Our stay was amazing Ismail and Jeremie truly made our stay wonderful. It was our first time in Paris and we are already planning out return. We came to celebrate our daughters 15th birthday and the team decorated her room and truly made it special. They gave us great tips and help to get to where we wanted to be and take advantage of the time we had. This is the best place to stay. Don’t think twice and book, you won’t regret it. Safe, friendly, perfect location and lots of help!!

The most wonderful stay for my birthday! Really friendly Reception team - there was a mix-up with our room booking when we were offered an early check-in, and as a result, they upgraded us to a suite with a complete patio. Perfect location. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the Eiffel Tower and other iconic landmarks, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.

Our room was beautifully appointed, with breathtaking views and every comfort thoughtfully provided. Housekeeping kept everything immaculate, and turn-down service was a lovely touch after long days of sightseeing. Breakfast was another standout—fresh, diverse, and served in a gorgeous dining area that made every morning feel special.

Nice hotel in an area walking distance to lots of sites. The best thing was the service and staff Amene and Ismael at the front desk were superb and very friendly, always with a smile and personal hello.

Only negative about the hotel is the shower. Difficult entry and exit. Not for those with difficulty climbing or moving.

Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations. Book the room, don't pay attention to the bad reviews. Great location!!!

First, the hotel is small. Some of the rooms is on the small side, but it's very luxurious just pay attention to the room selection. This is a boutique hotel, similar to IHG Kimpton Angler, which is a chic boutique, Miami South Beach hotel.

The front desk desk staff and the 2 concierge staff were phenomenal, the service was personable. We were able to check-in a lil early, but while we waited for our room to be ready the wonderful lady that checked us in recommend for us to try their on-site restaurant and bar, Mido. The ambiance, the food, drinks and service at Mido was awesome each time we went. Big shout out the bartender. I do recommend trying their breakfast buffet as well, lots of options and the omelets are good. The rooms were well appointed, no complaints.

The hotel location is great. You can walk to Siene River, the Eifel Tower and the Arc de Triompe. We used Uber when we went to the Louvre and it only cost $12 for 2ppl. The walk to shopping area was about a 3 to 5 minute walk.

It was a pathetic experience. We came here really tired at night, since our flight was missed & we had to take the hotel on our own. We paid for a Premium Room, 1 King Size bed. They initially offered us a Queen bed room, when we asked they gave us the King Bed room and it did not have adequate heating while it was 37 F outside. When we complained, they gave us back the Queens Room while we paid for King Size bed.

The hotel is well located and the reception staff & concierge were extremely polite and helpful but I had 2 major issues in the hotel
- My son who is using a wheelchair and I asked for an accessible room was given a tiny room for n the service area behind the restaurant in an inconvenient location that he must access the room through a service elevator which is most of the time blocked by restaurant materials
- second issue is the high noise coming from the restaurant as they play loud music till 12:00 in weekdays and 2:00 am in weekends that you can hear from everywhere in the hotel

Our room was not ready until very late (b/c of a late checkout for one of their 'amabassador clients') so we were given another room for the first night. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly, and willing to figure out how to navigate our situation (the room was the only one of its kind - not sure how often they run into this issue but for those traveling overnight, waiting until 5pm to get into a room is too long!) They were helpful with cabs and dinner reservations - a true 4-5 star experience in a really convenient spot just a few blocks from the Arc.

The hotel is in a nice area and taxis are available from the desk quite quickly. The only issue we had during our stay in a suite is the bathroom was freezing. The view of the Eiffel Tower was the top half and was very nice during the evening.

This hotel is in an ideal location! Easy walking to all the best sites - Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Champ de elysee, Louvre, etc…

There are probably a million restaurants/cafes to choose from within minutes of the hotel.

The hotel seemed to be recently renovated - nice decor. The rooms were clean and well kept. They are TINY! To be expected in Paris, but not a lot of room for large luggage to be kept on the floor (rooms 212/311). Not a major issue, just something to keep in mind.

There’s an adorable courtyard in the center of the property. Great place to sit and have a pre/after dinner glass of wine.

All staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

We arrived for 3:15pm for check in, informed our room wasn’t ready (3pm check in onwards) the reception said we could have a complimentary glass of champagne. Our room was finally ready approx 4:45pm, as we went to our room, cleaners was just leaving it. We paid $1532 for 2 nights, prestige junior suite we balcony and city view. We got a room, small junior suite, not prestige, no balcony and definitely no a city view, but a view of either other guest rooms or offices where we could see directly in or they could see us, so we had to leave the curtains shut for privacy. We went to reception and they stated they couldn’t give us a room with balcony as fully booked, and a city view does not exist, Expedia is at fault apparently. Since we booked with them they could do nothing. We went back to our room, we got a call from reception saying they could give us our late lunch we had 40 euros free (the one we had whilst waiting in reception whilst our room wasn’t ready) No room service menu, there was a fully stocked bar at a cost, 5 euros for skittles etc. Trash left in hallway from other guests so we have to move out of the way to get to our room. The rooms were not sound proof as we could hear other guests. Rooms are clean and maintenance kept up, Dyson hairdryer was nice. Franck the valet was super nice, completely professional. The gentleman that worked the bar during the day was very nice and professional, maxed out so can’t complete, do not book as got worse

Very Pleasant Surprise !!

