A jewel in the heart of Paris

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is top of its class. Always asking how they can be of assistance. The bell man/ doorman is always ready to assist The concierge knows their job and how to get it done. The front desk is fast and curtíos gets you to and in your room quickly Management is on top of their game. Everyone knew my name and knew what I needed. I became ill and ask for a doctor I had a doctor to my room within 1.5 hours. The breakfast of the hotel was perfect. Both in quality and service

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is well situated so near the Place Victor Hugo and - most of all - all staff were true champions. They all did their level best to make us feel most welcome and they surely succeeded.

Thought it was a nice place, it was a bit pricey for its location and the room. They did forget to get us a car we requested so we grabbed an Uber, but that did not spoil our day. Staff was very nice and everything was clean.

This property was conveniently located near Tracadero circle, near the Eiffel tower, yet very quiet - but just a six minute walk away from everything you want. Dining, metro, shopping, everything - super convenient. The garden room was lovely and I highly recommend. The staff were fantastic - lovely people who were helpful, kind, and professional. I very much enjoyed my stay here and I highly recommend. Once they finish the construction in the garden area it will be even better!

Lots to say but overall staff & location great!

Reception, concierge, bar / security and b/fast staff were very accommodating and kind.

Housekeeping were attentive and daily room service was great. It was nice to come back to fresh towels and a crisp bed.

However it was a shame that that during the booking they didn’t mention that the patio/garden were under construction. We picked a garden view and unfortunately the workmen were noisy in the morning, as our room was on ground level facing the garden.

Also opposite our hotel room the entry into the room there was a back room office where you could hear staff and phone ringing from 7am which was noisy.

The Easter break was meant to be getting up late and leisurely, so being woken up by noises from both side wasn’t ideal.

Also 24/7 room service didn’t exist as when we wanted a couple of glasses of wine at 1am the bar was closed.. so not sure if there was a bar closure time? But they could improve profit for those that wanted a couple after getting back late from the day.

I know I’ve mentioned some fundamental areas but if this hotel wasn’t under construction or we were in a different room (yes we could have suggested to move after day 1, but we had already unpacked) then this hotel would have been fantastic and ideal !

The location was brilliant - quiet and local cafes and transportation was easy to get to!

Overall I would definitely recommend & return but to pick a quieter room!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They all were very willing to answer any questions we had about restaurants and any other questions we had about Paris.
We loved that our room faced the garden and so it was so quiet. Perfect sleeping conditions. Can't wait to come back in the spring or summer to enjoy the garden at it's best.

Just one word: Perfect. Okay, maybe the room wasnt 36 m2, but it was roomy, clean, stylish and well maintained. Friendly staff, both breakfast and dinner were excellent (everything exactly a point), great service, ambiance, etc. Will be my 1st choice when returning to Paris!

The hotel is lovely and beautifully located in a quiet, elegant neighborhood walkable to great shops, restaurants, cafes. The bed and linens terrific, very comfortable. Room size nice, bathroom, closet space. It is very nice but not exceptional. Breakfast was great and brought to the room during quarantine. Staff exceptional. My big problem is paying for a 4-5 star hotel and then charged for wifi!!! That is absurd. Also I do not understand these hotel supplying only 1 bottle of water. That kind of stinginess at the price charged is inexplicable.

We had a lovely 4 day stay over New Year’s Eve. The staff was attentive and friendly and made us feel very welcome. The facility was beautifully furnished and well maintained. Breakfast was exceptional, from artisanal cheeses, meats and a huge array of baked yummies including croissants and bread. The hotel room was spacious and clean and well furnished. Every day we received some delicious surprise in our room, from complimentary wine to chocolates. The hotel is only blocks from the Eiffel Tower and the Metro making it’s location the perfect spot. There are also restaurants, cafes and bakeries right near the hotel. We loved our stay at this hotel and highly recommend it!!!

Lovely hotel

A great location, it’s very near the Eiffel Tower with a metro stop nearby as well. This neighborhood is very nice as well. Quiet and clean. Some nice restaurants nearby. The breakfast is good. They could use a couple of more pillows on the bed. I’ve never stayed in the 16th arrondissment before, and I will stay again.

We booked a room for 4 of us including children. We arrived at 11 pm to find out that we have only one bed in the room. Second bed for the children was not ready and house keeping staff had gone home. Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful and managed to set up the second bed by 12.45!!

At breakfast table was without appropriate cutlery and coffee served without any cups.

To be quite honest we weren’t sure we booked a terrible B&B or a Renaissance hotel. Wasted money to be honest by staying in an expensive hotel assuming it will be comfortable and relaxing!

Stayed here before several years ago, and my stay was delightful. So, I was excited to come back. However, the place had been renovated a few years ago and has lost it’s charm. When we arrived, we were upgraded to a garden view room. However, the room was very small, there was a noisy wedding in the garden that loaded the room uncomfortable to be in, and the furniture was chipped and tatty. Nothing that I would expect from a 5 star hotel. I will not be back.

