It was a nice stay. Room are small, really small!
Air conditioning is no existent (depending on time of the year). Although it was spring, for me it was warm (all days but the last). So, I want to use the AC, but they disable it and you are not able to turn it on. My wife tried to use the hair straightener and started to get hot and turn it off right way. We believe they block the use of anything that pull too much power and the funny thing is I tried in the hall and worked... LOL. Anyway... the breakfast was simple but verry nice, everything seems fresh. I love the coffee (I'm not a coffee guy). Staff was friendly and verry helpful. Room was clean and fresh towels every day. Very nice location. Closed to Metro and bus station. I would stay again.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was very good and we were satisfied with the facilities and service throughout our visit.

However, we experienced some inconvenience during check-in. We were initially informed that there was no booking for the second room reserved for my colleague. Without thoroughly checking the system, the receptionist concluded that the booking did not exist and advised us to contact Expedia or book another room.

Fortunately, another member of the reception team reviewed the system more carefully and was able to locate the reservation.

This situation could have been avoided with a more thorough check of the booking system before drawing conclusions. A little extra diligence at check-in would help ensure a smoother and more welcoming arrival experience for guests.

The bathrooms are outdated and the lighting in there is poor. The rooms are spacious by Europe standards and are clean and nice. Liked the robes and slippers provided.
The hotel breakfast was ok, but the ambiance in the breakfast area is pretty cool.
The staff is very helpful and friendly

They put us on the floor that was under construction. The ENTIRE FLOOR HALLWAY. Our 3 day stay turned out to be a disaster. How do you even dare to put your guests while drilling the ceiling and painting walls? Dust everywhere, falling on top of our heads. I mean it is quite absurd. I will make sure these pictures end up on every site that I find this hotel listed online. You either relocate your guests to a different floor/room, reimburse for the inconvenience or find other ways to take care of your customers. Breakfast was quite lame. Conditioner for hair in rooms diluted with water… absurd.

Our recent stay at this boutique hotel was nothing short of magical, and the perfect base for exploring Paris and to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The location truly lives up to its promise, putting us right in the vibrant heart of the city, within walking distance of countless major landmarks, cafes, and transportation links.

While the entire team was friendly, the standout star of our experience was undoubtedly Quentin at the front desk. Quentin went above and beyond the standard duty of service. From the moment we checked in, he was attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making our trip smooth.

Crucially, Quentin took the stress out of our arrivals and departures by efficiently arranging our airport transfers. His organization and detailed planning ensured we had reliable, prompt transportation both to and from the airport, which allowed us to maximize our time enjoying the city. He confirmed times, sent reminders before our arrival and helped us navigate any last-minute adjustment and suggestions with cheerful ease.

It is rare to encounter such dedication and personalized service. Quentin is an absolute asset to this establishment. If you are looking for a hotel with a superb location and staff that truly cares, look no further. We cannot wait to return!

From the moment we arrived at Hotel Elysees Regencia, we loved the location—just a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. The staff at the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. Our room was spotless and beautifully maintained, adding to the comfort of our stay.

One of the best parts? The staff went above and beyond in helping us with restaurant recommendations, providing a map, making reservations, and even arranging taxis for us. Their hospitality made our three-night stay absolutely perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Paris!

Quentin at the front desk was wonderful! We were able to check in early (before 9am) without extra cost. The hotel was very walkable to restaurants, shopping and Eiffel Tower and other sight-seeing. The only bad part about the hotel was the street noise at night, it was very loud. Otherwise no complaints and would recommend.

Excellent for a family trip to Paris. Safe area. Located right behind the ultra swank George V, this place offers a great base for your vacation. Very close to George V metro line 1, getting around is easy. The staff is incredible. They always knew me by name and room number. Super easy check in. Zero hassle. The breakfast buffet was great! (Sausages, bacon, eggs, charcuterie including cheeses, sardines, asparagus, olives etc. Croissants, brioche bread, whole grain baguette, BUTTER, jams, yogurt, lemon compote. Any kind of coffee drink you want. Water and fresh fruit juices). The bathrooms are huge by French standards. BIG bathtub (I’m 6’2”). Enjoyed a soak with some bath salts I bought in the Marais. The little cafe immediately to the right (Cafe Marceau) has the nicest wait staff—all speak English. The front desk reserved me a taxi (to the gate!) to the airport in about 1 minute. From beginning to end of my stay everything was perfect. This is my third stay here. I will return, and I would recommend to friends. I’ve been going to Paris for 31 years. I’ve never had better (value for the money) than here.

This is a modern hotel with impeccable amenities. The staff, all fluent in English, are friendly and extremely helpful. They are efficient without making you feel rushed. The breakfast buffet is a wonderful value. I loved the large bathtub (I’m 6’2) which was nice for soaking after a long day of walking. This is my second stay here. I will return and would recommend to friends.

We saw this gentleman other times in the stay again same mannerism bad body language - clearly in the wrong job. The cafe next door was extortionate prices when did a cappuccino become 9 euros …

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Elysees Regencia during our trip to Paris. The hotel was charming and offered a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere throughout our visit. The highlight of our experience was the breakfast, which we thoroughly enjoyed every morning – it was delicious and offered a good variety of options to start the day.

The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location was perfect, with convenient access to major attractions and transportation.

Overall, we highly recommend Hotel Elysees Regencia and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Paris!

Wonderful hotel. Loved staying at this property and would stay there again when I next visit Paris. Central location, plenty to see and do in the area close to the property. Great restaurants within walking distance, with excellent food. The only critic would be the breakfast at the hotel. Freshly cooked eggs served to order and the same with bacon would be a nicer touch than using bain maries.Saying that, the fresh fruit, breads etc. were great. Otherwise, I loved my time at this hotel and the staff were very pleasant, informed and accommodating. Look forward to a return visit.

My friend and I traveled to Paris for a girls holiday and stayed at this hotel. We absolutely loved it. The Hotel was in a perfect location for all Sites, only 300 Mtrs from Arc de Triomphe, with Metro handy to reach other Sites.
Hotel was very clean and presentable. Had Madamoselle Suite which whilst being Quirky was very good.
Staff were very friendly and helpful - Special word for Ali (Head Receptionist) who could not have been more helpful throughout our visit.
Breakfast room was very nice (in Dungeon!) and selection of food was excellent.

We visited for our honeymoon. We opted for the romance package which was put together brilliantly, the hotel was in a perfect location for sightseeing and shopping. The staff were all incredibly attentive and friendly, the breakfast offered a great choice everyday. The recommendation for restaurants are worth listening to as pliene terre is worth visiting Paris for! If we had a choice on return we would try to stay in a room not overlooking the road as this was a little noisy but not enough to dampen our thoughts on a lovely hotel!

We stayed in the purple room one night and the blue room for three nights. Both were very spacious! These are special rooms, and I would definitely recommend them if you are staying at this hotel.
