It was a very small room, but location was ideal. The floor was carpet, but it wasn’t the cleanest floors. The bathroom was very clean. However, the room was extremely stuffy and the AC wasn’t really working. It’s a true 3 star hotel. Love that it was dog friendly and staff was very nice.

This hotel is exactly as it is in pictures, but just keep in mind that all hotels in Paris are quite small, so don’t be surprised by the size of the room. The location is very ideal. It is a short walk from arc de triumph and Avenue des Champs-Élysées. This location is about a 30 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, which is very walkable and the streets are very safe. During check-in staff was very helpful and provided instructions on how to get a round Paris. The room itself was very clean and had everything that was needed, including a safe. Was quite impressed with the amenities.

Great stay. Zahir the manager was fantastic and knowledgeable around the surrounding areas. 3 star on cleanliness as I informed the staff to clean the room which wasn’t done and I also overheard another customer request for a room clean but was told the staff only come in the morning and there was nothing they can do. Also, there was a distinct odor when you first enter the room. However the staff and location made up for it.

Property was great but the stairs comming off of Victor Hugo to get to the entrance of the hotel needed attention. The steps may not be owned and managed by the hotel but it indirectlt reflex on the hotel. Keeping them clean and washed off would be a plus.

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming and my room, although small, as are most rooms in France, had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. The only thing missing and that should be included in the amenities section is that the A/C is only turned on as of May 1st. It just happened that Paris was in a heat spell and had I known that the A/C would not be on for the better part of my stay I would have planned my stay differently.

The location is close to the Arc of Triumph and also has a convenience store nearby. We didn’t like that we couldn’t adjust the air conditioner to our desired temperature. We went in winter and the set the hotel to heat…but since the rooms are so small the body temperature and after taking a shower the air inside the room gets warmer…well there is no way to cool it down…they tell you to open the window but it’s noisy outside with traffic, sirens and an engine the is close by the property that runs 24/7 pumping something. Would not recommend this place. If you are in an emergency and need a place to stay for a night or two it’s fine but more than that it’s a no no.

When i fly to paris i like to stay near champs elysee avenue where i do all my shopping...This is by far the best hotel i stay in for the money in this area ...you have a grocery story \" monoprix \" right beside it open from 8 am to midnight,On victor hugo street you can see the \" arc the triomphe\" literally. 4 streets down you will be at the famous \" champs elysees avenue\" very friendly for tourist ( shopping stores like louis vuitton , souvenirs and restaurants are located).The eiffel tower is a good 20mn walk from the hotel.

I thought this hotel was a great idea it was cheap and close to many things. But when I woke up itchy things were different. I had noticed that there were signs of bed bugs that unfortunately hitched a ride with me back to my apartment from this hotel. They really went out of their way to be useful. Downsides are the small rooms (but not atypical for Europe) and the pretty mediocre breakfast (not worth the 15 Euro per person charge at all - go to the Franprix up the street for much cheaper and better options)..

The room for 3 guests is actually a room for 2, squeezing in a third single bed, making the room fully packed. However, the room for 2 guests is more standard. Breakfast added to the price is simple but saves time in the early morning for a busy traveller. The street by the hotel is one way. A trash truck blocked my uber around 6:40am till the next intersection, leading to a $13 time surcharge.

We had 3 guests in the hotel as part of a family trip to Paris. It was very well located for walking to the subway at either Victor Hugo or Charles de Gaulle—Etoile. As an aside, subway rides are a buy at less than 1/2 the rates of an Uber ride for 3 riders, and even better with fewer riders. A book of 10 tickets costs less than 15 Euros. There is a market right under the hotel called MonoP’— great salads, fruits, and prepackaged meals, as well as odds and ends. There is a fabulous bakery called Madison Julambre very near Ru De Dome— croissants, coffees (actually Nespresso pods) quiches and pastries that were all very reasonable. There was a Thai buffet type restaurant also on the same street as the hotel on Rue Du Dome that looked very promising but we did not actually eat there. Finally, a laundry was a block away from the hotel. English was spoken well enough to translate whatever we needed to accomplish. While the rooms can accommodate 3 beds, 2 beds would probably be best for the size of the rooms. The price of the hotel seemed very fair and reasonable for the quality, location and service. We stayed a total of 6 nights.

Nice location, close to Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées..lots of Public Transport options to travel the city...Paris is more expensive than I thought... A large beer is between 12 -15 Euros!!... The Hotel room was very small.. the toilet was so close to the hand basin so you cannot sit without hitting your knees on the Hand Basin. Breakfast is ok.. would be better if ONE of the Assistant was more polite and friendly.. every time you asked her for anything it was either a grump or expressionless face.. never a thank you, she'd start to clean up the table whilst your in the middle of your breakfast.. would help if she asked if we've finished... the other 2 Breakfast assistants were much better and polite but they were only there for the last 2 days of our stay. There is a supermarket nearby which has great selection of fresh fruits and ready meals... the reception were very helpful in warming food for us in the evening, especially the older Tunisian guy.
