Breakfast was great every day and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! Our closet door hinge was damaged, but i reported it as we were leaving and i am confident it will be repaired. The only small complaint is that the stairwell needed to be vacuumed more often. There were days when the carpet on the stairs was not clean! Otherwise, the room, while small, was clean and comfortable!

The hotel is conveniently located behind Champs Élysées. The Eiffel Tower is a 20 minute walk away. It’s in a suburb so is nice and quite. The staff are accommodating. There is a Monoprix supermarket located around the corner. It has been renovated recently and the bathroom is nice and big. And the best part check out is at noon!

Convenient location. Easy check-in. Comfortable beds. Clean and tidy bathroom. Shower was a bit tricky as it was just hooked to the wall (rather than fitted to a riser pole). The chap serving breakfast didn’t really do any serving, just hovered awkwardly, so we didn’t get any hot food and had to make do with the cold buffet. Concierge staff were friendly and very helpful.

This is definitely not a place to stay for more then a night or so, the 3 stars are for the Customer Service, the Hotel & the paid breakfast gets 2 stars. The first thing you notice walking in is the foul smell, its a unique blend of cigarette's, rotten eggs and cheap perfume. Elevator is very small, you can not go up with 2 people and 2 hand carry bags at a time. Once upstairs, the corridor was dark, I have to find the light switch by turning my cell[hone light on. We booked the so called \"Superior Room\" but the room was small, with basic bed, 2 night stands, a small side table, a mini fridge with 1 water bottle, a heating water kettle and free Tea. The bathroom was very basic, the design of the toilet was extremely poor, I am a small person, have no clue how a bigger person can use it. Once sitting you have no room to move your arms or legs around.
I breakfast was very very standard with very few choices, the beat part of the breakfast was again the staff not the breakfast.
The only thing really stand out is the Hotel Staff, excellent manners very nice, very friendly and kind. Mr. Ahmed greeted us and helped us with the questions we had.

This hotel is located within walking blocks of the Arc of Triumphe and the Champs-Elysee shopping avenue. Plus, is about a 20 minute walk to/from the Eiffel Tower and many restaurants. The hotel provides a nice breakfast and there is coffee, 24/7. Our room and bathroom were very clean, comfortable, good A/C, and hot water. TV is all local and in french. I want to give kudos to their staff, and especially Thierno, Vitalie and Ahmed for being very attentive, caring and going the extra miles during our 9 day stay. Definitely a wonderful, quiet location, well priced and one I would return to use.

central location

This small hotel is centrally located (between the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triumph) and is in a fairly quiet area of the city. It is well priced considering the location. The concierge is very helpful and accommodating. The Rooms are a bit small and the bar area in the lobby is very limited. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay and the magical experience of Paris itself :-)

Amazing staff

I booked two nights for my mom’s birthday. I asked for fresh flowers to surprise her with. They put her flowers in a vase on the bedside table and added some balloons. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They work well with international travelers.

Overall stay was ok. However, the property is a bit far from the station. The lights outside the room in the lobby is so less that I had to turn the mobile flashlights on as I could barely see. (it was kinda scary). The room was okay, the hairdryer was broken/didn't work. The staff was helpful even though there was slight communication problem.

The bathroom was roomy.The place did not look the way It was featured on website, especially the reception area. could not understand the meaning behind the decor as you enter the front door. Could not use my CPAP machine during the stay. It was a struggle to get my devices to charge. With some modern decoration it could be more attractive. With all of that said, I would stay there again because of location and staff.

Excellent base for a trip to Paris

The reception staff were very helpful from our arrival and our room was clean and had well appointed facilities. Our towels and bed were changed daily. The bed was roomy and extremely comfortable and they added an extra bed to our room for my teenage daughter. The bathroom had a bath which was a bonus as I was expecting a small shower and this was equally clean, it was winter and I was worried that the room may be cold but this was not the case and it was very warm and relaxing. This hotel is tucked away in a back street just a short walk away from the Champs Elysees and the Arc de Triompe so there are plenty of shops, restaurants and a good supermarket close by. It was a lively and busy area by day and night but the hotel wasn’t in a noisy area at all.
It was an excellent base for a trip to Paris.

Nice hotel, poor bathroom

Nice hotel and location, pretty basic for three star status but nice, elegant lobby. It is ridiculous though that there are zero towel bars or hooks in the bathrooms (mine or my colleagues) and the shower head is a handshower connected to the tub faucet. So it’s mounted at waist height and you have to hold it to wash hair or shoulders! Awkward at best. No hotel should have that problem!

Not a nice hotel

Extremely disappointed. Stayed for a week. Rooms so small could barely open up my suitcases. Old and smelly. They did renovation work the entire time. Starting 8 am with the banging and continuing throughout the course of the day. They set off the fire alarm and had my family climb down 4 flights of dark stairs which were blocked by renovation materials and heavy tarps. Had to argue with house cleaning to get 3 shower towels for our three guests. They thought 2 should be enough. Also was told they had no extra pillows in the entire hotel. Have stayed all over Europe on many vacations. Never is a hole in the wall like this place. Btw, breakfast is another ripoff. 15 euro per day per person. There’s a breakfast cafe around the corner which cost a combined 15 euro daily for all 3 of us. Location isn’t everything. Paris has sights spread out all across the city so you really can’t go wrong staying anywhere.

Perfect location and easy walk to sites

Great location and staff great. Rooms are good size and breakfast lovely. Only downside is shower rail needs raising as far too low. Easy walk to most site's, and
Metro stations handy. Think about leaving your car outside the centre as parking is €50\day. When returning to Paris will definitely being using this Hotel. Thank you.

We were incredibly pleased upon arrival how Miguel at the reception desk greeted our large family group of two rooms, even helped with our luggage and friendly check in/check out process. He is this Hotel’s best asset willing to help at all times with information and always with a smile! The hotel does need a little remodeling especially with the carpets inside the rooms but aside from that, location was walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Nice place to stay in Paris

We enjoyed our stay. The room is small (like many Parisian hotel rooms), but ninely designed and clean. Quiet area but within 10 minutes walk of arche de triomphe and metro stops. Staff was very friendly, breakfast good and reasonably priced.

Rue Keppler is just off Av. Marceau and 3 blocks from Champs. the facility is clean, quiet and safe. The breakfast is plentiful and well stocked with cheeses, breads & yoghurts. Our room on the top floor was small by US standards but adequate. The room had a hair dryer but no ironing board. Outlets were plentiful. The shower had a floating nozzle on a hose which was positioned a bit low to be effective for a tall person.
***the outstanding friendly team there, from breakfast to checkout needs mention. They truly went out of their ways to make the stay welcome. You are minutes to all the shopping and dining and subway/metro station of George V on the #1 line. Perfect.

The location is great. The room was dirty and cramped. A friend gave us a ride from the airport and carried our bags upstairs for us and then left. The staff harassed us about having three people in the room even though our friend had left. There are other hotels in the area that are nicer and in the same price range.

Nice old hotel w/small nice rooms & good location

I stayed 3 nights and liked it more each day. Rooms (and elevator) are small but nice. Bathroom was modern and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was available (15e) but I liked a coffeehouse 2 blocks away. It's not luxurious but it is a good value for its convenient location.
