It was difficult at times, to find your way to the hotel.
My husband and I were not pleased with the way low ranking personnel treated us about assigning us a room that I hadn’t booked.
I was told that not because I booked a certain room, I was going to get it. They used their own invented jargon to confuse me, and make me believe that this person was right, and I just had to accept the room because that was their policy.
I told her that I was going to get in touch with Expedia, and I also needed to talk to the manager; that was the time when things turned out for the better for us. I was assigned the right room, also got a letter with an apology from the manager.
I wasted a day fighting for the right to stay in the room I had payed for.
SORRY FOR SAYING IT BUT IT CERTAINLY WAS NOT A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE FOR MY HUSBAND AND ME.

If you want to be in the middle of the bustle of the Champs Elysée this is the place for you. An executive room gives you a large opening door with views of the avenue and the top of the Eiffel Tower. Perfect for the Christmas lights season. The service was outstanding.

Although this was one of my go-to hotels in paris, the service was so bad. They were highly understaffed. We requested around 2 pillows and they didnt have it, they didnt give us a call back that they didnt have it and the next time we requested for pillows they said they dont have extra which was the first time I encountered in a 5 star hotel. Deeply disappointed by the service and the room. I dont think ill be back soon.

3 days without cleaning our rooms and more

Location was perfect for the family who wanted to shop on Champs D’Elysses. Hotel accommodations were NOT what I paid for originally. Hotel stated it was for a 1 bedroom suite and it was actually for a 2 bedroom suite. This is really the fault of hotels.com. Upon calling the customer service line, I was told to check back???

The hotel staff was nice with the exception of the fact that did not clean our room for 3 days! When we did go to the front desk and ask about how this could happen, they immediately sent two maids to clean. They cleaned a small portion of the room and left. Overheard some other guests furious about their reservations not even going through. I did notice the property has some residences under construction. Maybe their concentration is on that end of things. In any case, there is a great Marriott literally next door. A lot of other options nearby too if you want to be on Champs E’lysse

We loved this hotel. It was perfect for our family of five. We had a two bedroom suite, with a kitchen and dining room table. Given my husband has some auditory issues, being able to bring food back to eat in our room in the quiet, was perfect. Some prior reviews have expressed they didn't appreciate the toilet being separate from the bathroom, but that was perfect for us given the number of people as it allowed us to use both spaces at the same time. We also found the customer service from the staff to be exceptional. Overall, a fantastic choice and we will be recommending this hotel to anyone traveling to Paris.

A short trip to Paris

Our stay at the Fraser Suites was very nice, although the room we got had scaffolding, so we couldn't open the window which was overlooking champs d'elysees, the construction is said to finish end of February. Everyone at the reception were very helpful especially Melissa, Akifa and Charles.

My colleagues and i found the property very nice and spacious. With excellent staff who were very responsive and professional.

Not sure what the negative posters were all about as they almost made us skip booking this place.

It is a serviced residence so do not expect the full service hotel thing but I've lived in several of these in Asia and Europe and fine them very comfortable.

The rooms are fairly large and the equipment inside such as the mini kitchen and excellent large tv and stereo are fantastic.

Will come back.

We did pre-check in at 1 pm and were told to come back at check-in to get our room. However, we did not get our room until 5 pm. Other people were also waiting hours to check-in.

Also, the breakfasts, though excellent, were very very expensive. Eat elsewhere for breakfast.

No bar or restaurant.

Even staying at the VIP Access, we did not feel vip at all. They only have breakfast, no room service at all whatsoever. Air France lost our luggage and I only found out they delivered one luggage to this hotel after my persistence calls to Air France only to discover it was sitting at this hotel for 4 days. They didn’t have the decency to call me to pick it up. If I had not called airfrance I would never had collect my luggage. Elevator is so tiny it only fits 5 people. Balcony is filled with spider webs.

First off, this hotel is NOT 5 star. It is NOT true as such criteria includes customer service not being limited to hotel itself. Check in service and process and the room condition were so terrible, perhaps the worst ever in my 20 years of experience of traveling to all over the world. We arrived at 11 am and tried to check in. It was my 50th birthday. The lady with black glasses said no room availability to check in and told us to come back at 2 pm as the check in starts at 2 pm. I said ok would come back at 2 pm and I came back at 3 pm and tried to check in again. And she said no rooms are available to check in. I was asking \"Doesn't the check in time start at 2 pm and didn't you tell me my room would be ready for me to check in? There were 4 hours between my initial arrival and now (3 pm). She started being so aggressive, stating that 2 pm check in start doesn't mean your room will be available and such can be even later 7 pm regardless of your arrival time. And I was asking her, in such case you should NOT advertise your check in time starts at 2 pm or your should put some disclaimer saying such check in delay could be possible. She said it's our hotel policy. So I was asking her to show such to me AS I NEVER heard of such. She has never presented it to me. She was lying and so arrogant and was even trying to raise her voice when I was still calmly talking to her. Around 4 pm, I could finally check in but electric outlet didn't work. Overall the service was terrible.