Whilst the size of the hotel and suite/rooms was classic Paris; - The service , friendliness and efficiency at this property is KING SIZED ! The entire staff ,(everyone that we interacted with ), truly made our visit memorable . Helen at the Concierge desk was par excellence .
The location of course speaks for itself.
I take back happy memories of this stay.
The property was a very pleasant surprise .

The hotel was very convenient, and their service was great! It was a 3 minute walk to Arc du triomphe, and short Uber rides to Eiffel Tower and the Louvre.
The hotel itself (e.g. the lobby) and the rooms were much smaller than they appear in the photographs. This wasn't a big deal for us, but could be an issue for others.

The hotel is not a 5 star property. Carpet and elevator need refreshing. Rooms are adequate but not stylish. They use paper napkins at a not tasty breakfast. It’s not even close to 5 stars. The staff of course was great but the hotel needs to make it worthy of 5 stars

Water water water...

Location to Champs Elysee was very good and helps in the commuting to other places by RER and metro.

What would help to improve on the ratings would be to provide the standard 2 bottles of water every day. As a 5 stars hotel, this small gesture will be greatly appreciated for the price paid.

The hotel only provides one bottle of water upon arrival and not for subsequent stays. I was expecting at least one bottle to be provided for the other days since there was a bottle upon check in but was taken aback whenever I was advised to take from the bar at 5€. Water from the supermarket costs less than 1€. If the water was supposed to be provided only upon arrival, please state it clearly and advise guests upon check in that they need to get their own water.

After a long day of walking/shopping, the last thing would be to worry about getting to a supermarket to buy water and carrying back to the hotel, especially during winter. The nearest supermarket is not that near to the hotel.

The sink lever was not working to close or open the sink hole - to allow water to drain out. Help came pretty fast when asked and a quick fix was done to yank it out and leave it ajar so that water can be drained out. The sink lever was not repaired during our stay and we left sink cap ajar for our entire stay so as to allow water to drain out. This incident did not inconvenience us as much as the bottles of water. Definitely do expect more from Intercon group.

Forgot our Wake Up Call

After staying at the Intercontinental in Athens Greece (which exceeded our expectations) our experience at this Paris location was a disappointment. There was no one at the front to greet us upon arrival or to assist with the luggage from the taxi. The room was very small and the bathroom had no countertop space. The doors to the balcony could not be opened because there was a desk in front of them. The biggest issue was that we requested a wake up call in order to make sure we wouldn't be late for our flight home. The wake up call never came, thank goodness we had set the alarm on our phone as a back up. When we brought it to the front desks attention the only response was that \"he was the only person there & just couldn't get everything done\". That is a totally unacceptable response. There are many choices for hotels & I would not recommend this hotel.

The service was great, from front desk, concierge to restaurant staff. The room was a bit small, and we had to lift our suitcases to go down few steps, when we came out from the elevator.

Great location, it took me 3 minutes to walk to the Hermes King George V store, and another 2 mins to Champs Elysee.

Definitely a hotel to return to. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left we were looked after so well and made to feel like nothing was too much bother. We had our room upgraded on arrival and were welcomed as if we were known to the staff. The concierge service was outstanding, helping with theatre bookings, restaurant recommendations and arranging transfers back to the airport.

The amazing Staff makes the hotel a 5 star

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the bellman, he was outstanding, corteous, friendly. To the front desk staff, whom was even more gracious, and did everything to make my family feel welcome and comfortable. We could not ask for a better hotel to end our family holiday in Paris.
I travel for business all the time, but with family is a whole different expectation. They superceded everything i was hoping for. I would definetly recommend this hotel for business mainly because of thw decor but the staff was so great that it is perfect for everyone.

Great location, staff are incredibly welcoming. Rooms are a bit on the small side but to be expected for downtown Paris. Hotel was quaint. Concierge was proactive, made fantastic recommendations, and made the experience so much easier. Front desk check-in was a breeze and they offered a capuccino and croissant to me upon my arrival as I had to wait a few minutes for my room to get prepared (I checked in early and they were able to accommodate w/o a problem).

This is a conveniently located hotel with a professional and very friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable. We got the breakfast buffet each morning and it was very good. When you step out of the hotel, you can see the Arc de Triomphe. It is just around the corner and down the Champs-Élysées, to the Georges V metro station. So you have easy access to Paris.

Very close to; Arc Dr Triomphe, Metro stations and HO HO bus route. Hotel staff were excellent, particularly the Concierge who was very helpful in guiding two 1st time visitors to Paris in navigating this big and bustling city.
Only criticisms of hotel was breakfast and Minibar pricing. You are paying a lot for convenience! Also room was supposed to be non-smoking, but a destinct smell of smoke remained.
Overall a very pleasant stay.

Fab location - excellent staff

Checked in early by very friendly staff who remembered our names when we arrived back after exploring Paris. Hotel was very clean and room was well appointed though a little on the small side. Would definitely go back

Honeymoon in Paris

I took my wife their for a honeymoon. It was her first visit to Paris and we must say the people at the Intercontinental did their very best to make sure it was a memorable experience. They greeted us warmly, the hotel was lovely, fantastic location and the little touches they made during out stay was greatly appreciated. They have a first class attitude and professionalism and are a credit to the organisation. We would defenitely reccommend and come back again.
