The room itself was smaller than most from an American perspective. But, it truly was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, had everything we needed and could have asked for, the bathroom was nice, good shower, plenty of room around the toilet, a great sink with a great large mirror, a closet for coats and hangables, a safe if we needed it, and a very sweet hand written letter with two drinks to welcome us to the hotel and spa. The staff could not have been more kind or compassionate. They spoke both French and English that were easy to understand. This was located perfectly between the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower. Either monument took less than 15 minutes to walk to comfortably. More than 10 restaurants were within 3 to 5 minute walk. The two accross the street were absolutely fabulous meals, ambiance, and service. When we go back to Paris, we will absolutely stay there again. It was perfect in every way you needed it to be. Great stay, great people, comfortable, and peaceful, in a beautiful city that is all about Love!

The room was a little on the small side but not a major issue as spent the majority of the time out exploring the city so was only really used for sleeping. Could have maybe had a full length mirror in either the bedroom or bathroom but again doesn’t detract from the rest of the hotels features. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English, the breakfast had a wide range of foods catering for almost all dietary requirements. Pool and spa facilities were really good and relaxing. Location was perfect and only 3 min walk to the metro or 20min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Would highly recommend and would def stay again!

Our stay here was very good. The area was lovely and relaxing which is nice after a day out. It is close to everything via the metro or on foot. We did have to change rooms following our first night as our room was unfortunately too noisy. We were right next to reception which meant we could hear everything late at night (conversations, people coming back from their evenings out and a bit of road noise). The staff were brilliant throughout our full stay, and sorted this for us very quickly. The room we were given as a replacement was much better and very quiet. The rooms are well equipt and designed very nicely. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was also very nice. The only downside to the bathroom was the shower. Its didn't have the best water pressure for the size of the shower head, and it leaked a bit from the top. Not a big deal though. The air con was a good bonus after being out in the heat all day. The spa in the hotel was also very nice. You can book out the full space for 45 mins which is a great additional facility which a lot of hotels don't offer. It was very private and relaxing. The pool was great and theres also a good steam and sauna. My only feedback of this area would be the duration it can be booked for - 55 mins would be better as 45 mins seem to go by very quickly. 55 mins would still allow 5 mins for staff to tidy up the area for the next people. Thats a very minor observation though, it was a great facility. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This was an ideal hotel for a solo trip to the beautiful city of Paris. Check in was simple. Room was ready early, which was such a blessing. Room was very clean and extremely comfortable. Bottle of wine was a nice touch. Breakfast in the morning was perfect with a nice selection. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well. It is walkable too many of Paris’s iconic landmarks. Otherwise a short Uber ride away. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Paris. I did not have time to use the spa, unfortunately but it looked wonderful.

The only thing which is not a downside for me but some people might have concern is the room is small - which is understandable in an area like this in Paris. But just wanted to mention for people who like spaciousness.

We stayed 4 nights and really liked this hotel. Althought they offer swimming by reservation, we did not have time for it and cannot say much about it. They offee complementary breakfast and they are quite good and we were impressed. All staffs were kind and helpful. Only one down side to our staying was that there must been a party on Thursday night until 2AM and could not sleep due to the noise.
Other than this noise one night, everything was good and will probably come back.

This hotel was wonderful! The rooms are more spacious than most Paris hotels, the breakfast and coffee options were a nice to have, the staff was super accomodating and friendly. I was in town for a wedding and wanted to get a blow out during my stay but was having difficulty due to language barriers. The front desk was able to book on my behalf! I would absolutely stay here again!

Incredible stay! Hôtel was very clean , and the staff were exceptionally nice and very helpful! Special shout out to Alejandro who went above and beyond to orient us and help us navigate the city! Everyone was kind and exceptionally accommodating.

The room was elegant/ well maintained and our balcony was iconically romantic!

Would recommend staying here every single time, this was our first time in Paris and the location was central and close to a subway station that connected us to all essential pit stops!

All I have to say is 10/10 will miss the staff and that wonderful room and balcony !

my room was 2 small for what I paid , my room had balcony that was so close to my bed not as accessible ,basically I paid for a balcony that I couldn’t even use .

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was utterly perfect. Lovely mother daughter trip

Had an amazing stay here with my teenage daughter. The location is amazing with so much within walking distance. I would 100% stay here again!! Whilst the rooms are small they are perfectly formed with all you need. The pool was a great bonus for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast buffet, clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet area, space to load and unload car/taxi in front of the hotel. Access to metro/bus easy.
Unfortunately, we didn't take advantage of the spa facilities, but that will be the next visit. Definitely a return address