The hotel was clean and comfy as well as convenient. Staff were helpful and allowed us to check in earlier (albeit with an upgraded room for a nightly cost) - we were offered a garden view room and accepted thinking it would be quieter, this was quite the opposite as there's a walkway underneath that has people returning from nights out at all hours, as well as laundry carts being pulled across the gravel before 7am. A little disappointing!

The bed was really comfy though, and the bathroom was very clean. Convenient for the metro and walking to the city. Also, there were two of us in the room but each day we were left one bottle of water, would it have been so hard to extend that to one per guest?

The WiFi charge was just frustrating really, it feels like a basic facility in this day and age!

Nice hotel close to everything

The Renaissance Paris Le Parc Trocadero Hotel is a great place to stay in Paris. The rooms are clean and modern, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the Continental breakfast is great.
It's located in the Trocadero neighborhood which is about a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and a 10 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Ozio Restaurant is two blocks away and serves great Italian food.
I would love to stay here again. I highly recommend it.

I was there for a congress at Palais des Congres Maillot. It is close but not close enough for walking, especially in winter. Service was good, staff were all very helpful and friendly. Rooms are typical for Paris - very small. Food was just OK. Continental breakfast 25 euros is also typical for Paris... My room was in the annex building across the courtyard and it was raining every day so I got wet coming to reception desk every day. I would probably stay there again, but there were no real problems.

We stayed five nights between the Christmas and New year Eve. The location is great. Stores and subways are within 10 min by walk.Staff were very nice and offered to help. The hotel is relatively old and small. It was a Marriott Chain but just turned into Renaissance so did not take SPG points. We arrived around noon but had to wait for one hour to get the king size room. Room was small and the bed took most of the space. King size is not a traditional king sized bed. Was combined by two single beds. The internet did not work in my room and the Tech tried to fix but failed. Told to use other room's password to log in. Felt uncomfortable to know my neighbor's last name for privacy issue. The heater was out of order for two days had to use space heater before it fixed. Requested to change room but was refused. Told the hotel was fully booked. Bathtub was small and the the shower door is too small to prevent the water coming out of tub. Fewer breakfast items offered and same items everyday. Coffee, juices, fruits were great but can't have the same thing for five days in a row. Staff made the eggs and special coffee items as requested. Will not stay again unless the location is the only concern. Not worth for the 4.5 stars yet, but if you are a fan of the Eiffel Tower, this hotel would be a great choice.

I stayed here with my family. We travel quite a bit around the globe. The room is very spacious by European standards (family suite). The hotel is an old quaint building, incredibly well kept and upgraded. Location is in a perfect location for walking and exploring Paris. There are lots of options for food, bars, and convenience markets near by. What we are most impressed with by this hotel of all Marriott properties, is the incredible service we have received by all of the hotel staff. From our reception at the front desk, the valet, to the staff at the breakfast resturant (included with our stay), to the bar staff, room service, house keeping, and concierge. I'm not a difficult customer, but am fairly picky. This hotel and staff have more than exceeded our expectations. I would also say the hotel is a good value for the location and quality. If you are traveling with your family, pay the extra money for the family suite. We have a spacious living room down stairs with a pullout that isn't bad. The upstairs loft provides a second large bed and bathroom. We have one picky eater son, and they have bent over backwards to accommodate his limited palette. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family. If you have jet lag and miss a meal, the room service is reasonable, and fast. Perhaps a midnight cheese and meat plate. We WILL be BACK!

Hotel was in a great location, close to all the main attractions & feels very safe. Bedrooms require attention, certainly not 5 star! View from our room was Apartments & not very pleasant. Air conditioning didn't work & girl in reception was very rude when I asked for another room! She said there was no other rooms & stated \"what do you want me to do take you to my house!!' Front desk manager eventually relocated us to another room however aircon was still poor. Hotel needs a better bar, lounge area this seriously lets the hotel down.

the most charming hotel in Paris

We cannot say enough of what a wonderful time we had in Paris and so much of it was because of this wonderful hotel we stayed at. It is in the perfect location, you are in the center of everything. We felt safe walking back to our hotel at 1 am, and the staff was absolutely incredible- so kind and thoughtful. The breakfast every morning was do delicious and sitting in the courtyard was beautiful.

Very nice large king size bed would accommodate 3 people (2 adults & 1 child).

The mattress was horrifically uncomfortable, but this was a problem for us everywhere we went in Europe. The air conditioning did not work. The shower / tub was a death-trap. The staff was French-typically snooty when we asked for an extra bed sheet, which never arrived. They did provide a standing fan, which the referred to as a portable air conditioner, when we complained about the room being too warm. They were very helpful when I returned to retrieve my passport which I had left in the safe. I will absolutely return to Paris, but I will absolutely stay in another hotel.

We arrived at the hotel late on friday evening, we were greeted and made to feel really welcome by all of the staff, the hotel is a 5 minute stroll from the Arc de Triomphe and 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower.
The hotel area is surrounded by superb pâtisserie's and great Restaurants.
Paris is an expensive city to visit so be prepared to pay top dollar for everything.
When sight seeing get to your intended destination early as the queue's are very long.

Lovely Central Hotel

Beautiful little hotel in a great location. Customer service was first class. We had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday from lovely toiletries in the room to a delicious breakfast every morning. Would highly recommend this hotel.
