I’ve traveled for a while now, and I’ve never made a booking mistake in my life until this time. The front desk staff was A LIFE SAVER and I could not be more GRATEFUL for their service 😭. I got the basic room which was enough for one night to sleep comfortable. The bathroom was interesting since it was a full shower/toilet bathroom. The water pressure from the shower was a lot which got a lot of stuff wet, but other than that it was pretty decent. I will never forget the service they did provide for my stay! 🙏

The staff was very polite and always smiling. The room service was great every day. Breakfast had many options, always fresh, very filling while enjoying quiet atmosphere. There is a a safe, mini bar and a hair dryer in the room. The only adjustment was a restroom door that has half an inch gap while closed and is made of partially see through glass, something to be mindful of if you're not sharing the room with a family member. But other than that, the location is 20 mins walking distance from any big tourist destination and super close to the subway as well. I would stay there again.

The rooms left a lot to be desired though. The bed was tiny, the bathroom looked like the scene of a knife fight with stab marks and gouges in the bath tub and sink tap there were also glass double doors into the bathroom so zero privacy.

Yes, I have a really uncomfortable situation with the Reception person in the night shift he was very rude whith me and may daughter, he never explain the things in a good way, he yell at me and explain very strongly way, not like a hosted should treat a guest. Just because of that I’ll never recomended this hotel

We recently stayed at Hotel Marceau Champs-Élysées, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The location is one of its biggest strengths—just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées, yet tucked away on a quieter street that gives you a break from the crowds. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient.
The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Check-in was smooth, and they were always ready to answer our questions. Our room, while not very large, was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast offered a nice selection of pastries, fruit, yogurt, etc. The croissants were my favorite! The dining area is small, but the atmosphere felt calm and relaxed, and the service was attentive.
The only minor downside was the room size—it may feel a bit compact if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage. But given the central location, that’s fairly common in Paris.
On our departure day, the hotel arranged an assortment of pastries available for us (outside of normal breakfast hours) to enjoy while we waiting for our taxi to the airport.
Overall, Hotel Marceau Champs-Élysées is a charming, reliable boutique option with great service and an unbeatable location.

Hotel Marceau Champs-Élysées was just okay for us. The location isn’t central to the main sights, but it is walkable and there are a few cafés and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself feels outdated and could use some updates. We arrived very early, but they didn’t accommodate us until the regular check-in time. Staff overall didn’t really engage or make us feel welcomed. It was fine for a short stay, but I wouldn’t choose it again.

I had a great stay at this hotel! We arrived early from a long flight and the staff was incredibly kind—they even had our room ready by 10:30 a.m. instead of the 4 p.m. check-in time. I woke up in the middle of the night with hip & shoulder pain & after house keeping came in & changed our bed sheets there were probably 18+ hairs in our sheets. I was so grossed out

The hotel is in a perfect centralized location to navigate through the highlights of Paris. This staff is courteous, very kind, and friendly. They all speak English and will assist with all of your needs but practicing your French goes a long way. The room is small for American standards. But the bathroom is moderately sized in comparison to the bedroom space. The room is cleaned daily, everything is incredibly clean no issues whatsoever. The mattress and pillow left a little to be desired but, not the worst. The breakfast in the morning is included, simple fresh items. The attendants are very kind and helpful when needed. Overall, a very good experience!

The checkin process was easy and the gentleman on the desk was extremely helpful in suggesting nearby restaurants and also assisted in booking a taxi for the airport. The morning breakfast was lovely. The lady working there was very friendly and helpful. The food was good and was a great start to the day! The hotel itself is very well situated. Our stay was decent. The hotel is clean and updated. They were welcoming and gave us chocolate and we borrowed umbrellas which was nice. One major downside was some days we struggled to get enough hot water. There is a weird situation with the keys where you have to hand your key in when you leave. Then you just come back and tell your room number and name and they give you the key. This just didn’t seem very secure because we felt anybody who found out or room number and name could then get our key. The tub was very tall and narrow and hard to get into. The hair dryer in our room was broken and we had to ask for another from the desk. Overall it was a decent place to stay but had some issues.

This was the perfect combination of price and location. Equidistant, easy 10 min stroll to Arc de Triomphe one way and Pont D’alma in other direction. Hotel is not extravagant but charming with very friendly staff. Note no bar or restaurant but neither needed given amenities around. No hesitation to recommend this 3 star hotel, all things considered. Front desk staff exceptional.
